Rainforest Gutters LLC - Shelton, WA

I called to get a bid from this company, they were nice they came out and that was it. I never heard from them again, apparently my job wasn't big enough for them or something. They never got back to me. Never said they couldn't do it. I just never heard from them again. So unless you have a big house and a big job don't even bother calling this company. I guess that's my experience with them

They were recommended by two friends who had gutters put up by them. The owner came out to give me a bid. He said I didn't need gutters which I appreciated. He did say I needed the gutters nailed up in places that were separating from the facia board, which they did at no charge. They said I needed the flashing that lines the roof's edge. The owner said they could do this but, they kept putting me off and I've not seen nor heard from them since. The owner told me to keep calling. He said the squeaky wheel gets the grease. I called several times and he kept saying he would get me on his books but he never did so I gave up. Super disappointing.

I called them on a monday and need gutters on my lake house at cushman he came by on wed and looked at it and he said if I liked the bid he would install them that day. His bid was reasonable and we got it done fast! The new gutters look and work great! Rich is a really nice guy. Very communicative and personable. Highly recommend this company!

Very professional service. High quality new gutters. They offer over 30 different colors of gutters with special protective coating. They will install one whole piece of gutters no matter how long your roof is. Very impressive!

Excellent customer service! I called Rich and he came out that same day and gave us an estimate for new rain gutters on our home. The estimate was very reasonable, the hardest part was choosing the color!! He suggested black gutters and they're perfect for our house! it took him and his son about three hours to install them. We liked the fact that they're local and a family owned business.

Today, Rich Taylor and his son came to our house to repair gutters that had either been pulled off our house or had been damaged in several BIG snowstorms. Because we have a metal roof, warming weather on the snow accumulations caused it to slide down the roof and over the gutters. This happened to us in 2009 when Rich Taylor and Rainforest Gutters first came out and reinforced or replaced some of our gutters. In 2020 when snow also pulled down two of our gutters, we again called Rainforest Gutters. During that time, Rich repaired our fallen gutters and reattached them with extra long fasteners. This time, Rich and his son, reattached a gutter and facia, replaced a gutter and facia and added hangers to and fixed a gutter that had pulled away from the facia board. As always, the Rainforest gutter team was highly professional and easy to work with and the work done today was again excellent and affordable. We will always use Rainforest Gutters for any future gutter needs!
