Extremely pleased with my new gutters from Rainforest Gutters. Rich and his team, including Frenchie dogs installed the gutters in less than two hours. Had just had a new roof installed in black and Rich the owner convinced me to consider black gutters. I'm glad I did. Professional and very knowledgeable! Highly recommended.

Rich and his son did a fantastic job consulting me on repair vs new gutters. They were even extremely patient when my partner and I couldn't decide on an additional downspout.
We ending up getting new gutters since ours were 50 years old and rusting holes. They look beautiful, and have withstood these crazy storms and heavy rainfall. Plus we didn't have to go through any corporate salespitchs and sliding costs that the big corporate companies were trying to do...the fair's gutter company's costs should never be able to randomly be cut 1/3...

The owner came out and installed our gutters personally on a Sunday because life sometimes gets you in a pinch. He was courteous and friendly. He obliged to work around us while I ran electrical conduit as he expediently did good work. The gutters look fantastic and he made recommendations on things we needed to do to make our new house last in the weather that plagues Washington state. The price was fair and I am very satisfied with the the way his work added a touch of style to our forever home.

Rich was very easy to deal with, the crew was friendly, and my new gutters turned out exactly the way I wanted. Definitely would recommend.

Rich and Justin are very professional and very likeable guys. 2 years ago, Rich suggested I get the all black gutters for my house since they were going to be a new install, on a newly trimmed and painted house. I was very reluctant, but after looking at the photos, he convinced me. Man, I was and am not disappointed. After about a year and a half the New Roof settled a bit, and we had one gutter set that was no longer draining correctly. Just came over and fixed everything to provide a Rain Chain. It drains perfectly now, and the Rain Chain is actually really nice. They took the time to come back after all that time, and fix the issue, even though it wasn't anything that was caused by the gutter installation, but rather how the new roof settled. I am very grateful for their expertise and how professional they were after all that time. I highly recommend this Family owned business for any project!

I hired Rain Forest Gutters to replace two old downspouts that had holes in them last year. Though they were booked out weeks in advance they expedited coming over to help me because I was having the house painted and needed the downspouts up before that happened. They came out today to repair another companies Work. A two-story downspout fell down this winter. The other company only put up one bracket to hold it up. When I called Novack to tell them what happened I was told that it wasn’t under warranty and they clearly did not care about the poor quality of the job they did. They wanted to charge me $360 just to come out. Rain Forest Gutters came out today as scheduled.. Did the job quickly and did it well. Also reinforced another downspout that was coming off that the other company put on. They are friendly and professional and I highly recommend them. They really care about their customer. They do excellent work.

I would not use them again or recommend them to others within the area. Great crew, but made assumptions along the way when doing the work. Their install removed new paint, left the house dirty, and will be a fair bit of money/labor to rework the original plans for water mitigation. I was misquoted from the beginning. This company charges a premium but didn’t deliver premium.

Rich suggested a rustic copper color for our log home and they look fantastic!!! Installation was done quickly & efficiently with no loose ends 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend Rainforest to anyone looking for new gutters.

Rich responded to all my questions and installed gutters on my house extremely fast. He and his helper were professional and started work right away. They were done in a couple hours and the gutters have been performing great. Highly recommend Rich and team.

Had new gutters and downspouts put on the house by Rainforest Gutters after they were recommended by my roofer. Pricing was very competitive and quality is great. Job was completed on time as promised. Very pleased with the whole experience. Got black gutters with white downspouts.

These guys were great, on price parody with the competition and helped me out with my shed gutters as well (I did not realize the rain was splashing off the ground and ruining the siding on the bottom) We got a new roof and needed new gutters too. Saved me when the snow tore off a gutter and the gutter was hanging off my garage. Came out and secured the hanging gutter and returned when the weather got better to replace the whole thing. They are and will be my go to guys for my gutters. Great price and great service.

Rich and his son, Justin, are a great team. They charge what they bid, do what they say they will do, and follow up/are true to their warranty as agreed. Responsiveness is strong, but most of all they showed up every time when they were scheduled and did exactly what they set out. Maybe our experiences are different than some on the Olympic Peninsula, but this isn't the "norm". Excuses are much more frequent and "ummmm...well, here's the thing..." followed with, "so we will need to _____(choices follow, none of which are ideal or wholly acceptable)".

I mentioned the father/son team from the start because we have found that a significant number of family-owned businesses in the area are recommended off work done a number a years ago when the initial owner was very involved. When we get around to working with them, a second generation has taken over significant pieces of the planning and execution which sadly often doesn't match up with the previous experiences from years ago. I am not concerned with this issue at Rainforest. Justin is capable, caring, and competent. He is extremely responsive and will thrive as he transitions to "driving the bus".

The guys at Rain Forest Gutters were considerate and professional. More importantly they were honest and did good work. I would definitely use them again and heartily recommend them to anyone who need a gutter install!

This company is honest, on time and professional. Called them to come look at a possible problem, maybe have some work done also. In stead of them selling me any services they gave free professional suggestions and didn’t try to have me pay for unnecessary work. They did give me a very reasonable quote but again assured me my concerns don’t require money to be spent.

Rich was very patient answering all of our questions and had great ideas that helped us decide on color. He went above and beyond helping us fix a gap between our back door and porch overhang. Whenever it rained, we would get wet going out the back door. He cut a special piece of metal to fit in the rain gutter and with all the rain this last week, the porch has stayed dry. A huge thank you for this! From my first phone call to set up a quote, to the job being finished, communication was exceptional. I recently had the pleasure of hiring Rainforest gutters to replace the failing gutters on my home that I recently moved into and I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Rich and his team.

Highly recommend! I've been having problems with a gutter/downspout getting plugged and overflowing and have had other companies come out, clean it, and tell me it shouldn't happen again only to have the same problem occur a week later. I called Rich who was able to come by the same day and he was able to quickly identify what the underlying issue was with my system. He was able to correct the problem on the same visit and I haven't had any issues since. I would highly recommend!

The roofers had to wait for my job in line plus a late winter weather window. I had to call Rich several times to coordinate/delay with him.
