From the start of my complete home makeover, Mark the PM, was attentive and communicative. I put out an inquiry and had upwards of 20 companies and contractors harassing me telling me why they’d be the best or how they’ll beat anyone’s price or how they’d knock it out in a weekend. 614 exteriors, Mark in particular, listened and seeked to understand my vision instead of empty promises to hook me. We Replaced roof, siding, soffits, trim boards, gutters, and lights. Note, the driveway was done by another company. Every step and every detail was discussed and confirmed with me. No assumptions liberties or shortcuts were taken. When issues were encountered, like rotting boards, they weren’t ignored or covered up. Work was paused until discussed and resolution was green-lit. They do things the right way and with integrity. To me that is more important than speed or low cost. I Opted for a black roof, sea slate siding, and white trim. Pricing was transparent from start to finish, there were no surprises at the end of the job. My wife and I hired 614 to replace all of our James Hardie siding and trim. The team at 614 were first class to work with. We had 614Exteriors replace the siding on our house - as far as we could tell, the original siding from the 40s. I was quite nervous about having work done on it due to the age, but their staff made it easy on me.

I worked with Nick through the sales and install process, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very patient, very willing to answer every question I had about the process. Most importantly, he was willing to tell me "I don't know, but I can find out" instead of overpromising. He didn't apply any unwelcome levels of high sales pressure, but kept in touch with follow ups at a very reasonable interval as we decided what we wanted to do.

Mariano and his crew did the install, and they were also fantastic to work with. Between Mariano being communicative as they worked and Nick stopping by for daily checkins, I felt very well informed on how things were going and knew when they found anything unexpected that needed addressed. I knew there'd be something unexpected - there always is when we get work done on this house - but they were great about showing me what they ran into, answering questions about the issues, and explaining options, without ever pushing me into a particular (or the most expensive) solution.

The siding has been on for 6+ months now and is still looking great - and more importantly - held up to last summer's rains and the winter weather. We got compliments from neighbors left and right once the work was complete. As soon as the work was done, I told Nick we'd be coming back to them on that day in the future that the roof finally needs replaced, and I'm still planning on it. And I'm saying that even after the cost of the project grew by several thousand dollars and was lengthened when the team revealed rotten fascia while replacing old gutters. Nick was a great rep. He explained things clearly and simply, and gave me a greater understanding of the entire process. He was there every step of the way to provide updates and go over my options. The whole team was very professional and efficient, and behaved with the utmost integrity. For example, when replacing the fascia on my house, a portion of the wood was not rotted, so they left that in place, reducing my lumber and labor costs. My gutters look great and have been working great for several months now. I haven't had any issues with water in my basement since the install. I would recommend 614 Exteriors to anyone and plan to use them again if I ever need additional work done on my home.

A small fascia board job that I realize was not typical for them as it was not a large job, just replacing some rotting fascia. A smaller contractor told me he could not do the job due to how the fascia was installed and the risk of damaging the stucco. 614 Exteriors not only replaced the fascia with superior composite but also layered the boards for an improved look. They also improved the roof runoff to prevent tar staining on the side of the house, which had started happening from the original eave design. Quality work, great price, and good communication!

There is not a bad thing I can say about 614 exteriors. Todd was fantastic to work with, great at communicating and actually cared about getting my property fixed. I had a tree fall on my house damaging the roof and siding pretty badly back in March 2024, they stayed in communication with me all the way through October while we worked with insurance to get the proper job. They were timely and did great work. Highly recommend and I will be using them for future work!

I've had the best and easiest experience working with Keith and his team. They are really great to this brand-new homeowner! They recently fixed a hole in my roof and I look forward to them replacing the whole thing here soon.

It was a great experience with 614 Exteriors. They did our Roof, Siding, and Gutters. It was pretty quick and smooth. We recommend this company 100%. Todd helps us out with everything. He was a great guy.

Needed to have vent repaired. Took several weeks to get to the project, but when they did it was done quickly and looks great. Matched old siding. Very happy.
update 05/04/2024 - With the winds and spring storms both of the vents had come loose. The owner Keith agreed to have someone come out and reattach them even though that kind of service is not usually under any warranty. Came out within a week and repaired. Very pleased.

Great communication and work done at my house. Keith is a good man. Will use again in the future. Made my house look so good.
