and couldn't be more pleased with this company. They were
all very professional and did a wonderful job!

Ramos Roofing canceled our scheduled work TWICE in the last few weeks. After being canceled once at the last minute we called Friday before our scheduled work on Tuesday to verify that the work would indeed be done. The woman my husband spoke to assured us that we were on the schedule and the work would indeed be completed as scheduled. Monday morning, big surprise, they canceled again. The didn't even have the courtesy to call us- likely because they knew they were lying to us when they promised on Friday to be there. Instead they sent a text to our tenants- who have now made the preparations for the work, scheduled time off to be there when the work was being done and dealt with the general inconveniences of prepping for work to their home TWICE.

VERY SATISFIED WITH THE ROOF THEY INSTALLED. TORE OFF OLD SHINGLES AND INSTALLED NEW SHINGLES IN 2 DAYS . 80 SQUARE.CLEANED UP VERY WELL ALSO. MARCOS WAS AWESOME TO WORK WITH. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Done in one day our house and garage. All new wood, shiny gles, rehung the gutters. Looks amazing! No issues, no problems

No surprises. The roofers stripped the old roof and found the underlayment was rotten and the 15 sheets of plywood and labor were charged at cost. Also had the exterior of the house painted. The prep was fantastic. Every unsuitable house part was replaced and all the possible gaps were caulked. Wonderful. Put a greenish trim on and matched the color with the gutters. Just excellent work.

Ramos Roofing came right out to give me a estimate. We agreed to terms and they were installing new vinyl siding, insulation and gutters in 2 weeks. The installers were professional and Nick came out and walked thru everything to close out the Deal. 100% would use them again.

Worked with them for two years and I would do it again. Totally recommend them. Always caring about their costumers and taking pride of their work.

Ramos Roofing replaced our Dundee roof without a hitch. They were prompt and professional when communicating with our home insurance company. The quality of the roof is top-notch, and they cleaned up the debris and nails decently after the job. We highly recommend Ramos Roof.

The Ramos crew replacing my old asbestos tile roof. They started on a Friday taking down the asbestos tiles one at a time and placing them in bags. They finish the asbestos tile and the shakes that were underneath them on Saturday. By the end of the work day Saturday they finished all the demolition and install new roof sheathing. On Monday installed high quality architectural shingles and by Tuesday they were cleaned up and gone

Nick Ramos and team always do great quality work on my house. They have replaced siding, caulked nails, and painted. They completed projects in a timely fashion and clean up after the job is done. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I will continue to use them in the future. A+

I hit the jackpot going with this outfit! Ramos Roofing is a family run business who know their business. The breadth of their expertise covers roofing, siding, windows, gutters and, they even can cleanup the air conditioner unit. The roofing crew, Roberto, Alex, Michael, and Rueben, we’re skilled at their job and worked at a steady pace. There was no idleness with this crew. Not only were they skilled craftsman but, decent young men who were not strangers to using “please” and “thank you.” The roof work was methodical, fast paced, and clean. Working until after dark, the crew cleaned up the yard, gathered up all scraps, and picked up nails before leaving the job site. The crew even painted my chimney pipe to match the roof vents and vent turbine.

The next morning, Roberto came to complete repairs to damaged sofits and fascia due to water damage. He is an “old school” carpenter who can see a problem and quickly finds a solution and effected repairs quickly. He takes pride in his work and does what is needed to make the repairs correctly and that look good when finished.

Within minutes after Roberto left, Victor and Lyla (sp) arrived to install new rain gutters and downspouts. This husband and wife team can do it all. Lyla replaced window screens, painted window trims, in addition to fabricating the seamless gutters, downspouts, and straps. The two came back the next day to finish up a few odds and ends to put the final touches on the project.

Back at the office, Nicolas Ramos (owner) kept tabs on the project, paid a site visit, and walked me through the process before his crew even started the work. The ladies in the office (Annabelle, Christy, and Maritza) were top-notch. All three were able to explain and answer my questions. We, as home owners, are not aware of the ins and outs of a project of this nature. They however, are very experienced and were very professional, cordial, and friendly.

Ramos Roofing took what I considered to be a stressful undertaking and made it easy for this home owner. Their relations with the Customer (me) and their trades-expertise was exceptional. A well disciplined work crew, properly trained on both safety and job skills. This is an exceptional contractor - give them a look when you need a firm who “can do it all” — well, almost all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent work at a fair price. I am very glad we chose to get my mom's new gutters and fascia from Ramos Roofing.

Did a very good job initially roof looks great but has since sprung some leaks due to many torrential downpours... this may be cause for concern but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt since they’ve been very good about following up to address it.

Company was very professional and followed through with what was contracted. They came out in a timely fashion and were able to complete the job in one day.

Used them a few years back with a prior hail storm and they did great at that time as well. Will definitely use them again!

Be very careful of Ramos Roofing! They do half A work & do bait & switch bidding.

Case in point, Ramos quoted $9500.00 twice & when he came out w the contract, the price jumped to $15K because he said that the house had 2 layers of asphalt & one of thin shake of which he was advised at least twice. BTW; the house had no sub layer tar paper under the thin shakes as they didn't use it over 100 years ago.

He was also contracted to put down White EPDM on two small flat parts which he never did & didn't put new flashings on 3 places on the roof. He was called back on this & said they would be out the next week to correct the problem. 1 month later he still hadn't arrived so I called again. When he did come w 4 guys for a 1 man repair, they spent the whole day doing 2 hrs. work???

Now 3 mounts later I'm still finding nails & asphalt bits about & there were large pieces of shingles & plastic in two of the Koi Fish ponds & a rake, my rake I let them use left in a pond. Also when doing the repair, they through a bucket of glue off the roof & spilt guls on my grass which killed it where the bucket landed. They also spilt glue of my driveway & didn't bother to clean it.

On the repair they used one stock flashing but on two others they just hand cut some aluminum flashing & nailed it to the roof & it looks like hell! They use black EPDM on the flat & painted it white. Where the EPDM overhangs it's cut so crooked that it looks like some drunk did the job as one side is like 4" lower than the other.

Another thing is, they damaged the gutters on the house because they did not put a protective cover over them when they were removing the old shingles! Totally unprofessional!

Bottom line is; I think those posting the 5 star reviews are friends but most of all get everything in detail on your contract because this guy is a CON MAN!!

One upside is, his slave labor crew were great!!

Was referred to me by my realtor and I couldn't say enough nice things about Nicolas and his team. Very timely and courteous. Ramos roofing does what they say they're going to do and does it right. I have found my go-to roofing company. Bring it on Nebraska hail.
