We hired Forsman's Finest to redo our wood deck and expand and replace it with a composite deck. They were very attentive, showed up on time everyday, kept a clean workspace, and were so friendly. The communication with Travis was excellent. They were quick to fix a couple of small issues that we had.

We would definitely recommend FF and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

We hired them to remove a giant unsafe staircase and replace it with a smaller staircase on a different area of the deck. We chose them over other contractors despite being more expensive because Travis seemed to really know his stuff and had great ideas on how we could make what we wanted work. The process was super easy and they were always very responsive to questions. When they sent out their contractors they were friendly and kept the work area clean. They worked quickly and even though there was some miscommunication they got things figured out and quickly redid the concrete pad. Travis was always really involved and came out multiple times to check in with the contractors and us as well. We are very happy with our experience and our new deck stairs and would recommend working with Forsmans Finest.

Forsman's Finest Decks did a great job replacing our deck stairs and reinforcing our deck railing. Travis came out promptly and gave me a thorough evaluation of our current deck condition, making me confident in the decision to just replace our deck stairs at this time rather than our entire deck. He kept in regular communication and gave me an accurate timeline both for when the work would be conducted and how long it would take. Additionally, we recently had sod installed, and his team did a great job of staying off of it as best they could, even though it was around part of our deck area. Overall, a great experience from beginning to end (including the final walkthrough that Travis performed which included him asking how they could improve for the future)!

We love our new covered patio! Travis and his team helped bring our vision to life and worked with us along the way to make sure everything was just as we wanted it. They focused on our project and got it done in a timely manner. It was great that they brought in an electrician to help us with the setup of our lights, outlets, fan, and hot tub. We are thrilled with how it turned out and have already been able to enjoy our new outdoor living space!

Travis and his team were outstanding! Travis did the estimate personally. Later, I thought of a couple of minor extra items that needed work, and he agreed to do them at no additional charge. The contract was clear. Travis came out again and walked us through the process before starting work. His team was professional. The day after completion, Travis came by for an inspection, he found a couple of items that needed attention (that I wouldn't have noticed), and the items were fixed the same day. I highly recommend them!

Working with Travis at Forsman’s Finest was great. He met with us several times to discuss decking options and answer all our questions. We could tell right away that he takes pride in quality workmanship and has high standards, which is exactly what we wanted. He also recommended CFC Concrete for our new stamped patio and they did excellent work as well. He gave us lots of heads up on when project would be starting, went over the schedule of our project in detail a week in advance and expected nothing but the best from his team. They took great care to not damage our existing landscape, cleaned up during and after the project, including power washing our driveway where the materials sat during construction. Had a stairway added to an existing second story deck and they did a great job, and done right on time.

We chose Forsman's Finest Decks to rebuild our deck after reading reviews of, and getting bids from, 3 other companies. Travis is a highly skilled carpenter, does fantastic work, and he is so easy to work with. I'm considering putting a roof on our deck and a pergola in our backyard, Travis will be my first call!

After asking friends and looking through many reviews, I contacted Forsman’s Finest Decks to build a covered porch that tied into our existing roof. Travis Forsman, the owner, walked us through the process, provided an on-point quote (that was lower than many other contractors who provided us quotes), keeping us in loop every step of the way. He provided in depth blue-prints and completed permitting quickly. Installation went excellent, the crew was attentive and courteous, to my wife and I. Our backyard was left clean every single day after work was complete. We truly appreciate the job that was done at our house, and would highly recommend this company. We have been enjoying our covered patio tremendously (especially with these hot summer days)!

This project by Forsman's Finest Decks was a multi-level wood deck rebuild. It was carefully planned. Took a day longer than planned and came in on the quoted price. Once work started it was worked on until complete. Very satisfied.

Very fair price. They arrived for the job the day after my call. I wanted an adjustment after the job was done and again they came out the very next day to do the work. Work was top notch and they even did more just to make sure I was happy and my deck looked nice.

We used Travis and his team to add a roof to our existing concrete patio. We met with a few deck/patio and remodel companies, but ultimately felt most comfortable with Travis. He provided a rendering of our vision of the project that was spot on. Throughout construction, we could not have asked for better communication, start to finish. We always knew where things stood, and received prompt, concise updates when timelines inevitably shifted.

We had a number of complicated trades involved (a large custom outdoor fireplace, recessed infrared heaters in the ceiling, and rolling screens around the entire outside perimeter). Travis went above and beyond to collaborate with the other vendors. He asked questions for best practices on prep work for the screens. Involved electricians and plumbers as soon as possible for gas lines and new power runs. All of his subs were extremely professional.

In the end, we got exactly what we wanted, on time, and for a fair price. Travis and his team are a class crew, and we’d have no hesitation to use them again on another outdoor project.

Travis was a fantastic communicator. We dealt with inclement weather leading up to and during our project and they found a way to make it all work. His team was polite and on time. The finished product looks great!

Forsman's Finest Decks enlarged and resurfaced our deck previously and did an outstanding job. We recently decided to expand the deck again adding a 12x12 foot section. We didn't hesitate to reach out to Travis at Forsman’s Finest Decks to complete the job. They once again delivered exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail.

We met with Travis a week prior to the start date. He went through the project plan and clearly explained what was to come. The team and the dumpster arrived as scheduled on the first day. They also set up a porta john (the other contractors didn’t mention/include this little detail). The crew made sure the site was clean throughout the project and provided a daily report of what was accomplished and what was scheduled to be done the next day. The crew powered through the work in 3 days. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and wow…the deck looks fantastic. Travis came back for a final walk through asking what they could have done better? Our response was “nothing”. We have worked with many contractors in our lives but working with Forsman’s Finest Decks was by far our best experience. We highly recommend Travis and his team for your next deck project.
