Sundance RV Center has been a huge blessing to me and my family. As a caregiver to my elderly parents I needed my own space and found my new home here at Sundance RV. I was given a great price and the owner Chad took care of the delivery and even came out to help me more than once all the way in Yelm. This company really cares about their customers above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. Josh, Brittany and Brandy all worked together to help me handle alterations and gave me great advice through the whole process. This company went above and beyond to help create a safe home for me and my two little doggies! As a single woman having no experience with these vehicles I consider myself blessed to have met all of these fine people. I would recommend them to everyone looking to buy or sell an RV. They are honest, trustworthy, and skilled at working with you through the entire process. They even helped hook me up with the Credit Union who financed me. I was really stressed doing this by myself but everyone made me feel comfortable and at home. They are always there to answer any questions I have and I never feel like I am bothering them. Words cannot express my gratitude to all of you at Sundance RV Center. Thank you so much Chad and friends! You can count on me to let people know about my experience with you all. It is amazing that there are still great businesses like you guys out there!

I ended up working with several of the employees at Sundance RV Center. All of them were fantastic. Every step was clearly communicated, they worked with me on timelines. I knew exactly which RV I wanted from them and they helped me get it from beginning to end.

As a husband/partner this business impressed me as my spouse handled the entire transaction. The staff never once made her feel like she "needed a man to be there" to look through inventory and make a selection she wanted. The staff is friendly and professional. The owner went above and beyond with the delivery and set up. He even went out of his way an easy 45 minutes to get a 50 amp extension we didn't consider! Thank you Chad!!! We would highly recommend Sundance RV!!

We purchased a fifth wheel from them recently and had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This was our first time in the world of travel trailers, and they made it an absolute breeze. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a motor home from them in August . I did not receive it until late in September at which time we drove it off a lot 10 miles down the road. The brakes went out on it. They came and took it to the repair shop. 5 days later we picked it up. The coach was not cleaned and the repairs That should have been done were not. The oil had not been changed in it And I'm sure there were other fluids that shouldn't have been looked at before.It was released off of the lot Overall, the people working There they are We're very nice I don't feel they needed to keep the motor home on the lot as long as they did after. We had already paid for it in full. And I did not like the fact that it was not clean inside and out. I would not recommend this business to friends or family.

I could not have had a better experience with Sundance and their service department. Brittany is such a pleasure to work with and they are always willings to go above and beyond. I cannot recommend them highly enough! If you need work done on your rig, take it to Sundance!

Just bought a used Fleetwood Class A motorhome from Sundance RV. When we first arrived, we were able to look around at the RV’s without being hassled by Sales people. Once we were ready, they were great to work with. Once we agreed on the price, they asked us to go through and inspect the RV and identify any issues we wanted to have fixed and they would fix it. They kept their promise and fixed everything we identified before we took delivery. Not only that, but they did their own inspection and testing of the systems and fixed the issues they identified as well. The day before we took delivery, they informed us that they had found that the fridge circuit card was bad and they replaced that as well. They even filled our Propane tank and filled up the gas tank. Now that is service! They have a great sales team and a great service department team. We are very happy with the overall experience and we love our used, but like new, RV. Thanks to everyone at Sundance RV!

Great company and even greater people. Customer service is the best. I have both bought and sold using Sundance and never been disappointed. You can't go wrong with Sundance.

Super helpful and easy to work with. We wanted to sell our 5th wheel and they were really easy to work with. They came and picked it up after agreeing on the price we wanted to get for it. They took care of literally everything. Nice family run business.

Deliver an RV trailer to my friend that I referred to Sundance. I was not available to look at trailer. I expected a good quality trailer clean everything working etc. The trailer was dirty, bathroom, floors dirty, etc furnaces ceilings fans filthy including carpet.Leaking pipes, looks like a band aid job poor quality Trailer. Curtains ripped, the plywood that the bed is on warped. The trailer has an odor smell, very disappointed with the quality of service from Sundance. Would not recommend.

This review should have been written sooner however, We purchased a camper 2 years ago to be in full time. When you first come in everyone seems very kind and welcoming. They all are very knowledgeable. However, them being knowledgeable means they knew how to fix things with bandaids enough to get it to sell with out actually fixing the problems & since getting the trailer we have found a number of terrible patch jobs on it. They advised that they sealed everything “as a courtesy” & Come to find out they did but they did a sloppy job and used the wrong kind of sealant. The sealant they used had the wrong kind of base and it actually degraded some of the parts it was applied to. Per the contract with them any leaks found within the first 90 days, would be covered. (This was also verified via message from their business account and again separately in a text). The first night we had it home we found out that the water pump was bad; the hard way and and it leaked and flooded under the sink, so we contacted them and they said “we only cover the external leaks”. Okay fine. So we fix it. The first weekend of owning it we had a horrible down pour of rain and found that there was a leak in TWO of the windows, leaving the floors soaked - so we contacted them for us to only be told “we can’t do anything about it because you didn’t purchase the warranty” we argued that it was the first 90 days, etc showed proof in writing of the first 90 days leak coverage had, and was told we are basically on our own. Their repair guy must have felt bad because he tried to walk us through what to check and apologized because there was nothing he could do and it was up to his boss. Since then the incorrect sealant they applied has degraded the areas in which it was applied and has caused it to ABSORB water in said areas. It has caused multiple issues and we have been chasing leaks weekly at minimum since we purchased. Even within the 90 days of purchase they did not honor in their contract. Initial problems - the fridge didn’t work, multiple leaks at windows and failed water pump. Within the first year; the have walls have bowed on the inside in two locations on two different slides. There are fungus/mushrooms that have grown out of nooks and crannies of the carpets multiple spots. The outer slide walls where the sealant has compromised the structure has allowed water into the slides walls causing them to have pit/rust holes. There are multiple areas in which water has gotten in at the windows and trim pieces that have been incorrectly sealed. Every slide seal has a leak in some area, there are multiple locations in where the wood has swelled due to leaks in locations that SD RV had “sealed”. There are multiple areas of mold growth located around the leaks. Since then; We have had nothing but problems since day one both with the trailer and this company. We have spent tons of money on repairs and will never be able to fully fix their mistakes without fully replacing the trailer itself.
They seem to be very knowledgeable but they used the wrong sealant to bandaid leaks they clearly knew about and then broke their word. They are great salesmen and truly convince you that they care. But as soon as we left their lot it became quite apparent that they don’t. Anything you say and contact them about they tell you they’ll get back to you but don’t. Address it on a public platform and there are always a boat load of excuses and attempts to discredit YOU (just look at their negative review responses), they’re not going to fix your problem just offer the typical generic “I’m so sorry about that, please let us know if we can help in any other way” or a defensive backhanded response. They should have helped when we came to them the first few times with the lemon trailer sold us and upheld their end .. disappointed and dissatisfied is an understatement. Purchasing from this company has been the biggest financial mistake I’ve ever made.

I have done business with Sundance RV on two separate occasions, both times leaving my RV to be sold on consignment. I have received excellent friendly service from everyone working at Sundance. Sundance RV is the place to go if you want to sell your RV. Nothing but the best at finding a buyer for your rig! Also, the service department is excellent at fixing RV issues and getting parts you need. All around fine place of business. Highly recommend them!!!

Josh and Sundance RV were great to deal with. Took our rv in and no headaches or issues. Ours was in mint condition but there was one minor issue they handled. We didn't have to worry about advertising or showing or answering questions. Just dropped it off and they sold it. Very close to our asking price.

My wife and I had such a wonderful experience here at Sundance RV. We were highly impressed from our first impressions with her sales rep Josh all the way down to the tactical services with educating us on our first camping trailer Sundance RV make sure that they help you navigate all the way until you’re driving off-line and never leave you abandoned if you need questions afterwards, they have a gentleman who helped me put together a hitch on my truck. His name is Colt and I was very impressed with her entire team and staff. I know now and in the future I’m going to highly recommend Sundance RV.

Wow, what a great experience. The staff was friendly, and non-pressured. They help me look through several RVs. I was interested in and gave me the information I required to help me make an informed decision.

Nobody even bothered to come check on us to see if we needed help we parked on the sales side in between the motorhomes that face the 101. I looked at both the big Freightliner and the gray RV walkthrough. Both and the other one came out there. Also on Friday you were closed. Turn the radio off that was on in the Freightliner outside radio by the TV

I stopped at their lot to have a look at 2 used camper vans. They both were very dirty inside. When I got home, I looked them up on their website. The interior pictures they posted were definitely NOT those vans! The photos showed immaculate interiors. Also, for one of the vans 2 pictures were shown of the toilet closet and they were of 2 different toilets! And, the stove pictured for them was not the stove that I saw. It just makes me question their honesty. There's no excuse!

By far the worst experience I have had with a dealership it has been over 4 months and I have still not got my License plate, when I call they always have an excuse and are very rude and they say they will call me back and they never do. Would not recommend to buy and rv from this dealer, very bad service.

Whoa, super impressed with Sundance. First visit, who knows what the future will bring with but they did an outstanding job on our roof reseal, generator maintenance, window caulk and screen door latch repair. Very competitive price compared to other RV service centers around the Oly area. Will definitely bring our money pit back for any future issues. Thank you!

Took our 23’ motorhome to Sundance to have some mechanical work done, and have a new floor installed, that we provided. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, which turned into over two months. There was a lack of communication during this process. They charged us $125.00 hr for 34.5 hours to do the floor. So it took almost a full work week to install about 65 sq ft! They also broke a drawer, and said nothing about that. The job done was very sloppy! At 125.00 hr, you would expect them to know what they are doing, in a reasonable amount of time. I emailed the owner to let him know we were not happy with the job, and with the price. He emailed back and said he would look into it and get back with me. It’s been over a week, and nothing. Not a happy camper,

I dropped off my toy hauler at Sundance for a awning replacement and a grocery list of things to be accomplished. I talked Keenan yesterday about one thing to correct. He was so helpful and enjoyable to work with the service department staff are fantastic. Dorothy for the ease of ordering the awning and Heather and Maggie for calling about questions that the techs had. Thank you for taking care of my Man Cave.

I requested help on Facebook because my propane was not igniting thus not having any hot water. Yuck.

Keenan contacted me, showed up to diagnose the problem, came back out the next day and fixed it. It ended up being a cheaper part therefore he charged less.

I am so grateful for him and his honesty, words truly are not enough!

Went in to look at some RV's and was met with a very poor service approach to customer questions. At first, I thought these guys are so arrogant I need to just leave then it was confirmed, they are terrible and really didn't care about my needs, kind of a you buy here because we are doing you a favor. In any case, just go somewhere else, they have overpriced stuff anyway. Happy hunting.

I brought my little camper in to have the Awning replaced. It has been 11 months now with no phone calls or updates from them. When I call them I feel like I am being laughed at. As the counter person tells me she has seen others take even longer. I was afraid they will not order the part at all so I left it there but after a whole year I am ready to try somewhere else. I hope they don’t do business this way too.
UPDATE: a few days after this review they called me and got the camper fixed and even delivered it to me. What a difference! Thank you to the the folks who got her fixed and back home.
Update: finally got it back. They didn’t bother to weatherize it so it had some humidity damage. They denied it and I can’t prove it. I hope everyone is cautious when using this place.

Since our visit in November 2021 we have made several visits and were happy with the help and service we received. Very happy to have ment Josh and the help he provided. Lucky to have a service like this in Shelton, Wa.

My wife and I put our toy hauler on line to sell.
We received a call from Josh at Sundance and he asked if we wanted a hand to sell our rig.
He explained the sales process thru the dealership, my wife and I talked it over and decided to give it a try.
We called back with our decision and they scheduled a day and time to pick up the trailer.
I was more than happy to deliver the trailer but Chad (the owner) was more than happy to drive from Shelton to Roy to retrieve it.
We did a walk thru before he took possession and made sure everything was there and inventoried.
Although there were a couple of hick ups in the
first sale deposit, the sales department kept showing the unit and it sold
I feel the business is very ethical, clean and honest. The customer service to us was outstanding!
Good communication and follow through with what they promised.
My hat is off to Chad and his crew.!
We would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to sell or purchase an RV.

I generally don't leave reviews about places in this area, but I also generally don't like Shelton. But after my interaction with the manager over the weekend, my mind was blown with the customer service and the general help I got.

My jack on the front of my camper decided to fail and so I couldn't get the camper off my vehicle. I showed up, thinking the parts dept would be open (knew the service dept was closed), but it was not. Keenan (I think that's who it was), happened to be there and I explained my situation and he went above and beyond to help me out even being closed. Unfortunately the part they had didn't fit my camper, but, anything I need from now on, even living in Tacoma, I'm going to be calling this place first for parts or service if I need it.

I've been making sure I tell more people about this place and the service I got. Been a very long time I've met someone that knew how to actually interact with people. Turned out my sister even knows Keenan, so I'll definitely be using them even more with how good of a person she said he is.

Thanks again for the help and can't wait to bring my camper in when I need to.

Took care of my 91 year old father who was on the road with his 27' trailer. My dad was so impressed by the parts available here. I am grateful for the woman running the front counter. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to provide exactly what my father needed to get back on the road safely. Thank you!

Constant selection, the owner is very helpful without being pushy, no hassles, but someone around to answer questions.
As they started to learn my personal preferences for an upgrade, they would gladly let me wander around and check the out...or tell ,e when it's one I that doesn't suit my list....like I am not interested in a bunk bed...I go there and just wander sometimes, I will return and I will recommend Chad and his team!
