My appointment was at 10 and I got there at 9:30. I had three people work on my problem with the pickup and it was finished in about half an hour. I will be back.

Doug, Carl, Brandon are a rock star team of employees. I walked in the day after Christmas with a dead battery at closing. These employees, sacrifice there own time, helping get a new battery installed and helping me get back on the road.
I apologize, it's taken this long to post my review.
It will not take that long. To go back too Gateway motors for my vehicle needs.

Very poor communication, every time I called to check on my vehicle, nobody knew what was going on with it. After many times calling, they told me to just tell them what was wrong with it so they could start working on the problem, while my pickup was in their shop for multiple days prior to me calling for an update. Do not recommend this chevy dealership

Where to begin. Went a week after initially talking to them about the pickup and they had yet to send through clean up because it was so clean and friend traded it. Motor light came on while test driving and they assured us it was a sensor and would be fixed and delivered to us Wednesday or no later than Friday. We was in on a Saturday. Had to call several times…no communication on when they got it in for clean up and reviewing the motor light. Had to call them. Wasn’t allowed to drive our vehicle home as it was then traded that day and was given a loaner. We was offered another vehicle to borrow until ours was fixed but that was when I called and said we really needed it by the weekend. They got the pickup into a Ford dealer two weeks later. No call to follow up with us on the appointment. We had to call and he still had yet to know anything from them. Finally got it delivered to our house (25 days after original purchase) and the next day the motor light came on. Called them and he said he would call me back. Called them back cause once again no follow up. No answers as to who we needed to get it into and everyone was on vacation they would call Monday. (The day our instransits expire because well our 30 days are up!) convenient on their part! My husband called at 1pm. JP said he was just getting back from lunch and would call us back within two hours. Husband had to call again. In the meantime I called to express frustration to owner or manager and the office lady put me on hold. Came back on and told me she would have to have him call me back. Once again, No call back. Guess it’s not just the sales rep that has poor call back etiquette or care for the customers and satisfaction. To say we are frustrated…we are. Common call back in a timely manner especially when we just want in the loop what is wrong with the pickup or if and when or even who will be looking at it next. The worst part is our small town seeing us drive a small loaner vehicle has a lot of people asking question and now the pickup got here and pry needs in the shop again. White smoke from exhaust system and motor light sounds like more issues than they originally told us and they guarantee it would be fixed. We can let you know if that happens but at this point if you want customer service after you purchase a vehicle or communication of any sort I would just stick to your local town dealers. First time buying out of town and I will never do it again even if I felt I found a really good deal like they make it sound here at Gateway Motors with that lifetime warranty. Like I said if this gets squared away and they start communicating I will update this review.

If there was less than 1 star I’d put that! Do not under any circumstance take your vehicle to this dealership for service. They’ve had our car over 2 months and we keep getting excuses, run arounds and lack of communication. We still don’t have any idea when it will be done. We have personally spoken to several people that over the past year have had the same issue and will never use them again. If we ever get our car back we won’t ever go to them again. Over 9 weeks and counting!!
We wrote a letter to the owner over 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing in reply. No shock there. Looking at other reviews on here and with what we and people we know have been through it’s obvious they don’t care about their customers

We purchased a truck from them. My son was leaving for college and didn’t have time to get it detailed. They said bring it in when he is home for the summer. We scheduled a time for the complimentary oil change and detailing. The truck was pretty clean but we expected some level of higher clean. They didn’t even wash the outside. They cleaned the windshield and mirrors and nothing else was touched. There was dirt from my sons boots in the back seat from that morning and it was still there when we picked it up. They had the truck for almost five hours.
I’m okay with no detailing but when someone promises something, they should do the job. It speaks to the lack of respect they have for their customers and the promises they make.

Brad was great as sale person. The pricing was average. The issue was the truck multi point pre inspection . I do not believe they checked any of the mechanics because when I got the truck home the change oil light came on. The filters in the cabin and engine were completely dirty. They did pay to have the oil changed as it was not performed pre purchase.

We are driving to our wedding from Minnesota to Colorado. Our truck began to have mechanical issues Sunday night. We spent the night in our truck waiting for the dealer to open the next morning. We walked in right at opening to the service side. I am not sure what the guys name was who “helped us”. He had poor customer service and a huge lack of empathy for our situation. I understand places are busy and at the end of day you need to run a business. However to see how positive their reviews were online… they must not have interacted with the service man. We were left stranded at broken bow with zero help. There was no attempt of helping us except for the words “in two weeks we can get you in”.

They took my vehicle in to access what was wrong with it and in less than 2 hours, called and was ready.
The guys at the desk were nice and were professional.
The lady at the counter to check me out was absolutely a joy to talk to.
Will be doing business there again!

Todd Anderson and Kyle Lawrence were great and accommodating from day one. They made the whole process easy and transparent. Any special requests I had were fulfilled. The biggest hurdle they got around easily was the fact I’m in Michigan with an employee discount, so I’m grateful for their ability to adapt to an unusual purchase procedure. I’m excited to take delivery of the truck as soon as possible.

Don't use these guys!!!!!!!! I got my car from them after 2 months and still never fixed it. I had three low tires and 1 mile to empty on my digital gauge when I picked my car up. Very poor car lot if that's what u call it. They quoted me 16 hundred for a timing chain repair. I took it to a local mechanic who has great reputation in Broken Bow and it was less then 900 bucks. These guys are just in it for money. Waste of time and money.
