I had a water leak that caused damage to my floors, and this company came out quickly to handle the mitigation and drying process. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and efficient. I especially want to highlight Monique, she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her communication, care, and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
The whole team showed up ready to work, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re ever in need of restoration or mitigation services, I definitely recommend giving them a call. You’ll be in great hands.
I am leaving this review for Garrett. He was very professional, explained everything in detail, and respected my family and home the 3 times that he came to our house.
Regarding rainbow, I was only displeased with the scheduling. They showed up Monday to do a demo, which had not been scheduled and I was unaware they were coming. They rescheduled for Thursday at 10am and did not show up until 12 without any call or message.
Other than that, they were able to help dry out the wer ceiling and overall resolved the problem.
Rainbow restoration has been absolutely fantastic to work with! We had a sink overflow and my insurance set up for them to come out. They have been friendly and professional throughout the process and have been able to give detailed explanations of what they are doing and why.
