Kane was amazing to work with! We used him the first time 4 years ago after extensive hail damage. They repaired our roof and siding, among other things. Our insurance fought us on covering the new siding, but Kane went to bat for us and relentlessly fought for us, our insurance company ended up covering it!! We went with them again this last year when we were hit again with hail damage. 10/10 recommend Kane and Rapid Exteriors!

Great experience working with Kane Diers & Rapid Exteriors, Inc for my roofing and siding needs. Recent Hail caused quite a bit of damage and Kane and his team did well to replace everything damaged, did all the insurance filing and communication, was very timely, and did amazing work. Kane and his crew were amazing. We needed our roof done asap due to selling it. He worked us in and it was done the same day within hours. They did an awesome job cleaning up everything. Not one nail left behind. His crew were hard working fun loving guys.. very efficient. High recommend Kane and Rapid Exteriors.

Absolutely do not recommend. Below I posted my BBB Report. The salesman intentionally mislead me into over ten thousand dollars worth of home repairs by assuring me everything we discussed was included.
I made an insurance claim 8/6. Rapid Exteriors was recommended to me by our realtor so I called and they met with the adjuster. I asked for an estimate right away due to the sale of our home. The salesman Kane said he wouldn't give me an estimate or schedule until he say the insurance paperwork. When I received the paperwork I emailed it to him and he said he could have it completed in the 2 or 3 week time frame that we had until closing. Kane sent me a contact on 8/11. I emailed, called, and texted him asking if it included everything we talked about (the roof, window clads, and gutters) he assured me by text on 8/11 and phone 8/12 that everything would be taken care of. We scheduled the work to be completed on 8/21. On Thursday 8/20 the materials were dropped off. I received a text from Kane that night that now the roofers were 2 days behind. I tried calling him but he did not answer. I sent him a text And he assured me again everything would be completed. After he spoke with my realtor they decided the roofing crew would come on Saturday. The roofing crew showed up and worked until 7:30. At 8pm Kane texted he wanted to come pick up the check. The following Sunday we arranged to meet in the afternoon, when he came we showed him some concerns. I asked him about the gutters being done and at this time he told us they were NOT included in the price and they were subcontracted to a different company but we would just pay Rapid Exteriors for everything and asked us to pay for the roof. We told him we wanted our concerns fixed and that we thought gutters and clads were included in the price. He just replied that he doesn't know what to say and that I signed the contract. Their contract says that they will be honest and ethical and I believe I was intentionally misguided into over $10,000 worth of work because he knew we were on a tight deadline. He had multiple chances to tell me via email, phone, or text that there would be additional charges for the gutters and windows clads because I asked multiple times and he reassured me they would get done while neglecting to tell me it would be for an additional price. I asked for an estimate for the gutters and he said he couldn't give me one. I called my realtor very upset and she called him. She called me back and said the gutters and clads are additional $2,600 and the contracted company will come tomorrow. Kane sat in our driveway and then texted he would check in tomorrow. I have not paid and do not intend to pay until, at the very least, our roof concerns are addressed but I feel I've been duped by Kane and Rapid Exteriors despite them advertising honesty.

Update:
They did end up completing the work and I paid the total amount. He said he discounted it $600. It was still over $12,000 for a 912 sq foot house and garage which is way over priced for this area. We were able to close on our house which we appreciated. In their response they stated I was unreasonable however I supplied multiple texts and emails showing I was mislead. I paid for the work and I am happy to pay for quality work but this was a fiasco!

Kane Diers has done an excellent job. This is our first time having extensive damage to our home with multiple things to do and he has been extremely patient in walking me through the process and making sure our home is repaired properly! Easy to work with and local!!

We had a great experience using Rapid Exteriors to replace our siding with LP. They also replaced our soffit & fascia. Jack was very responsive as we set up the contract and when the work commenced the team was fast and professional. They were also flexible with various small requests we had. I would definitely recommend this company to any friend/family looking to have exterior work completed.

Rapid Exteriors replaced the 60 year old windows in my home. Wow!! The quality of the windows and the workmanship are outstanding. I hear less outside noise, there is less dust in my house. The crew did a great job installing all of the windows in two days and did a great job cleaning up. Even while they were installing them. One guy was vacuuming while they were still working. My home and yard were cleaned and everything was back to normal. I would recommend Rapid Exteriors for your next project!

Rapid exteriors replaced gutters on our hundred year old house! They matched up the paint and had them looking great! The guys that worked on the house were hard working very polite and very careful with our house, we are pleased with the work they did! I would not hesitate to recommend them for work! Great job!
