Had a flooding emergency. It was a very stressful situation. Our insurance company recommended this place. We were told someone would be out within 4 hours. Got a call 10 minutes later saying someone would be here within the next hour.

Mo and Garret were the ones who came to do the Initial inspection and assess damage. They showed up right at the time we were told they’d be here. They walked us through everything they were doing and answered all of our questions! They were funny and friendly and made me feel less stressed about the whole situation. They did a very thorough inspection and let us know what they were doing. If you use this company ASK FOR MO AND GARRET!

Rainbow Restoration and Shay were exceptional!! If I could give them more than five stars I would.
We had a leak in the ceiling of our condo and had a very hard time getting through the process of having it repaired. Rainbow Restoration was right there through the entire arduous process! Shay proved to be an outstanding resource person who went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of. I can't say enough good things about them! I definitely would highly recommend them to anyone!

Garrett from Rainbow Restoration is exceptional. He’s so thorough and sweet! Coming into someone’s home can be tricky. I have a 2 year old and my house was a mess most of the time. When my toddler saw the truck she is always so excited! He was able to maneuver all the equipment do all the required testing, and have a one on one with one of his colleagues, while at the same time being super sweet with my toddler, and making her feel like he was actually there for her lol Her comments went from “It’s Mr Man!” And 2 days in she says with Glee “My Garrett is here !” She was so sad to hear that monitoring is over got it all dry and she may not see “Her Garrett” any more. He said he’s going on vacation so he may not do the Demo of the linoleum. I want to call and ask can we just wait till he returns so we can see him again lol Thank you for helping us feel safe and restored!

We had a pipe burst above our detached garage in January, and Rainbow Restoration of Chesapeake was absolutely AMAZING every step of the way. We discovered the damage late at night, but Crystal and Tisha still showed up promptly, took thorough moisture readings throughout the garage and the space above it, documented everything meticulously, and walked us through the entire process with clear explanations.

Garrett, Monte, Shaheed, Shawn, and the rest of the team were equally incredible. They came out daily to take moisture readings, perform demolition, and ensure everything was progressing smoothly. Their precision, professionalism, and consistent communication made an otherwise stressful situation so much more manageable.

A burst pipe can be overwhelming, but Rainbow Restoration of Chesapeake made the entire experience easier and gave us complete peace of mind, knowing our space was being dried properly and thoroughly.
