I recently purchased a late model used Ford pickup from a dealer up north. I picked parish Ford as my go to dealer for service or any other issues I may have since they are a lot closer to where I live. I've been there on three different occasions and all three times was treated excellent by the service and parts department. On my last visit they're on Wednesday I want to say special thanks to Kate Isley and Mike in the service department. They went out of their way to make sure I understood everything that I needed to know about my truck. They will be my go to dealer and I highly recommend them to anybody who has a Ford and needs parts for service.

Parrish Ford is the best Ford dealer that I’ve ever used for service. The staff is friendly and they keep you informed of any changes on your vehicle. I would give them more than 5 stars if there was an option for it.

I decided to purchase some add-ons for my truck that I planned to order through Ford's website. (Incidentally, I received via email a 20% off coupon days before I ordered. Score!) I stopped in unannounced a few days before to validate that I was selecting the right parts. The guys at the desk were very helpful, and I was able to talk truck with them. I felt very confident in what I planned to buy based on the walk-in conversation. I decided to ship to Parrish Ford and have them install the parts. The Service department was immaculate and well organized. I dropped my truck off the night before. Everything was done by 10AM the next day. I'm pleased with the quality of the installation and the rapid completion of the work. I'm now considering more purchases and will definitely follow the same approach.

I have bought 2 vehicles here with David J. My family members have also bought many vehicles here over the years. David J. has been amazing and beyond helpful. I thought shopping at Sheehy would save $$. However they came to me with monthly payments that were ABOVE the one Parrish quoted me, EVEN THOUGH THE ADVERTISED PRICE WAS CHEAPER. Do not trust the price they offer to lure you in. Save yourself some money and shop at Parrish.

Service department that set up my appointment was efficient and friendly. My wait time for my service to be done was minimal, which means a lot. Always nice to know that the repair shop takes care of my car as if it was their own

We have purchased two vehicles from Parrish Ford, salesman Jason Shaw, and we have them serviced at Parrish also. Jason is SO smart, knows seemingly everything OR will find out quickly. He’s the ideal salesman. No forcing us into anything. Our first purchase from leaving home until arriving home with our new vehicle, including a test drive, was less than two hours. Second purchase was an order. Took Ford forever, but not Jason’s fault. We have nothing but excellent things to say about this dealership.

There is no better Ford Dealer around better than Parrish Ford..They feel like friends immediately..They will answer dumb question in case you are not familiar with things..I had to ask how to make my phone work thru truck..Being of age there are alot of new things I dont understand..They make you feel good about your purchase..

I had been window shopping for a pre-owned Ford Explorer for a few months when I found the exact one I was looking for at Parrish Ford (and they had not only one, but two that fit my specific criteria). When I called & got Jason, he added me to their list and he made sure I was the first to know when they came in. The entire staff at Parrish Ford was so kind, respectful, and just downright easy to work with - I think I test drove & bought my car within the better part of an hour (you can’t beat that with a young family). We are a devoted Ford family and have had a couple experiences at bigger Ford dealerships that were not great (the usual aggressive sales tactics). I can say with certainty that we’ll try to use Parrish for all our Ford needs going forward. If you’re in the Richmond area, trust me when I say that they’re worth the short & beautiful drive out to Goochland ❤️

I have owned a lot of vehicles since my first one in 1967. I am 78 years old and I have never had an easier purchase than I had at PARRISH FORD! I talked to Jason on the phone, made appointment for Saturday morning. The vehicle was ready. Jason got some information and turned us over to John who finished the deal. There was no Service Charge! John had the paperwork ready, we signed and headed up the road.
The whole process was easy. All of the people were friendly and helpful. I really felt like we were part of the family.

Always a pleasure to get service thru Parrish Ford, the service writer did take good care of my vehicle and maintained it indoors overnight due to a delay in my ability to pick up my car. text messaged throughout the service work as well

I always have a pleasant experience whether I’m getting an oil change or any type of repair. Kate at the service desk is always professional and polite. I’m always updated on any issues that arise and given all the options and pricing in a timely manner. I have never been blindsided with a bill I don’t anticipate.

Working with perish ford was an awesome experience. I drive into the parking lot stopped and looked at the truck I was interested in. A minute later David Jones walked out introduced ourselves. Told him I was really interested in this 2022 F250 Powerstoke and he said let me take a copy of your license and we can go for a drive. The minute I started the engine I knew I had to have it. Just had my state inspection and 100,000 mile check. Again, it was very easy to work with them.

I have to give this dealership 5 stars for their incredible customer service involving the recent purchase of my new F-150. Although I've been a resident of Goochland County for over 15 years, I've always looked to the larger dealerships in the Richmond area for the purchase of my vehicles. I was never happy with the sales process, the service, and the hidden fees at these dealerships, so I decided to pay attention to the TV ads aired by Ray Parrish at Parrish Ford. He talked about the pricing, the car buying experience, the selection, and their 80-year history serving our community. I was more than ready to find a better quality experience as I looked for a new truck. Well, I made my first intranet inquiry on July 1st, and was connected with the Sales Manager, John Seal, almost immediately. He e-mailed me, and we talked by phone several times the next morning. There was no pressure whatsoever. To make a long story short, I scheduled a test drive that afternoon, and after meeting two other members of the Parrish team, Sales Manager Harold Stricklin and Sales Consultant Jason Shaw, I knew I was in the right dealership. What a refreshing car buying experience! I felt like I was dealing with my family throughout the process, and there really were "no hidden fees". They even provided me a coupon for a free oil-change for my wife's Ford Edge, which she purchased elsewhere! Parrish Ford, congratulations on a Job Well Done!!
