I hired Allied construction to supply and install new gutters and downspouts on a new home build. The contact person was Dan who estimated the job and oversaw the installation. Communication could not have been better and Dan takes a personal interest in making sure the job turns out perfect. I highly recommend Allied construction.

Allied Construction sent their project manager 2 days after our phone call. He reviewed our work request and thoroughly discussed options. Later that evening we received an estimate and agreed to have Allied do the work. The materials were delivered and the guys started our project the next week. The came to work when they said they would come and finished the project in a very timely manner. We are very satisfied and will call them again. The area clean-up was excellent and the guys were friendly and liked our dogs.

Our project was adding soffits to our 45 year old garage.
Their workmanship was excellent!!!!!

Allied Construction did the roof on the last house I bought. They were great to work with and their workmanship on the roof looked great. The thing I was most pleased about may seem trivial, but their cleanup when they were done was exceptional. I only ever found 2 nails around my house or in my gutters after the project. With little kids running around and having done roofing myself I know that takes some effort and I really appreciate that effort.

I had an emergency situation today with an ice dam on my roof which was causing a large water leak through a window in my office. Dan came over right away and fixed the issue for now and has given me options for a more permanent remedy. Highly recommend!

Allied Construction replaced the roof, gutters, facia, broken window, and shredded screens on our home in Summerset that were damaged by the hailstorm. Dan Ezzo, Sales Representative, explained every detail of what repairs were required and approved by our insurance company , the estimated cost, and schedule for completion.

Dan kept in contact with us throughout the project and inspected all work after it was completed.

Shawn walked me through the complete process and kept me posted along the way. He also did all the contact with the insurance company so I didn’t have to deal with them at all. We really like the work he did the cruise were great. They did an awesome cleanup. This is the second time I’ve used this company. I would continue using them in the future.

In the spring of 2023, a violent hailstorm heavily damaged our roof, siding and deck, as well as our garage and our air conditioner. Brett Ross from Allied stopped by and chatted with us, and offered to check out our roof. He took detailed pictures, which were very useful in filing our insurance claim. When the insurance adjust or came out, Brett accompanied him the entire way, making sure to point out all the issues he had discovered.
Because of that level of care, we decided to go with Allied for the installation of our new roof. The installation by the sub-contractor was handled professionally and promptly, but the subcontractor neglected to read the part of the work order which said, "leave the current gutter guards in place!" Their partial removal of the guards during the roof installation led to significant damage to them.
Brett Ross rode to the rescue and spared us any additional costs by replacing all the guards with an even better product!
All in all, it was an excellent experience, especially considering the complexities of insurance and their forms, tile selection, etc.

After another company was repeatedly late or delayed Allied took over and got everything done correctly and in a timely manner - I live in Belle Fourche and John from Allied takes care of my area and he was so easy to work with and totally made sure everything was perfect and that I was happy with the work! Allied Construction did all of our hail damage repairs. They had people to do it all. Jon was in contact with our insurance company to get everything paid for that was needed. They stayed within their budget and completed the work in a timely fashion. I would hire them again, and will recommend them to my clients.

We had a large claim on 3 buildings from the hail storm two years ago. Everybody in town had claims so it was crazy busy. Jon kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. I reached out to him on two emergency issues that were not part of the claim and he came and helped us out without extra charge. He answered every text promptly and he either answered my call or returned it promptly. When they came the work was done well and promptly. When the second storm came, he was the one I called. I highly recommend Allied Construction!

Jon made everything so easy for us. He lined everything up and when there was an issue, he took care of it. Everything was done when he said it would be.

Jon Schaeffer saved us! We struggled and struggled with our insurance. Jon just kept sending and resending every time they lost the information. And then when they gave us a nearly impossible deadline, Jon made it come together. And the siding color is fantastic. I thought I wanted something else and Jon tried hard to find it but I was lucky it didn't come together because the new color is much better. The end result is great.

Dan took over my project in the middle of what turned out to be a very drawn out claim and was great helping me with the project and the insurance company.

We worked with Dan Ezzo from Allied Construction. He treats your property as if it was his own and is on site numerous times during project completion. Dan takes the time to explain the difference in product qualities.

Great service, showed up when they said, crew was great finished the whole roof in one day and cleaned debris up. Very happy with the whole process, one of the few contractors I’ve hired that did great work when they said they would.

Huge shout out to Vern Kochmar!! He has been excellent to work with and helped us every step of the way after the damage from 2022.

On his first stop out here, I asked him why I should use Allied as they had a lower rating score on google and yelp. He explained that the company is now under new ownership, and that a few folks had had unfavorable experiences in the past under the previous owner, but that the new owner was dedicated to working and making things better. I would say, from my experience, they did just that.

Vern kept me posted every step of the way, help me work with the insurance company, made sure his crews were here on time and working, got a letter from the distributor when the caulking was delaying the project, wrote a letter to the insurance company to provide them dates when items were ordered, received and delivered, and has provided follow-up after every piece of the project was done. The finish product is awesome - fyi, we had shingles, siding, doors and windows replaced. Vern also brought a vast knowledge of what products to use and construction details (such as using flashing on the front of the garage to keep water from ruining the wood - this might be common knowledge to some, but it wasn't to me, so I appreciated ways to improve the house).

Thank you to the Allied crews who came to do the physical work. They were efficient, kind and did an amazing job of cleaning everything up before they left. (did I find a nail here and there - maybe 4 - but I expected it, it is construction after all). they were even so kind as to play with my dogs when they would go out to visit.

I would use this Vern and the Allied team again!!
And to the person who said that Allied pays for review, that is not true. I was asked if I would post one, and because I am a satisfied customer, I am doing just that.

Allied Construction had my back from day one. I was in the middle of selling my house when a hail storm came through and wrecked the town we lived in. Vern from Allied Construction had my back while I was trying to continue with the sale of the house and lining up repairs and Vern was my eyes and hears after we moved keeping me updated on progress. Allied Construction is 100% trusted in my book, very thorough and professional.

The company was amazing from "cradle to grave.". Sales was quick to come out and assess the damage, get a quote and provide all the information for me to make an informed decision. They kept in touch while we waited for materials to arrive. Since the material was running behind from manufacturers, as soon as it arrived I was added as a priority install. Roofing Crew were on time, explained what they were going to do answered my questions and then promptly went to work. Installed in one day. Since it was a Metal roof, they stacked so I could keep it. (My request). Picked up debris including nails and screws to protect tires from damage. Next day sales came back out conducted an inspection, ask if I had any questions and if I was satisfied.

The answer is if you need work done Allied is the only place to go. Count have had a better experience from an incredible team!

Allied - in particular Vern Kochmar, was recommended by a construction manager who had helped build another cabin for us. After another hail storm in Spearfish Canyon - a new roof, new gutters and re-staining of Douglas fir siding needed repair and new materials. Vern Kochmar of Allied was prompt in getting to our residence to look at damage. He was knowledgeable, caring and direct and put together a bid for the work. The roof was priority as we had sold the cabin 2 weeks prior to the hail storm and needed repairs done - if possible before closing. With the widespread damage in the Spearfish area, we were so pleased that Vern was able to get our choice of Class 4 shingles purchased and onsite ready for Allied roofing crews. The existing two layers were removed, new felt, new ice and water barrier, roof vents, flashing were all installed within 3 days. Added to their challenge on this roof was a 12/12 steep roof which required extra safety precautions. The crews worked tirelessly and when they left, the jobsite was clean and not a speck of trash was left behind. Great work Allied!!
