R.C. Bliss Auto in Faribault is hands down the worst dealership experience we’ve ever had. They sold my girlfriend a car that broke down FOUR times in the first week — and now, just a month later, we’re heading back for the fifth time. Their mechanics put a hole through the oil filter, nearly burning out the engine. Absolute negligence.
The customer service is terrible. They smile in your face like they’re helping, but they do nothing but the bare minimum — and even that’s done wrong. It’s like stepping into a time warp with outdated attitudes and zero accountability. The secretary is completely out of the loop, and the rest of the staff act like it’s a joke when people come in frustrated.
They lied, they cut corners, and they put lives at risk by selling unsafe vehicles. Stay far, far away from this place. Old-school crooks running a business like it’s still 1975. One star is too generous. Reino
Service was excellent, low pressure and professional but we’ve had nothing but issues in the 4 years since buying a truck here. From illegal window tint we got a ticket for to actuators not working so it had no 4x4 within a year of purchase. 2 years after sway bars and links had to be replaced among a lot of other parts. We have sunk as much into keeping this vehicle running and making it street legal as we paid for it. Now the engine is going out and I’ve only had it paid it off a few months. It was definitely a lemon.
Jeff Bliss, owner, and Joe, in sales, were very friendly and professional during my trade in of my vehicle the other week. Very informative and always willing to help in any way they can. I also enjoy speaking with Chris in the service department, he always takes care of my needs with maintenance of my vehicles.
