The furnace was not working and it was only 5 degrees outside. They made me the first appointment and and got it running by lunch.

Called about furnace issues and they were able to get me in on the same day. They’re definitely awesome and plan on using them for any more issues we might have in the future.

Mitch was a great help and got the heat switched back on ASAP. Would highly recommend J&M for your residential needs.

Mitch came to fix my home furnace which had been out of service for several days after a power outage. I had called six other businesses and they either did not service "modular homes" or weren't available till a much later time.
Mitch was prompt, he was courteous, and thorough! He not only fixed the damaged piece on the furnace, but he changed the furnace filters, and replaced the old thermostat with a more up to date one which was wonderful.
I was expecting a much higher bill. But because he knew what he was doing, he was in and out quickly and efficiently.
I've already shared his name with some friends and family for "just in case"!

After a very bad experience with two different local HVAC guys a couple years ago, I realized I really had to replace my house's dinosaur heater. I found J and M Mechanical well rated and well reviewed. They lived up to the excellent evaluation for me, and within 10 days of inquiry had the job done and done well despite this old house's many furnace and duct work oddities. They are punctual, honest, and keep you informed. The actual installation took perhaps a total of only 8 hours. They also clean up after themselves and are hood guys. I give them my highest evaluation.

Mitch came in and got an exhaust leak repaired immediately after I was not able to get the person who initially installed it to do the repair work. During his inspection he found our gas line wasn't to code and took care of that issue along with repairing and replacing the pvc piping that was not done correctly by the previous company. He was very explanatory about all the ins and outs of our new equipment and got us taken care In a timely and professional manner. Thanks to him our furnace is fully operational and we have no more leaks and none of us are sick anymore. I would 100% recommend him in the future and we plan on keeping him on call for any of our needs that he can address. Thank-you for getting us taken care of!

Our heater stopped working properly during the coldest spells this winter, JM mechanical came over with in a day to service and was able to diagnose that our heater was in need of replacement. Within 2 weeks they were about to order and install our new heater and we decided to add onto it the AC unit as well. They always left their shoes at the door and cleaned up after themselves. Both were knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would recommend them.

J&M is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and quick. They installed a new furnace in our older home earlier this year and recently installed a new central air unit and thermostat. We’ve had no issue with our furnace and our air works wonderfully. Highly recommend.

They were on time and friendly!! They took the time to look at my A/C unit and all the checkpoints along the way. Also, spent time explaining what they looked at, and provided options on how to make the upstairs of the house cooler as it turns out my A/C is working as it should. They also hooked up the natural gas line to my Blackstone!! Prices were as expected. Would recommend. and will use again!!
