Quick response to my online request for bid on new roof. Estimator was knowledgeable and I received an acceptable quote. New roof was scheduled about a month out and all work was completed within two days. Work area kept clean and new roof works great so far!

A great company to deal with. From arranging the bid to job completition was streamlined and simple. The bid was fair and detailed all work to be done. The work was well done during the time frame promised. On the day of the re-roof a crew of 5 showed up on time and fully prepared. The job was done in less than a day. Cleanup was complete. I did not find one nail or any sign they were there. I would not hesitate using Ascend again.

We discovered a roof leak during a rainy downpour in our area. We contacted Ascend and someone was able to come out the next day and assess the situation. They put a tarp over the leaky spot as a temporary fix, then they were able to come out again in about 2 weeks and repair the roof. We thank Ascend so much for their timeliness and efficiency! Ascend Roofing has done several jobs for me over the years. They are a quality, reasonably priced company with a hard working crew. The most recent job was this month for roof repair on my garage for a leak. Ivan did an excellent job, explaining what he did, answering any questions...he's a true professional.

Tear off and re roof of 36 1/2 squares in one day! With quite a bit of roof to wall work as well. Great hard working, and experienced crew that made quick work of the job. They did a quality job as well and were very tidy with cleanup. And they were under their estimate…when does that ever happen!? Ryan runs a great local business and I highly recommend them. I spent my career in construction and know a good job when I see one.

I went with a recommendation from a co-worker on the price and quality job Ascend roofing had done at their home, along with many awesome Google reviews of this company. Ascend roofing lived up to my co-workers reviews and all the reviews on Google!! The crew was super hard working and completed tear off, replacement of 17 plywood boards and 2 2x4's and re-papering and re-shingling plus clean up in 71/2 hours. They worked non-stop!! the clean up job was great. I was afraid it was going to be spring till my roof was replaced but it was just over 8 weeks after signing a contract. The roof looks awesome !!! Highly recommend this company if you need any roofing work done. I was pleasantly surprised at the invoice after all was said and done. Very professional, very affordable, very efficient . I also want to note that earlier after I had signed a contract Jimmy came out and tarped a leak area on a very wet blustery day. Jimmy also was a pleasure working with when he came out and did the measuring, love working with companies that hire fellow veterans. Go with Ascend Roofing !!!

Jimmie, the technician was able to find the roof leak that had developed all of a sudden. Please note that we weren't able to find it. He replaced the roofing with four shingle sheets that we had. Then he answered our questions about when we should replace the 30 year Elk (now GAF) roofing. He confirmed that we should be using Baking Soda to get rid of the moss and he told us an easier technique for spreading it. He then recommended a specific brand of shingles for our next roof that takes into account that the structure is a manufactured home with only a 3/12 pitch.

We are very happy with our new roof. This company is honest and hard working. I'm so glad we went with Ascend.

Roofing crew was fast and completed the job in one day (2 story house) including flashing, a skylight kit and brought some roof vents up to code. Cleaned everything up around the roof, on the ground, etc. New roof looks great!

My wife and I would like to thank the entire crew at Ascend Roofing Company of Shelton, WA for the amazing roofing job that they did on our home in Union, WA (Alderbrook Golf Course) from April 10-12, 2024. We compared cost estimates and reviews of several local roofers, and also asked neighbors for their recommendations. We chose Ascend Roofing, and are very glad that we did. From the initial removal of the old roof to the application of the underlayment to the expert installation of the new architectural shingles and even three new replacement skylights, the entire job was done professionally and quickly. The crew took great care to clean up the job site each day during the install, and was particularly thorough with the final site cleanup after completion of the project. Throughout the replacement, it was very busy with a lot of workers seemingly going in every direction, but everybody knew their job extremely well, and didn’t waste any time in getting it done. Ascend owner Ryan Gonzalez was also readily available during the job to fully address all of our questions. We are very pleased with the 50-year PABCO Prestige product that was installed, and look forward to many years of improved curb appeal and great protection for our home.

Ascend did a great job on our roof - a total replacement of a single layer. Bid was best of 4 that I got from other companies, and there were no surprises on the final bid - they had to replace some plywood as expected, and that cost a bit more than the bid, but they were clear in the bid process that would be extra and the price per sheet was as needed and spelled out (so no surprise). They had a lead on site entire time, took two and about a half days - left no garbage, no nails seen so far, cleaned up nicely after themselves, and were a solid crew of decent guys. No damage to any of my garden
plants - they were careful. The work appears to me to be very professionally done, I see no issues, got good replacement shingles from a PNW supplier with a 40 year replacement guarantee. My house is about 8 miles from their shop, I drive by it practically every day, and I like that I was able to use and pay for a local company. I’d use them again and recommend to anyone. Excellent five star service.

The employees of Ascend roofing were very courteous and friendly. My spouse and I are both blind and we were concerned about cleanup as part of the roof was over the dog run. Everything was picked up and was pristine, so said our neighbor. I wish there were six stars I could give them!

Ascend Roofing Shelton WA did a great job for us on our recreational cabin. The sales rep was attentive, and the work was done quickly. Like all contractors they had a filled schedule but with some prompting they got us in and done before the rains came. September 2022: The owners and employees of Ascend Roofing do an incredible job. Customer satisfaction is one of their top priorities and they prove it. The new roof on our garage and home were completed on time to our complete approval. However, Ascend exceeded expectations by adding a finishing touch that was beyond the scope of their contract. As an older couple, we greatly appreciate this extra time and effort.

Used Ascend Roofing for a new residential construction, 1 to 1 pitch, galvanized SnapLoc type metal roof last January. Vern was Ascend's project manager and he's one of the few construction people I knew I could trust and call and get a quick return, every time. I called 5 different places and told them all that the insurance is covering the project 100%. All I needed was someone to show up and perform the work. I tried giving the project to a few small businesses to help them out but they never called back. After a month, I called Ryan at ascend roofing and gave him the details. Ryan showed up within a few days and gave me an estimate and was back on-site within the 3-4 weeks as he said. It was a roof that was approximately 2700 square feet with double layered shingles in spots. Ryan and his crew ripped the old roof off down to plywood, replaced the bad plywood, re-papered it, replaced the skylight, knocked off the old chimney, installed drip edges, installed up to code attic ventilation and put the new roof on all in 2 days. I couldn’t get that much work done in a month if I tried. I was so appreciative of their help and hard work that I made his crew lunch both days and they also did a great job cleaning up. I will definitely use their services again if needed and refer them when people ask for a quality roofing company. Thank you again.

Ascend Roofing did and excellent and timely roof and 2 solar light tube install. I'm very happy with architectural appearance and color. I would highly recommend them for any roofing work needed.

Outstanding to work with. One of or the best I've ever worked with in over 20 years as an insurance adjuster in the70s, 80s and 90s but this was on my roof. A class operation and the most competitive of the cos I talked to. I am still impressed with their professionalism.

Ascend replaced a roof that was well worn and had recently experienced a few leaks. I was impressed with the final product, by the price, the steady communication with the owner as they encountered issues with the weather and the impact of COVID on staff, and the crew’s the clean up from the job.
