This was a wonderful roofing experience! They were here on time they were quick they redid the whole roof, cleaned up all of their mess even swept for debris and magnetized debris 3+ times the roof looks fabulous and I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly highly recommend using this service.

We had a very bad experience! Workers could not speak English; contractors would not return calls; rotten wood was left on carport deck and area on the back of the house. Left over material such as shingles should have been left with us. (we more than paid for it). Once finished, we had to ask them if they were finished. We were not allowed the opportunity to do a "walk through" to see if we were satisfied with the work or had any questions.

I have worked with Chris at RCB twice and he is always on time, courteous and professional. Chris and RCB have a quick response time and I am always impressed by their quality of work. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again.

The crew and site manager showed up on time around 7:30 and began working right away. They removed the entire roof, installed the new roof, and cleaned up in just one day. Very impressed with the quality of work. The salesman Chris came by the next day as promised and made sure the yard was spotless. Thanks again to everyone involved.

Very easy group to work with. I signed up with RCB on a Tuesday, and they were installing my roof the following Monday. They finished the entire roof in just one day. The yard looks fantastic after they were done cleaning up. Roof looks better than expected. Thank you to Chris, Robert, and the entire crew. You guys rock!

Paid Lowes a healthy sum to to reroof my house. They contracted with RCB Roofing to do the work. Problems: Didn't finish the job. Took some of my personal property. Damaged my personal property. Ran over thriving jasmine bush. Left many nails scattered in grass. Lied about work. Used wrong materials. Lowes has lengthy contract which must be signed;; all terms are in their behalf of course. Lowes wants nothing to do with problems and do not wish to hear about them. They try to avoid any responsibility by shifting resolutions to RCB. Using Lowes and RCB was a HUGE MISTAKE. If you need roofing, use a reputable company and save yourself a lot of stress and trouble
9/20/23 In view of the dishonest and evasive reply from RCB, I add this to my review.........Where payment came from is of no import. RCB took multi thousands of dollars to do a job properly but did not.....In fact I did not request the fascia work. Chris Parsons told me fascia board was rotted and that he volunteered to replace it........Your statement on the correct materials being used is not true. And how would you know not having been to the site. Someone giving you the wrong info or you are just making up excuses. I stand with my comment about wrong materials......You did not see the birdfeeder as you have not been here. I would have showed it to your people but none of them were here either. Nor was anyone from Lowes. You are obviously desperate for a good image if you need to bring up a birdfeeder.......RCB and Lowes took multi thousands of dollars to do the roof. Say what you will but when you accept money to do a job you are responsible for all that you employ to do that job. A course in business ethics would help you understand......In discussing the job with Parsons, I made one request. That was to not drop debris off the front onto my new planted expensive [Lowes] bushes. When the non English [cheap] labor arrived, the first thing they did was to cover my new bushes in the front. Being new and weak / small, I tried to explain but they didn't speak English. Another Parsons failure.......To make it all worse, not one person from RCB or Lowes has apologized for all the blunders. Only excuse after excuse to evade responsibility such as demonstrated by RCB reply......Bottom line is this. The day the job was done, Parsons announced he would be on vacation. He said he appointed Mason to be in charge. Mason showed up early and stayed for about 30 minutes. Then gone. NOT ONE RCB OR LOWES PERSON EVER RETURNED TO SEE HOW THE WORK WAS GOING. NOT ONE RCB OR LOWES PERSON EVER RETURNED AT THE END TO CHECK ON THE QUALITY OF THE WORK. Chris Parsons is a smooth talker and a pleasant guy but it was his vacation and lack of management skills combined with RCB failures that caused all of the problems.............As to the RCB reply, they should practice what they preach; tell the truth, earn the big money they took by doing the job properly and accept responsibility for their failures

I used RCB Roofing for my vacation home in Mount Pleasant. I’m finally in town to see it in person and I am very impressed. The day of the install Chris sent pictures and updates throughout the day. It wasn’t ideal for me having a roof done while living out of state, but we had extremely bad leaking. The pictures and updates from Chris made me feel at ease though. I definitely would recommend them, and I will be using them again soon for one of my rental houses in the area.

I have a great experience with getting a new roof from RCB. Chris did an awesome job explaining all the options and had a lot of great of recommendations. The pricing was fair and the work was thorough, I would defiantly recommend this company.

Chris and Mason the project Manager was awesome from start to finish they were there the entire time. My hats off to the crew because it was soo hot but they never stopped working until the job was completed. If you are in need of a new roof, I highly recommend RCB Roofing because they are so professional and treat your home like it's their own. Clean up was amazing.... Chris always answered any and all of my questions before I decided to hire RCB Roofing and believe me I had a million questions..... The team was very professional. The site manager kept me abreast of the work as it was being done. Walked the property with me and answered all my questions. The crew obviously work well together and were very proficient with the work. A new roof in a day, wow!
