Radius Mobile RV Repair is by far the best company if you need RV work done. The guy that came out to do our repairs went above and beyond. He found issues and problems with the camper that we didn't even see and didn't charge us. Even made our camper look better from the factory mistakes that factory didn't clean up before delivery. Very honest gentleman, pleasant to speak with and willing to help in any giving way! Radius RV y'all rock! Thank you for allowing us to be return customers!

I had been trying for a month to get someone to come out and look over my rv slide and roof to see if there was a factory defect or just normal flexing of the roof membrane near the AC and a slight dip in the center of the slide inside. I tried several other mobile rv places listed, got one to call me back once, but he was going to be out of town working. After several more attempts, I gave up and found Rusty and Radius. Despite being some distance, he agreed to meet me at my home to look over my 2023 Jayco before the warranty expires in May 2025. He actually arrived a little early, did exactly what he said, charged me a service call and diagnostic fee which I was happy to pay. I am happy to have found him so when my warranty expires, I am confident, he can live up to my expectations which are not unreasonable. Call me back within a reasonable time,(good people are very busy) He did, Be courteous and professional, (he was) and be fair. (he was). I think it was $280.00 and it was the best money I have spent for peace of mind. I was concerned my slide had a problem and my roof was going to give me problems, but they are fine and so am I. He also shared some tips to caulk the strips on the side of my slide, and should clear seal above my doors and windows because the factory only uses a foam gasket which will fail over time. Thanks Rusty, I am sure it won't be long until I call again. I am learning, something is always breaking on campers and that is why I bought an extended warranty that covers mobile service calls and diagnostics. Thanks Rusty, you have earned another lifetime customer.

I was not happy when my furnace failed to fire when I turned it on a few weeks ago. While it did take a couple of calls to catch up with them (these guys are busy for a good reason) I got a call back from Rusty. He was very apologetic about the slower than normal response and explained why. He was able to work me into the schedule in just under a week.

Jeff arrived yesterday right on time, and made short work of removing the furnace, diagnosing the problem. Very quickly he had the sail switch swapped out and was bench testing it on his tailgate before reinstalling it. Start to finish he was very polite and professional including cleaning up and retesting the furnace after install to ensure everything was done properly.

It is hard to find a company that shows up when they say they will, and then charges a very fair rate for the service provided. In under two weeks from my initial call my furnace is working great and for less than I expected to spend on the repair. Had I dropped the camper off at the dealership it would probably sit there for 2-3 months.

Great experience! Had a bad storm that twisted our awning into a pretzel. Called Rusty & he talked us through steps to keep from damaging the side of the camper. VERY RESPONSIVE - I am a full-time RVer and was having trouble with my DC power. I left messages with two other mobile repair services that didn't even respond. Radius picked up my call on first contact, provided some guidance over the phone, and setup a service visit, even though I was just outside their normal service area. They contacted me back to check in twice before the service visit. When I am back in the Richmond, VA area again, I would definitely trust Dan and his team to work on my rig. This is an honest and conscientious business.

Jeff was particularly helpful in de-winterizing our camper and conducting a road check for us. With us being new RV owners, he patiently walked us through all the things to look for and gave great advice on preventative care. Radius was able to fit us in when other RV centers could not, and we owe the success of our first couple RV trips to Jeff’s expertise. I highly recommend this company!

Rusty came to the rescue when we needed him. We discovered a water leak as soon as we turned on the water. He had us back up in no time.

I had my first planned outting of 2024 a few weeks ago. Wed i went to dewinterize, and my water pump would not prime. I fought it for 3 hrs. Called Radius he came out Thursday morning and found my many issues in water pump bay. He didn't have all the fittings, but he rigged it so i could head out of town. He saved my trip. Now im getting them to re plumb the water pump bay and fix my awning. Im a customer for life.

Jeff came out to do winterization on our camper. Showed up right on time. So convenient to have done at home. Very professional and everything was left spotless. I feel their prices are reasonable, especially for the convenience of coming to your home. Will definitely use for future service if needed.

After experiencing nothing but problems with our new RV, and the service dept. of the RV dealer, we found Radius online and decided to give it a shot. From the beginning we haven't had running water when using the onboard tanks.
We drove the RV to them and Rusty said to let him take a look at it as it may be something simple. He found three issues, 2 from the manufacturer (which the service dept. should have caught) and one one from the dealer. He fixed them on the spot, checked for anything else, and we were on our way in an hour with working water.
Rusty was knowledgeable, knew what to look for and fixed it quickly so we didn't have to leave the RV. He was nice to work with, obviously knew what he was doing and didn't overcharge.
I have a new RV Repairman and will recommend him to anyone looking for RV repairs.

Rusty showed up on time and fixed my RV’s A/C, and gave me some needed RV advice, all well within his allotted time. Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Much better than driving far away to an out of town RV dealer (ie… I live in C’ville).

They came out to repair my awning and did an excellent job. Communicated well and was an overall great experience. As a relatively new camper owner (2 years) its nice to find a company that is honest and gives good advice. Will be using them for future needs.

Wow is what I can think on how responsive, knowledgeable and super friendly these guys are. I had an issue with my electric water heater not working on my 2021 Grand Design Transcend Xplor 265BH. After messaging me things to check, Rusty went and scheduled a Technician to come out 2 days later, which was perfect timing for me. Jeff showed up opn-time and was so nice and professional and went right to work troubleshooting. It only took a moment to find the problem, it was a Bad Heating Element. When he pulled out the old one, it looked like it had burst. He quickly replaced it with a new one, and while we were waiting for the water to heat up to check to see if was working, he went up on the roof of the camper just to look around and see if anything else needed attention, he said everything up there looked great. He also heard my window in the living area squeaking very loudly and gave me something to fix that and I must say it worked awesome.

I have never used a Mobile RV Tech before and I must say, I have found one I will for sure use again. These guys are as good as they come. Highly Recommend them 100%

I have a brand new 5th wheel that had, what I thought was a bad a/c unit. The manufacturer sent a new unit to replace it so I called Rusty and asked if he could come out and install the new unit. Rusty first checked the existing unit only to find out that a wire was not properly connected from the factory. Within 5 minutes he had the existing unit blowing cold air as it was intended. He asked me if I wanted to install the new unit the manufacturer sent, as it was a higher btu, and I agreed to do so. He had everything switched out and running nice and cold in under an hour. He was professional and on time. If I’m in the area in the future and I’m in need of RV repair, calling Rusty is a no brainer. Do not hesitate to call this company. You will be very happy that you did.

Rusty was very professional, prompt and fast. We had planned to leave the campground at 5pm to head to our next destination but at 3pm we noticed that our passenger bedroom slide wasn't working. We called at 4pm and left a message. Rusty called back within a few minutes and confirmed that he could be at the campsite within an hour. He was on time as planned, diagnosed that the one of the motors for the slide was bad, replaced it and we were on our way. From problem to repair, it was less than 5 hours. We would definitely recommend his services!! A+

The guys showed up when they said they would. Did a fantastic and professional job of replacing our awning and hydraulic jack. Would highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if needed

Rusty is amazing! We have now used his services twice! Both experiences are top notch! The first was to diagnose our fridge! And he came to us after hours today when the switch to our jack malfunctioned and have a camping trip planned for this weekend! I thought we wouldn’t make it but he knew exactly what to do! Technician Rusty was very knowledgeable and precise. After talking on the phone for just a couple minutes he knew my exact issue. He traveled over an hour and arrived on time and within minutes he had my furnace back up and running. He also took the time and talked me through the process of what was he was doing so I had a better understanding of my unit. I recommend this company to anyone that needs camper repairs.

I am very happy with the service provided by Radius Mobile RV Repair. My 5th wheel camper had an issue with one of the slides that uses a Schwintek movement system. I Emailed Radius through their website and within 30 minutes or so I had a reply from Mr. Fender. He quickly scheduled an appointment for him to come work on my camper. Mr. Fender arrived on time and quickly diagnosed that one of the motors had gone bad. In about an hour he had replaced the faulty motor and I was back in business. I would highly recommend Radius Mobile RV Repair!

Rusty came out to preform maintenance on two trailers at the same time which was very helpful to the other owner and myself. The work was done quickly and at a very fair price, what more could you ask for!

Rusty did a quality job repairing some roof damage on my travel trailer. Explained everything in detail, so no surprises. Even texted me pics of the findings and progress. Very pleased with the work and the experience. Highly recommended for things you can’t do yourself.

Rusty repaired my generator something that companies could not do do. He diagnosed the the problem as. The fuel pump after describe what was going on with as being the fuel pump he replaced it and run it for about 2hours after he replaced it. I got it home and today I ran it with a at hard load for about 10 hrs and it did not miss a beat and he also installed a vortex fan for me at no charge. Thanks Rusty for the great job the great job that always do and the talks we had.

Installed a handicap chair lift on my tt. Was a great experience. Alot better then the rv dealers i have worked with. Highly recommend.

Let me tell you about my new best friend. We met Rusty while we were both at a dealer and began to talk. We exchanged numbers and months later we needed a quick repair and Rusty was able to fit us in. The dealer had us waiting weeks. What can we say other than Rusty is honest, dependable as well as knowledgeable. What a great experience in this day. After he finished working the first time on my RV I called all my friends and told them Radious needs to be "there go to guy". I have a list of items that are on my list to be either repaired or change and Radius RV Repair will be the company I will be calling.

Highly recommend using Radius!!! After a horrible experience trying to get some warranty work completed from the dealership I purchased my Jayco Bungalow from, I was fortunate enough to have been referred to Radius. Rusty came out to our campsite (2 hours away) diagnosed the issues we were experiencing, explained the repair process and even contacted Jayco to arrange for the needed parts.
