We were highly impressed with Blanca’s customer service. She was a part of the roof process from start to finish. She did all the heavy lifting by assessing the roof damage, communicating with the insurance company, communicating approval, and then patiently waiting as the most indecisive person (me) chose shingles. I went back and forth with color schemes and even sought opinions from my mom, the time she allowed to make such a permanent decision was greatly appreciated.
What I loved most about Blanca she put my family first. We had to push back installation because we welcomed a newborn… she ensured we had uninterrupted time with our baby girl.
Furthermore, she checked in during that period to make sure we were doing well and updated us on potential dates.
In addition to Blanca, John (Junior) the project manager communicated day before install so we were prepared, date of install… everything went as explained on the phone, during the install Junior took time to explain what stage the roofers were at on the install, he communicated when it was safe for the children and the dogs to exit the home, After the install, a tour was given and the roofers did a thorough cleaning, ensuring the property was left better than before (literally organized my porch) and that no nails or debris remained. Junior even kept my children and the neighborhood children entertained, as there was limited space to play football (thanks for playing with them a bit)…
To put the cherry on top, Blanca came by and checked on us the next day! She didn’t have to do that but she wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied and I assured her we were…and she answered more questions! Super impressed with both Blanca, Junior, and Gustavo (I think that was his name, and the roofers…service was top tier… Ask these guys anything they can help you with more than roofs!

Roofs by Don did a fantastic job replacing our roof! Our assigned roofing consultant, Blanca, was amazing to work with as she walked us through choosing a new roof, working with homeowner's insurance, and completing the contract forms. The roofing crew was very professional where they arrrived on time, finished, and cleaned up in one day - we haven't found ONE roofing nail in our yard! Our experience with Roofs by Don was excellent and I would highly recommend them. My roof was damaged due to a hailstorm, and it needed to be replaced. Everyone at this company was wonderful, professional, and easy to work with, especially Tyrone Barber. He worked with my insurance on the claim and answered all my questions, no matter how small the question because he knew it was important to me as a customer. The crew came out early in the morning and were finished the same day. The clean-up afterward was also excellent. I am very happy with the overall experience, and very happy with my new roof.

Fantastic company and absolutely phenomenal communication. They came out same day to fix a leak caused by a storm. The on-site repair man was extremely kind, respectful, and excellent at communicating. They did exactly what was needed and didn’t force us to do any extra un-needed work.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.. I am beyond frustrated with their antics and I want to make sure no one else has to go through what I am going through right now. They advertise “free” roof inspections (FIRST LIE as I just received an invoice charging me $2000 for their inspection/time!!), they completed their “free” inspection and OVER promised that my insurance will pay for replacing my entire roof and even offered to cover some of my deductible (ANOTHER LIE the insurance did not cover the entire roof). They did not meet my insurance adjuster like they said they would, so I was not prepared to speak with anyone regarding the damage, during the adjuster inspection the adjuster noticed damage on my siding, interior leaks, shutters, gutters and downspouts NOT MY CONTRACTOR so that kind of tells you the type of “inspection” they claim they did. Due to my lack of insurance knowledge which I will take accountability for I did not know I had an ACV Policy which was discovered upon a claim being filed, something the contractor didn’t even ask me about, Maria was more concerned about having a claim number and a signature on a piece of paper, than explaining to me how the process might put me in a hole. To the crazier part: I get a call today from Roofs by Don harassing me about payment, mind you insurance cut a check out for damage to my siding, interior, shutters, gutters and downspouts, and a very small portion for the roof, they want me to use that money to pay for the inspection (Insurance fraud ALERT) that they advertise as free. My daughter spoke to a lady named Blanca and she was really nasty, very unprofessional no management skills whatsoever. Another person by the name of Daniel called to see if he could speak to my daughter due to language barrier, he never answered her call. Not only is there a claim on my policy, now I have to come out of pocket $8k which I do not have. They come knocking on your door acting like they are doing you a favor and all they do is take advantage of people. I have spoken to other roofing companies and they all have apologized in Roofs By Don behalf, something Roofs By Don couldn’t even do! They are not trustworthy and the hype on social media is definitely a marketing front! Please be very careful with who you let in your home. Insurance company and my agent are aware of what is going on and will be looking into this company!

Great experience! I heard about this experience from my child's daycare. The grinch was actually scary my toddler was definitely feeling it. And the pictures with Santa came out very nice. They were all very accommodating & Don was awesome with my girls. The snowball fight was super cool and we left with some yummy treats and nice gifts. Thanks Don!!

My home needed a new roof for the past 5 years, and after researching for the last 2 years, it was a nightmare. Then, last week of September 2023, a roofing agent was in my neighborhood, stopped by, and spoke with me. Her name is Blanca, and she works for Roofs by Don. She is an amazing person who handled all the paperwork and photos for my insurance claims department. She kept me up-to-date with the progress of the project and when they were through that same day, I had a new and beautiful roof that I Love.

I learned of Roofs by Don from Blanca as she canvassed my neighborhood, in search of sale leads. I'm happy she did because our meeting resulted in a beautiful newly tiled roof! She was there for me from start to finish, helping with a slight insurance delay and answering any questions along the way. I met Victor on the day of the repair. He & his team were prompt, professional & expedient. This was my second roof repair. The first time around, I was picking up fallen debris for months. Not so this time. The cleanup was first rate! Victor was even able to refer me to another for some other cosmetic house repairs. I plan to be putting up my house for sale in a few years. This will greatly appreciate my home value and add to its curb appeal! I definitely recommend Roofs by Don for your roof repair needs!

Witnessed Roofs By Don, inspecting a roof in my neighborhood, they were door knocking and damaging roof shingles? I would not trust this company at all. BEWARE!

Tear the roof up to get the insurance to buy it and then use low grade shingles and generic materials to replace the roof…… Do your due diligence!

These guys are the Truth!! Danny worked extra hard for me and got us approved for a brand new roof after a big storm hit. There were two other larger companies that came out to inspect, but they were denied. Danny had such amazing detail with his inspection that my insurance company had no choice but to replace the roof. They showed up at 530 AM and finished the whole roof and even cleaned up better than it was before they got here. I highly recommend this company.

If i could give 10 stars i would! Itzel was hands down the best person to help get the job done. I called to ask for an estimate on a Friday and Monday my roof was installed. She worked with me so hard knowing I was in a rush to get a new roof! This company is a must and Itzel is the person to ask for. The workers came in did their job cleaned up everything perfectly. I literally had no complaint and didn't even need to watch over any aspect of this job. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

What a GREAT team! Joshua was amazing. Very friendly and customer focused. He flew his drone over my house, found damage, walked me through the process, and was there on the day of replacement. He explained everything thoroughly. He was able to answer all my questions and left me feeling completely confident in choosing Roofs By Don. The replacement was done in one day and everything was put back in its place. They did a great job of clean-up as well.

All in all, I could not be any happier. If you're in their radius of coverage, you WANT to use them. Roofs By Don was the best.

I had a wild life exclusion done few months before replace the roof and the wild life control company want to charge me another thousand dollars to re warranty after replaced the new roof and Roofs by Don helped me paid that with no problem.
