Eric sent a fantastic roof tech out on a Saturday to help us solve our problem… It was such a small leak that it was very difficult to find, but the roof technician never gave up! He found the small leak, patched it immediately and was on his way. No up-sell or overestimate for unneeded work. Eric, the owner/operator, was in communication with me the whole time, and assured me that their number one priority is honest work and happy customers. Well, he has earned a customer for life! Certified Roofing Solutions did a fantastic job with my roof! I was having an issue with water running down the side of my house and entering my garage, and Eric and his team very quickly assessed that the previous roofers made several mistakes. They gave me a unbelievably reasonable quote and had my roof fixed in just a couple hours a day or two later. I called Eric about a leak that we had around our chimney that had gotten over the years when we had some bad storms and were ready to get fixed. I had gotten a few quotes for fixing from a few companies. There was a bad storm coming in a few days and he didnt want it it leak again so he had his guy out there quickly and on a Sunday morning to be sure we were taken care of before the storm. Hugo came out, was on time and did a thorough assessment and in the end he just charged me the fee to come out and Hugo said all it needed was some caulking. The other companies were going to charge me thousands and wanted to rip up the roof, flashing etc. I would recommend them and Eric is very responsive to calls, texts.

We have damage from the last storm. Goggle came through and we had the work completed the same day they came out for the inspection. Quality, professional and reasonable pricing is what you will find with this company. I never write reviews but have to do this one. Call them you will be completely satisfied.

Wow! This company saved the day! I called Eric after I saw that I had a 2 story downspout that had completely disconnected and fell from my house. I was desperate to find someone to come fix it right away to beat the storms coming in. My basement has flooded recently and I did not want a repeat of that. He sent his crew out within hours. It was late and dark and they got it put up in no time. I am beyond grateful!!! This company is so honest and reasonable!!! Highly recommend!!!

My Father passed away the end of last year. He had lived in the same home for over 47 years in Kennesaw Ga. Even in passing. He did what every Father would for his child.
He looked out for me and my family . One last time.
He left me the home and a little bit of money to go with it. I decided at that point I would take the money that he left and invest it back into the home that I would eventually move my family into . With a budget . I set out contacting the different contractors to get bids on the things that needed to be addressed.
The roof being one of them.. I reached out to 4 different roofing companies.
Out of the 4. Eric was the only one that had reached out to me personally. We discussed the needs of the home, my budget , and with a better understanding of those things Eric emailed me a qoute on the roof.
I won't lie out all the 4 qoutes Eric's was a far better one than any of the rest.
I've been in Construction all my life so I know alot about the trade.
Always been taught not to go with the cheapest but somewhere in the middle.
But the Conversation we had.
My feelings about the individual behind the phone call kept me curious.
I reached out to a friend of mine who owns his own roofing company in California, and put him on a conference call with Eric and myself.
They talked ..
I listened.
It soon became very apparent to me that not only did Eric really know what he was talking about.
But that he genuinely cared about my situation also.

Yes every business needs to make money to survive , but his intentions are not to overcharge a customer either. Fair cost..Great work.. Equals more customers. Was something I remember him saying. That stuck with me.
I accepted Eric's proposal and after all the formalities we had a date set.
His crew showed up on time and got to work.
There was a section of the roof that I had real concerns about . The rain gutters had fallen off and the eaves had long term exposure to the elements.
Low and behold when we opened up that section of the roof.
The rafters were rotted out and need to be replaced. Something that could of upended my whole budget.
Eric told me not to worry.

This was an amazing experience at a difficult time. We had five trees fall at our house during summer storms, two of which went through our roof. Eric and his team came out immediately to put tarps over the roof, cut up and removed the fallen trees, and meticulously documented the damage for the insurance adjuster. Once the adjuster finally came around, Eric worked with him to make sure we received every penny we were due from the damage. Then his team came and installed a great-looking high-quality roof in only two days, even after finding surprises once the existing shingles were removed. (In 1931, rafters weren't spaced 16 inches apart. Who knew?)

My wife and I can't recommend Eric highly enough. Nobody wants roof damage but, if it happens, this is the guy to call.

Not as inexpensive as other area suppliers, but still quite competitively priced. Still was worth the cost due to a slight materials discount, speed of installation (less than 1 workday only) for a full residential roof, additional complimentary pre-install temporary roof inspection and protective measures done by Eric himself. Additionally, he's also a quite affable guy.

I have used Certified Roofing Solutions on my 52 year old house several times. They corrected leaking in my sunroom that was installed in 2003. It had to be resealed and I haven’t had any problems since. Then I had a leak around the chimney and he correct that too. They provide excellent service. Always on time and responding quickly when I have need their services. Jobs well done. I know once they complete their work it is done right and I don’t have to worry about any leaks!

Listen up you guys, if you’re looking to get things done this is 100% the best place to get your roofing issues fixed quick, fast and in a hurry! I had a dish blow off my roof and leave a big hole. Eric and his guys came out and had that fixed in no time and removed another dish for me that wasn’t in use. Hell of a guy and a company! I know if I call they’ll get it done. These guys do quality work! Amazing company! 1000% recommend hit them up and they’ll get it done! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Eric and his team did an excellent job. From the beginning communicating was the first priority. He listened to what I wanted and needed out of the repair and was honest and straight forward. They came to look at my roof for what I needed and did the repair day of.

For a challenging PVC roof repair, they took care of it professionally and with extreme care. Exceptional responsiveness and researched my issue to make sure the first repair was the only one needed. Certified Roofing Solutions showed up on time to inspect our roof. They gave us the best estimate for a roof replacement. They worked with us to set a date and they promptly showed up and replaced our roof in one day. The crew spent extra care making sure our yard was cleaned of roof nails and debris. These guys saved the day for us- our skylight was leaking more rain was coming. I was afraid our entire master bathroom would be washed out and was incredibly stressed.
