Rapid Exteriors - Roofing, Siding, Windows

I have used this company both for my businesses and personal property. They have been absolutely great to deal with! I feel as though my property turns out better than before. The crew just didn’t do the work they did it the right way, which means a ton! Also they are local they are the only people I have used the last 5 years.

This company sets high hopes for you to get the project done, then they state they can't do certain things and I need to have other contractors take care of certain things. The guy was a nice guy but overall obviously my business wasn't important to them to where they don't even communicate with you on what's going on. Haven't heard from them in months. Finally got a hold of a reliable contractor that got the job done in a timely manner and would communicate with me if they are going to be late or not.

Great work, on time and on budget! They installed gutters with the gutter guard and now I don't have a wet basement.

They did an excellent job and it got done quickly. We were told by another company that it would take a year to get the siding but rapid exteriors got it all done very quickly.

We had Rapid Exteriors replace our roof, gutters and downspouts, facia, and siding due to storm damage. The crews did an exceptional job, management was very responsive to our questions, and everything was completed on time. This is local company that takes pride in the work they do, not a traveling one that slaps the job out, then disappears. Jack and his crew completed the job without hardly us noticing they were here. Even taking care of missing trim pieces without even my asking them to it. When they were done everything was clean and picked up. I would highly recommend them without a doubt!

Their workers could careless about the community they are in. And more about hurrying up to get the job done. Good thing I am able bodied to walk around. Sturgis is full of older folks who are not. Sad to see Professionals take so many short cuts and shoe a lack of common courtesy or sense!

Kane Diers did a great job helping us navigate our insurance claim for hail damage to our roof and gutters. He communicated with our insurance adjustor making sure all damage was included in the claim. He was always quick to respond to questions and made sure the job was done right.

Chad and his Crew have completed numerous jobs for me over the past few years and I have never been disappointed! They go above and beyond working with me, my clients, and even the insurance companies. I always know that when they are on the job, I do not need to be concerned about checking in and can move ahead with my own busy schedule without worrying, which is worth a lot to me. Very reliable and quality is excellent.

Rapid Exteriors is a rip off. Almost $40,000 later and I have a cheap exterior including new windows, siding, and gutters that are falling apart. Jack measured all my windows but what was ordered was a standard size leaving huge gaps between the wall and new windows which was covered by the trim that has to be caulked on as there is no sheet rock to nail to. My bay window is already falling apart after water got into the exterior of it. Some of my windows no longer shut fully allowing blowing snow and rain into my house. My brick on the front of my house is falling off and the sharp blunt cuts, that look terrible, are crumbling due to improper installation. The details are severely overlooked despite having Chad and Jack come out due to my complaints that I feel weren't taken seriously. I wish I could do this all over again and invest my $40,000 with a more professional company, extremely disappointed.

Phillip was outstanding. Fast response, amazing service and follow through. Voice mails, emails and text messages keeping me updated on our repair. We live out of state and had a roof emergency the week we were scheduled to close on the sale of our rental property in Spearfish. My husband and I work in the construction industry and really appreciate the fantastic service we received. Above and beyond and I will tell everyone I know to contact Rapid Exteriors....they will not be disappointed!

Rapid Exteriors did an amazing job on the remodel of our family home! They installed all brand new windows and doors on a Saturday and were finished by the end of the day, including the trim. The outside also included new siding as well as rock accents along the bottom portion of the home. The clean up was also phenomenal and left nothing for me to do. It is absolutely gorgeous! It looks like a completely new home! Thank you so much for the hard work, friendly employees, and quality of your work!!
I am also a local school teacher here in South Dakota and after speaking with the owner, Chad about the great job his employees did, he left a donation on DonorsChoose page to help fund one of my projects in my classroom! With his donation, my project was completely funded and will be able to make a bunch of 3rd graders very happy next year with their new technology, The Que Ball!! . I was told by Jack with Rapid Exteriors, before hiring that they were the best in the business and would only have the best guys with a lot of experience working on my roof. It was a disaster from the start. The roofers did not show up till noon, there was trash left daily, and the roofers were ill-equipped for and had little to no experience to work on a steep roof. There was no supervision during the work nor was there an inspection of the work by the owner or foreman once completed. The roofers left without completing and took all materials with them. When I contacted Chad, he sent workers back out and they used make-shift parts to complete one portion but left another. The areas of my roof I could view were scratched, dented, and not fastened down properly. In the end, I hired an inspector. The results? I need a new roof and fast due to several areas where there are risk of leaks due to areas unfinished, torn, and/or damaged. In addition, the roofers left a bunch of supplies and their lunch on my rooftop. It is now October and it is expected to snow. My recommendation is to not hire this company.

Our soffett under our overhang blew off from the wind and we needed to get it replaced before we sold our house. Josh came by on a Saturday, gave us a quote and it was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. They built it stronger and better than it was to help ensure the wind wouldn't blow it out. They did great work and they got it done quick. Definitely recommend to others.

Rapid exteriors replaced the gutters on our hundred year old home! They matched the color of the original gutters and did an excellent job! They were extremely careful with our home and the gutters are great! The guys who did the job were very hard working and very polite. I would highly recommend Rapid exteriors for siding and gutters!
