Rogelio, Brittany and work crew were timely, price for new roof on two-storey house and pump house was reasonable and work was done in a professional manner. They added a new hatch in pump house roof to make future pump replacement much easier. Roofing material supplier dropped some material in the process of delivering material to the second storey and Rogelio promptly had the run replaced. Hoping to have this company do some work on our Tacoma house in the near future. Had never used this company previously, but am happy to have found them.

No debris: The yard was cleaned up daily before departure. The project included replacing a standard and A-frame roof. Both the shingles and the 45-year-old plywood base were replaced. Their work and crew deserve an A++ rating.
We had the best experience with Martinez roofing. Our neighbor had their roof done by them so we decided to have a few companies come out and give estimates in the beginning of fall. The fact that they hand nail and have such great reviews and comments put them over the top. Rogelio was very informative and helpful for the whole experience. We have a tiny house in the driveway and Rogelio even offered to help us move it out of the way. When the job was done, you would have never known except for the new roof. There wasn't any debris left afterwards. He replaced all the bad boards and left the roof looking top notch. My Dad asked if they had any ideas on how to fix the edge of the carport and they just did it for us. How unexpected, in this day and age. My Dad is a perfectionist and can be hard to please. He was over the moon with the quality work done. We all are. Now since they replaced our roof, I can 'SCREAM IT FROM THE ROOF TOP' how great of a job they did and how happy we are.
