Richy Mendoza Landscaping and Fence

Richy & his crew built a beautiful fence. He was very detail oriented & made sure we had input on all variances of the fence. I would recommend him to anyone.

Could not be happier. Richy gave us a very fair quote. He was careful in the planning and execution of the entire job. Conscious of our situation with our 3 dogs, and the urgency of beating the bad weather. He knocked out the almost 300 ft fence in 6 days, with a crew of just a couple guys.
The fence is beautiful. Rock solid construction. Gates work perfectly. The dogs are safe and happy, and we'll be calling him for our future projects.

I hired Mendoza Landscaping to lay a load of topsoil in a sideyard where we had recently had a new septic system drainfield installed, spread some white clover seed, and then apply a dusting of additonal topsoil to keep the seed safe from birds. Richy and his assistant arrived a mite late due to an unforseen but minor issue but communicated with us promptly concerning the delay. Once they arrived, they worked consistently to get the job done, weed whacking some residual grass and cleaning a section of asphalt. The job took a total of about seven hours in all and was well worth the price I paid - plus a well-earned tip. I'll be hiring these folks again for some additional land clearing, tree trimming, and yard waste removal and I have no doubt that they'll do equally good work this time as well.

Richy was easy to communicate with and got the job done sooner than expected. The fence looks great and is built to last, we look forward to working with him on future projects!

Richey did exactly what I asked to be done. This included mowing, weed eating, trimming shrubs, edging, cleaning gutters and home and garage roof. They showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up all of the yard waste. They did a beautiful job. He is up front and honest about charges. Would definitely recommend and hire again and again.

My brother and I dug a few holes for a fence in a very rock infested area in Lake Cushman and decided to call in the professionals. Richy was very responsive, courteous & aiming to please. His hard working men showed up early and they are digging machines. They navigated through tree roots and boulders and built a nice 260 foot fence. Anytime there was a question to ask Richy talked to me and let me make the decision to be sure we were satisfied. Hats Off !! to him and his crew they did a great job and worked late the last day to complete the task at a more than fair price. If you don't use Richy's Landscaping you are making a mistake !!!

Richy & his helper Florie are amazing! They trimmed more than 10 very tall trees in the front of our property. They do a beautiful job. Clean up is thorough. I rate them 5+!

Richy and crew installed a beautiful 70' fence for me, then I had them come out and add a 15' wood double gate at the driveway. It matches my fence perfectly. He worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. My daughter also hired them to build a fence for her in Yelm, which she is very pleased with. These guys go the distance! They were very efficient and thorough. Informed me as they went along as to what they were doing. Because of it raining off and on we had to change the day they came out but they kept us informed by phone which was nice. Did an excellent job too. First time using them. They were referred to me. By an expensive landscape firm that wouldn’t come in a gated community.

Richy and his gardener-helper did a remarkable job of removing weeds and bushes from the top of an engineered rock wall. They worked steadily (and even helped us save a rabbit's nest with some kits) that was in the way! They added a weed barrier with small rock. Looks amazing! Because they had extra rock, they filled in some worn areas in our pathway. For the amount of weeds and dirt they took out, our walkways and driveway ended up clean (quite impressive). I'd recommend this man and his team totally! Professional, very respectful of property, and cheerful.
