Just a comfortable peaceful feeling to have insurance with this group .... Only thing is l am very low poverty monthly income disabled senior with 2 companion dogs and each month once l pay the cost not much left for the caring of my dogs and me !

My wife and I have had excellent support from Blue Ridge Insurance team via telephone. We've received clarifications on homeowner policies and created new or modified policies for vehicles with timely hard copy follow-ups. Two thumbs up!!

Brian and his team are simply amazing! Whenever I have a policy question or have a claim that needs to be filed, they are on top of things. They have even helped me answer questions that I didn't think to ask. I just referred my best friend to this team and she is very pleased with her service here. Sherri provided a review of our insurance policies on 08-26-2024. The review was very helpful to assess our current policies. What was especially valuable was the customer service Sherri provided and went above and beyond to provide. We were never rushed and you would think by the amount of time Sherri provided that we were customers of a much smaller company.

She took the time to explain many items of the auto and home policies that weren't clear to us and even corrected inaccuracies.

Now our policies are up to date and she even scheduled a follow-up meeting before the new policies start.
