These guys helped me out on a Saturday on my way out of town with my family and couldn’t have been nicer!! I had a brand new f-150 that I had bought somewhere else ( I’m not from the area and didn’t know about ranch land ford.) and I had it serviced for its first oil change buy another dealer to the east . The other dealer completely botched the oil change and I had oil everywhere! So I stopped on a Saturday morning and asked them to help me and they pulled it in right away and cleaned it up and checked it out for me and got me on the road in less then a half hour!!! ON A SATURDAY!!!!! I was more than happy with the service and the experience!!! I wish I lived closer because I’d be using them for all my services and sales!!! Thanks ranch land!!!!!

Our car broke down 3 1/2 hours from home. Many, many thanks to Jud for working after hours, fixing the car, and getting us home quickly and safely. 5 stars are not enough to show our appreciation!

Had a break down on Saturday. Tow truck picked my vehicle up and dropped off at Ranchland Ford. There happened to be a mechanic working past closing hours and he went out of his way to get my car running. Awesome service and highly recommend.

Owners were kind enough to watch over our bike on their premises when we experienced an issue on our way to Sturgis. Without them we'd have never made it and would have missed out on the whole weekend. Mighty appreciative.

Just purchased a Super Duty from Ranchland Ford, and I can not say enough about them. All of our prior conversations were not had face to face but I could tell immediately that Justin Wittry and his dealership were trustworthy and honest. He even came in on his day off because I was coming in from out of state (6+ hour drive), which was unexpected. Ranchland gave me a fair price on both my trade-in and my new truck. It was a completely stress free buying experience. There is a reason they have such great reviews.

We broke down in Broken Bow yesterday (FRIDAY) at noon.
I called the Ford dealer (Ranchland) and spoke with Jud (svc mgr). He and his crew were able to make repairs even though the necessary parts were unavailable. We were back on the road by 5pm even though they had to practically manufacture the parts themselves.
The owner (Perry) and his employees, Jud and Justin went way above and beyond to help us get back on the road.

Looking for a particular vehicle but never purchased outside my state I had my doubts. Coming from New Mexico and only looking at pictures going to Nebraska for a car felt insane. But after speaking to Justin I was sure this is the right choice. Answering all my questions and providing me much needed information, Justin ensured me I would have no regrets. I have never experienced a dealership like Justin's. Kindness, professional, and going above and beyound to please a customer, only a few dealerships can achieve and Ranchland Ford has risen that bar to another level. When arriving at Ranchland Ford I was greeted and had Justin's full attention. Providing all the paperwork Justin made everything extremely straightforward and a breeze. Testing the vehicle I brought up a small defect and Justin had his mechanics work on it immediately, putting other vehicles aside to make sure I was happy. I wish every dealership operated like Ranchland Ford, dealerships have something to learn from them because what their doing is everything right and further more. We had car troubles on our vacation, happened to call a few minutes afterhours and Judd in the Service Department happened to answer. He went above and beyond our family to help us and give us advice of what to do. Even called the following day multiple times to check in and see how we were doing. This summer I was touring Nebraska in an RV with my 95-year-old father when my driver’s side windshield wiper totally broke off during a rain storm. I also noticed that I needed an immediate oil change. In this area of Nebraska there are very few cities and even fewer auto repair facilities, making me very concerned about having to drive for days and days without a windshield wiper and with very dirty oil. I stopped at Ranchland Ford and asked if they could help me out with the work. They were booked solid for the next few days but when I explained that I was just passing through the area with my father, the owner, Perry Myers, told me he would check with his staff to see if they could work me in. His service manager, Judson Mickle, told him that he would pass on his lunch hour and instead do the work on the RV. Perry drove my dad and me to a nearby restaurant so we could have lunch while Judson worked on the RV. When we finished lunch Perry came and picked us up and took us back to his dealership. We arrived just as Judson was finishing up on the RV.
I am so grateful to Perry and Judson for helping me and my dad out. They are wonderful guys and I will always remember their kindness. And to top it off, the bill was exceptionally reasonable. I live in Minnesota, but if I lived anywhere in Nebraska, I would have all my car work done at Ranchland Ford.

Broke a serpentine belt heading back to north Platte around 5. They were getting ready to close and Judson the service manager made sure he got the part, stuck around and installed so that I could make it back to town for work that night. I was on my way to a retreat in Cozad when my vehicle started making noises. I pulled into Ranchland Ford on a Friday, late afternoon. Rather than push the issue into Saturday, the staff did not hesitate to drive my vehicle, put it on the lift, find, and fix the problem. They sent me on my way, FREE OF CHARGE, to learn about evangelization. Their act of kindness was the best lesson of all.

On my way back to MN and my intercooler cold side blew off. Took limped the truck in and I was back on the road in 2 hours. AMAZING service. Can't thank you enough for the great service.

I had some friends up from Tennessee and their vehicle developed an issue on the way here. With every bump on the road the front end would go into a death wobble. We went to Ranchland the day after Memorial day which I'm sure is a busy day for them. They said they didn't have an opening for two weeks but since they were in a bind they would look at it first thing. We dropped the truck off and within 30 min they called and said the repair was done. There was no charge with the warranty and there was actually a recall on the problem. We got them a box of doughnuts and thanked them! Love my hometown! Bow Rocks! Thank you for helping my good friends get home safely!

My college student daughter was working a summer job in Broken Arrow and experienced a problem with her car on a Monday morning. She needed the car repaired by Thursday night to attend a family funeral in South Dakota. I frantically called several shops which, not surprisingly, were booked into the following week. I called Ranchland and they happened to have a cancellation, towed my daughter's car and got it repaired on the same day. When they called to tell me it was done, they asked if I would like them to drop it back to my daughter's apartment. What service! Kudos Ranchland Ford from a grateful father in Texas!!

** This is my experience with their mechanic shop which I have learn am not the only one that has been over charged and misguided**
Just wanted to give a little PSA about the mechanic shop at the Ranch Land Ford in Broken Bow, NE. On March 22nd around 6:30pm a coolant line in my F-250 broken and leaked out the fluid. I was able to stop and turn off the pick up pretty quick. Anyways I got my pickup towed to the Ford dealership and waited till morning to go in nice an early. When we got there Saturday (03/23/19) the lady back at the mechanic shop kinda blew me off. Telling me she over booked her mechanic on a Saturday and probably couldn’t get him to even peek at it until maybe Monday. She didn’t even get any information from me about what happened or what was wrong with it. Didn’t even listen when I tried to tell her. She just took a name and a number and sent me away with the words I’ll call you. Now let me tell you that I was supposed to be on my way to go get a horse trailer so as you can imagine I was anxious to get the part put in and be on my way. Which at this point I realize I’m not gonna be able to do and although it sucks I’m alright with it (kinda). Monday (03/25/19) comes and no call so I call her and she tells me the mechanic looked at it but they don’t have the part and can’t get it until Tuesday, so she’ll call me then and get back to me. The next day (03/26/19) comes and still no phone call so I call her and she tells me they replaced the transmission cooler lines, and added 8 qts of fluid cause it was low (no joke it’s all on the ground, from when the line broke ‍♀️) She then goes on to tell me I must have drove the pickup for awhile after the lines broke cause there is now no reverse and no 5th gear so the transmission is welded inside and needs to be replaced. She then told me they could replace it for $6100.00+ dollars. OVER 6,000 DOLLARS!! I told her I had to think about that and get back to her. So after thinking the world was gonna end (not really) I joined together with the guys at work to get a game plan. I called around for some quotes and found they were way over charging. Could probably replace the motor for what they were asking. Well anyways finally found a place to replace it for $2,000, $2,500 worst case (labor and everything included) so we made plans, go a car trailer and a pickup to haul it. I called the dealership and told them not to touch my pick up cause I was gonna bring it to another place and I’d be there later to pay them for what they did do (which ended up being $150 for labor, $122.28 for the part, and $50.24 for the oil, so a total of $322.52) Sunday (03/31/19) afternoon came around and we went to load my pickup on the trailer and it turned out my pickup ran like normal. Had all its gears and reverse! So we ended up hauling it to the other mechanic just so he could look at it as well, just in case. . . And the outcome. He said he drove it almost 20 miles and didn’t find anything wrong with it. I ended up calling the dealership to tell them about it and the lady acted dumbfounded.
In conclusion: Ranch Land Ford in Broken Bow, NE tried to scam me out of over SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS. Tried to get me to replace a transmission that didn’t even need to be replaced.

Perched a 2016 fusion today and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. The price was under msrp and it looks great. Would recommend buying from them again now that it's under new ownership.

We had a slight issue shortly after purchasing our vehicle and they took care of everything and it wasn't an inconvenience to us at all. Needed a key or a code for truck. Arrogant staff said my goodness you will need to schedule appointment for that. Left... googled a video on you tube of how to get the code for truck... took 5 minutes and a 7mm wrench. Didnt buy my last ford from here.. will not take my current one here... nor my next!

Ordered a part for my bronco that I wasn't sure was the correct part due to the horrible parts diagram on the ford parts website. I described the part to Brenda (parts manager) she assured me that it was the correct part that I was ordering. I received the parts a few days later and it was the wrong part. Called to return the part and was told since it was a discontinued part there was no returns. I was not informed of this when I ordered it nor is it stated on the receipt. So now I'm stuck with a pat that I can not use. Thanks a lot Brenda at Ranchland Ford.
