Hardwoods did an incredible job on our vehicle replacing a dented door. They even touched up some paint and scuffs on the fender without us even asking. Really professional, honest price, great service.

Harwood’s Body Shop did a fabulous job repair job on my car. They were very informative of the important steps that were done on the repair of my vehicle. I hit a deer a couple of weeks ago. I am including the before and after photos of the repairs. Excellent service!

Car was done earlier than promised. I was updated on the process about half way through on where it was at. Couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. When I picked it up it was detailed and cleaner than when I bought it. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants it done right.

This shop was friendly, courteous, accurate, and thorough. My car was returned. In excellent shape, you couldn’t tell that it had been worked on, and they cleaned the inside immaculately. I am so impressed. I would give them 10 stars. I don’t think you can make a mistake using them for your auto body repairs. They were also so amenable to allowing a glass replacement company that is not associated with them, to use their facility to replace the broken windshield.

PLUS ***** & *****. This place seriously gets 15 stars. Attention Ford Owners/Loyalists! Harwood's Body Shop is a Ford Certified collision/auto body shop! But it gets better for all vehicle owners! From the front desk to the shop, they treat you and your vehicle like family. My SUV had “minor” damage from a repair shop standpoint but they didn’t downplay how I felt about the condition of my SUV at all. I scheduled my estimate appointment and they didn’t waste any time inspecting my vehicle, notating the damage, and giving me their initial eyeball estimate ($4,500 range). They went from “this is what I see right now but we might find more when we break her down” to “let’s see how soon we can get you in.” There is the first 5 stars. Customer service, friendly, fast, efficient, no side talk or questionable practice hints. The date was set, July 19th, 2024, I was scheduled to drop my baby off for a TBD amount of time and the “hospital”. I got a call a week or so later at the one moment I didn’t have my phone stuck to my hand willing their call to fruition. My heart sinking as I listened to their voicemail and being told they found more “minor” damage and the estimated time to fix would be 2 weeks. My sinking heart was ONLY because I would be without my purring 3.6L V6 longer than I had wanted to be. And then I got “lucky”. I got the call that my truck was ready for pickup. I arrived, walked in and was immediately greeted. All the giddiness in my voice I told the gentleman that I was here for the 2018 Silver Ford Explorer… he was already walking to get my keys which I made note of since we had only seen each other once! He summarizes the work that was done (replace, fix etc.) and remembered that I had hoped my hood was damaged enough to replace because of the bare spots on the hood rim that had bubbled and chipped off over time. As he walked me out to my truck he said that the paint shop “touched up” the hood since he remembered that I had talked about it. When I laid eyes on my baby my jaw literally fell open and tears started to form in my eyes. They didn’t “touch up” the paint on my hood. They completely restored it, no charge. Adding to it, my truck was detailed inside and out. All I can say to that is… I have a 2 ½ year old granddaughter. This is where they earned 10 stars. All I could do was ask who did it because I wanted to express my gratitude and show my thanks for the man who spent his own time to do this amazing act of kindness for me and my SUV. The gentleman told me the paint shop guys name was Greg. Eventually I asked for Greg’s last name to make sure I personalized the gift I would ultimately be bringing back to him. “Harwood” is what I was told. Crap, one of the owner’s sons… what can I get a VIP for treating me like a VIP? And today, as I write my review of Harwood’s Body Shop I found out that Greg Harwood, the guy who decided to restore the hood of my baby to better than new is the OWNER??? I hope I never get into an accident again, but if I do, Harwood’s is the only place I will trust to bring my baby back.

We had our car there for damage repair. They provided excellent service, clean, professional and nice environment, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. You hope you never have damage to your car, but if you do, Harwood's is the place to go for repairs!

Brought my car in to get insurance claim fix due to an accident. The process to get it scheduled and done was very smooth and efficient. My car was done way sooner than anticipated. Picked up my car clean on the outside and inside. My mats from the winter were sparkly clean. I was so impressed with the outcome. Great customer service! Thank you!

Exceeded all expectations! Harwoods completed work on my vehicle after an accident. They were first class from start to finish. They got me in same day for a initial quote and assessment. I sat in their amazing lobby and had a cup of coffee and enjoyed the treats they have - all completely unexpected but a very nice touch! They were informative and helpful with all aspects of the insurance handling without any issues. They got my car in for the work as soon as they could and when we picked up it was better than new! Great work, added attention to detail: they touched up a couple of other scratches not from the accident. The other huge surprise and evidence of quality, thorough work and customer care … they went the extra mile and detailed the interior of my car. I was shocked and very appreciative. Highly recommend!

I just picked up my 2009 Honda Odyssey, and I am beyond impressed with the work done to fix my car. I brought it in for repairs to my doors after being hit during a snow storm. It was all handled through insurance, and everything went so smoothly. They got the work done in under 2 weeks! Harwood's went above and beyond to make my car look almost new again. I admittedly left them with a bit of a messy car and they detailed it so nicely for pickup. I would absolutely recommend this body shop to anyone. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Harwood's. They bent over backwards to accommodate me from the first day of my wreck until the day I got my truck back. The communication was consistent and Rob and the team at Harwood's really worked for me with the insurance company. My truck looks better after the accident than it did prior and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work.

Harwood's Body Shop is exceptional. My car's roof and hood were damaged by a major hail storm last summer, and they kept me posted on status of long delays to get replacement parts. The work was accomplished in days less than they estimated, and my car is now like brand-new! They even eliminated the scratches on the fenders from the people who park next to me in the underground garage, and returned my car cleaned inside and out. They are very accomplished, frieindly, and professional.
