David and his team were Excellent. Professional service from start to finish with a septic back up (frozen leach field), during a snowstorm, up a steep driveway with 2 switchbacks. Most wouldn't even attempt it. These guys are pro's. They came over at 10PM to assess and mark the water line. The next day, they were back in the morning to clean up the "level 3" (blackwater) and do the demo without any mention of the driveway. Easy to do business with and FAST, when you need it and helpful with the insurance end. They even enjoyed the view! Highly recommend.

David came into the store I worked at on our last day and bought everything we had left. While a co worker and I were doing one of many check outs he told us about his company. I've heard of places that do this but....I am excited for him and what he's doing. I would happily invite him to any clean outs I know of.

Had a major plumbing valve failure in the loft over my garage. Flooded the loft music room, the attic, and through/into the finished garage.
My insurer sent Rainbow to tend to it. They were on-site in less than three hours, instantly set up vacuum apparatus and began cutting out sheetrock to access and drain the drowned areas. After speaking with David Wu, I made decision to just use Rainbow for both remediation and reconstruction. Because I would rather lose my arm at the shoulder than try to find a reliable contractor (or ANY contractor!) in Bangor in mid-winter...
David prepared detailed and precise estimates, including drawings and technical data, that resulted in absolutely minimum pushback from insurance. There was only a single addendum through the entire process, again prepared thoroughly enough that insurer just transferred the money, no questions asked.
David and crew told me at the very beginning, when asked point-blank and with no real expectation of an accurate answer, that it would take three weeks for the entire project to wrap.
Rainbow crews were, subsequently, on-site every day, zero no-shows. Remarkable, that, yeah?
It took... three weeks and one day. In the middle of a Maine winter. In weather that consistently sucked.
Throughout, David was available... answered his phone and responded to emails quickly and completely.
The work was done professionally and conscientiously. They neatly and carefully moved furniture (TWO FLOORS, into the basement), heavy-ass racks in the garage, and anything else that was in their way. And then... get THIS shit... THEY PUT IT ALL BACK WHERE IT ORIGINALLY WAS.
Color me stunned.
I am now made whole, no indication at all that my house was utterly screwed less than a month ago. They cleaned up and, essentially, made it appear as if nothing at all had ever happened.
ASTOUNDING.
