Detail Driven is absolutely the place to go for making your car look great. I recently bought a 2025 VW GLI and wanted to protect the paint. Max and his team touched up a paint chip that happened in transit and did a flawless job installing paint protection film (PPF) on the front end, whole hood and front bumper, mirrors, front edge of the roof, and they added free headlight film, too! They tuck the film around edges, unlike other companies, meaning there's no visible edge, and more of the paint is protected. Despite doing the absolute best job I've ever seen, Detail Driven is also the most affordable option in the Harrisonburg area. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Max and his team did a silver delete on the trim of our Bmw 330i. Knocked it out of the park. Was also able to coordinate with eztint next door to do the tint which made it a super easy transaction. Highly recommend them both

The paint on my Tahoe started to fade, and I had issues with chips from road debris. A couple of friends recommended Max at Detail Driven. He answered all of my questions and suggested that I go with black PPF. I am so happy with the final result.

I had Max install PPF film to my Tesla Model X. It was a fantastic job both in terms of workmanship and price. After about 11 months few spots have where the film was lifting off -- no fault of Max tho. When I reached out to him he readily fixed the ones I saw and other few spots. Will definitely recommend his place and will do again in the future as well. And, the place is extremely clean and one can see other exotic cars as well!

I took my 2025 Tesla Model Y in for a stealth PPF and ceramic coating and couldn't be any happier with the experience. Max was very helpful and they did a great job! As you'd expect with their name, they paid great attention to detail with the PPF including doing my door handles and headlights. I live over a hour away and came to them because the competitive prices and great reviews. He gave me some tips on caring for and maintaining the PPF/Ceramic and I love the way my car looks!

I was impressed with Detail Driven even before I became a customer. So when I purchased my Macan, it went in for a full XPEL film and ceramic coating. It came out looking fantastic! But what really impressed me was Max contacting me 2 months after the job to bring it in for an inspection. I had just noticed two places on the B- and C-pillars with some small bubbles, and I’d also incurred a door ding on a ferry trip across Lake Michigan. Max scheduled the car for the day after the inspection and had Dent Crafters, a paintless dent removal guy he works with eliminate the ding. The door’s film needed to be removed and replaced along with ceramic coating reapplied. All the work was done in less than 6 hours and I was only charged for the dent removal. Excellent service after the sale like that ensures repeat customers. I know I’ll be back!

I STOPPED BY HIS SHOP AND WE KIND OF KEPT MISSING EACH OTHER. SO WHEN WE CONNECTED WE AGREED TO MEET ON A SATURDAY WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED. WE MET AND HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. I WANTED TO JUMP ON HERE AND LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT IF YOUR GETTING YOUR CAR FRONTAL PPF. YOU NEED TO DO THE WINDSHIELD AS WELL. BY DOING SO IT WILL SAVE YOU TONS OF MONEY. THE WINDSHIELD IN MY CADDY IS OVER 2k TO REPLACE. I HAD SOMETHING HIT MY WINDSHIELD THAT SOUNDED LIKE A CANNON WENT OFF. ONCE I GOT PULLED OVER THERE WAS A CHIP IN THE FILM BUT THE GLASS WAS TOTALLY INTACK.

Max and his guys did an excellent job on my 2022 Tesla Model 3 with a full front paint protection film, paint correction and ceramic coat! If you're looking for quality work and great service, Detail Driven is the place to go!

Detail Driven performed a two-stage paint correction and a ceramic coating on my 2004 Corvette. They also applied a clear ppf to the front bumper. My appointment was for Monday, February 7th. I left my car at his business on Sunday, February 6th. Max told me I could pick my car up at the end of that week. I was eventually charged $2,350 for these services that included installing a new plastic air dam secured by 8 or 10 screws. Max tried to charge me $100 for installing the air dam that takes less than 15 minutes to install. I told him it would have taken longer to clean the old one. After my adamant objection to this excessive charge, I was refunded the $100 installation fee. My car was there for nearly two weeks, because due to their negligence, they broke the front commemorative badge on the front of my car. Max told me a new badge would arrive on February 15th, and my car would be ready shortly thereafter. On February 14th I received a text message stating the services were complete on my car. I drove over 20 miles to pick up my car. The services had not been completed and the car was not ready. An employee told me it was a computer glitch and I should have called them since the text said I “should call”. If my services had been completed, then why should I have to call? On February 21st Max called me to inform me my car was ready to be picked up. On that date I picked up my car at their business location. Max was not present and had been out of the area for a while. The car was parked outside the building and looked good prior to further inspection. I immediately noticed the wheel wells were not clean. I rubbed my fingers across one of them and my fingers became dirty. I complained about this issue with Max via telephone and he told me the wheel wells could have been cleaned for an additional fee. Really, an additional fee to have my wheel wells cleaned on a $2,250 job? Max said they cleaned my interior for free but the floor mats were still dirty. I think they may have cleaned the glass. Max had been away from the shop for a while so he never got to see the condition of my car. I think the young boys that work for him slack when he is away. My experience with Detail Driven was unsatisfactory. Considering price, workmanship, and overall value, I will not patronize Detail Driven in the future and will not recommend their services to anyone else. I wish the young boys that work for Max had been more “detail driven” during his absence.

The price and professionalism is the best in the area by far. I tried a few local mobile detailers, but it’s worth the slight inconvenience to drop my car off with Max for a guaranteed job well done with no stress. They are easy to contact and schedule through their Facebook page messages, which is very convenient and appreciated. You will definitely be seeing my Model 3 for basic details more frequently and eventually wrapping the rest when I can finally decide on a color!

Brought my 2015 Z06 to Max to get Xpel PPFd with stealth and holy cow!!! The results and the professionalism basically out did one another! Such a great group or guys and business that they are running. Brought the Z06 to get detailed and a check up after the wrap was put in, he corrected the minor bubbles and actually replaced a panel of wrap on the car with no questions asked. It's hard to know where to begin with my review of Mx Autocare and Max and his team. I can't compliment them enough. My first experience with Max was two weeks after buying my new 2020 Black Jeep Grand Cherokee in August of this year. Being Black, I wanted to protect the paint as best as possible, so I took it to Max for a ceramic coating and plastic covering on the front of the vehicle. I've had vehicles ceramic coated before by the dealer, which was a joke, but the job Max did was truly INCREDIBLE. I've washed the Jeep a number of times following his coating and I'm always amazed at how well protected it is. Water just flows off of it. Two weeks ago, I bought another new vehicle, a 2020 White Honda Ridgeline. The dealer supposedly did a ceramic coating on the Ridgeline. The first time I washed it, I was shocked at the difference between this and the job Max performed on my Jeep. As a result, back to Max I went to have him do his magic on my Ridgeline. Once again, I'm amazed at his work and how much care he takes doing his art. The Ridgeline is now like the Jeep thanks to Max. In addition to his work, Max is just an impressive human being. He is very kind and so passionate about his work!!! He is a very impressive young man. Max will do very well because of the drive he has to take such good care of his customers. Thanks Max!!!!
