Our roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage and age. We contacted Michael at RoofTop Contracting. That was a wonderful choice for us! He came quickly and took photos using a drone to check damages. He worked beautifully with our insurance company and us. Work was completed in one day. His team were very polite and considerate of our plants and property. The roof is wonderful, so pleased with it. Additionally, the clean up process was superb, l've not found any nails on our property. He has been on time for appointments and checked continually with us to be sure we were pleased with his work. After a recent storm in Alpharetta, I found a shingle in my front yard. Thinking it was mine, I reached out to Michael at RoofTop Contracting to share some info and photos. Michael was extremely quick to respond and efficiently diagnosed that it was not my shingle missing after a quick inspection. A big thank you to Mike and his team for their exceptional work on our roof! For months, we were dealing with a persistent musty smell in the attic with no visible leaks. Mike personally took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue from within the attic and pinpointed the root cause: rotted plywood beneath the chimney siding.

Once the issue was identified, Mike’s team went above and beyond with the repairs. They not only replaced the damaged plywood, siding, shingles, and flashings around the chimney, but they also replaced the cornerboards and repaired the pan. On top of that, they went the extra mile to ensure everything was in top shape—they resealed around all vents, found and sealed exposed nailheads, and carefully checked the sides of the roof for any potentially wet spots.

Since the work was completed, the musty smell has completely disappeared from both the attic and the house. Mike and his team’s attention to detail, thoroughness, and professionalism were truly impressive. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you so much, Mike!
