It was my first time ever using Harry Brown's service dept and it was a great experience! The gal at the counter was so nice and helpful. Thy diagnosed my vehicle issue and had it fixed the same day. Will definitly go back, if needed.

My first time being in this Chevy dealer and everyone was very nice and helpful! They made sure to keep me informed on my vehicle and explained things that needed to be fixed. Everything was discussed with me and my approval was obtained prior to anything being done. Great customer service!

We always have great service and communication from the service department. From straight forward repairs, unknown problems to oil changes. We got a great oil change package for the price and we look forward to getting that deal again. We’ve been to a few jeep dealerships in the metro and this is the best service, price and reliability.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Dodge Challenger! Preston, my salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and patient every step of the way, answering all of my questions and making me feel right at home. Dara in the financing office made the numbers work in a way that fit perfectly with my budget, and he explained everything so clearly. Their manager was also super cool—he stepped in to make sure all my last-minute requests were accommodated. All in all, this team truly went above and beyond, and I’m thrilled with my new ride! Highly recommend!

WARNING WARNING ATTENTION ATTENTION SAVE YOURSELF please take my advice please people if I’m taking the time to write such a terrible review Was there last July for an oil leak and that was my biggest mistake as I have been back almost every month since then.(I have been there 10 times in 7 months in my excuse I had warranty through GM and there the closest one to me)I had to go back three separate times for the same repair which just kept leaking oil. First they said solenoid was broke then it was valve cover then it was another valve cover gasket then my coolant system starts falling apart. My turbo line started leaking really bad cost 1800 they said they fixed it Two days later my coolant reservoir emptied out I brought it back and they said just a little air in system but two days after I picked up my car again the reservoir emptied out so I brought it back to harrybrowns then they say my thermostat and water pump blew so they tried to charge me another 1500 all the while claiming that there initial repairs had nothing to do with it. I tried contacting a manager but had no success. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company and car shop the mechanics that worked on my vehicle are Josh and Juan I would suggest never working with any of them as each repair they attempted needed to be replaced and repaired. Again absolutely no word from a manager and after over 3000 in failed repairs I will never go back to this criminal company and I will make it a personal mission to inform as many people as I can to stay clear of your terrible service.
P.s. thanks for the unnecessary stress you all brought me I recommend either DeCoux or ok tire for a garage not harrybrowns again thanks for ripping me off

Bought my truck and it had new brake pads and rotors installed by them front and rear. The rear calipers were hanging up so I scheduled to have them look at it. Dropped my truck on schedule service date no phone call all day telling me the status on my truck! They ended up keeping it overnight no phone call telling me that. There service hours online say they are open till 5:30 apparently not called at 5:15 everyone in service had gone home for the day once again no phone call telling me that. Had to cancel my ice fishing trip to lake of the woods because I had no truck to drive! This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Went to pick up my truck the following day and tried to explain my frustration with their poor communication and they couldn’t care less. On top of everything they only fixed one the three issues it was there for and the rear calipers should have been replaced when they did the brakes! Would highly recommend not using this place for any of your service needs!

I liked Nate (finalized transaction). I loved Garret (salesman) because he was so open and honest. He showed me all the bells and whistles on the truck. I am so amazed that this vehicle was just coming off of the semi when I was looking for one. I looked at other dealerships and they had different colors but you guys had the exact one I was looking for! I love the 4 free oil changes that we were given too. Garret suggested mud flaps so the emblems matched. Going to be coming back to buy a tonneau from Garret as well and possibly wing and bug shield. Garret suggested the wax finish both inside and outside and we got that too. Garret's honesty was unexpected and appreciated!! The whole experience was awesome. Thank you!! Deb Ginter

Got us in timely to fix an issue. Left with a broken taillight that I was supposed to be contacted back on, I called a week later said they were still looking into it, and now two weeks later no contact outside of the call I made. 36 hours after the vehicle was “fixed” it was back in limp mode, not fixed with the same issue. Ended up at another dealership and had it fixed same day. Great customer service to get us in, but terrible follow up for an issue we had leaving that we didn’t have prior.

Great dealership experience and their service department is one of the best around. Employees at Harry Brown’s are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products and service they provide. I guess my complaint would be some on GMC and some on Harry Browns. I dont normally do this but getting a recall updated or repaired shouldnt have taken 3 appointments. The first two appointments were 2-2 1/2 hours i didnt think i needed to check there work when my truck was done. I had addressed another issue on my first appointment that didnt get repaired which didnt matter, but what did bother me is I got a multi point inspection but when I got home I got my Onstar update and I didn’t understand if I had my wheels retorqued I don’t know? I thought maybe the tire pressures would have been checked at the same time?? No all 4 tires pressures were different, and not just 1-2 pounds, it was ridiculously off but I had to come back for the 2nd time it was fixed. I did get a complimentary oil change for the first time and a tank of fuel for the 2nd that was appreciated. But the 3rd time I had added 1 more issue I had a day before my appointment so they were aware of another issue to look at. I had about 4 hours of wait time for what should had been fixed the first time I brought it there, and then they came and told me 10 other codes that came up on my truck, and not that i expected anything but I’ll be fine as long as they remember my experiences that I just went through if the Gremlin's in my electrical or smart system reapears that I’m probably going to walk away from this headache. Im hoping the work force there wasnt most of the problem? Having this large investment for under a year with issues like this doesnt settle well with me.

Recently bought a new car that had a few issues but they were resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Greg shows a commitment to excellence and the follow up is thorough. My car has overly sensitive adaptive cruise control but they made it clear that if the problem worsens or persists that they will address the issue since there is no computer update etc at this time.

We came to Harry Brown's on the recommendation of our dental hygienist!

The Chevy dealership that we had been working with and have worked with for many years getting new company trucks and have had multiple $$$$$$ repairs done on our sons truck, was giving us the run around on a truck we had put money down on, and now they needed to get it from another dealer. Come to find out that this truck did not exist as it had been sold and we were never told. My husband was so disappointed and has never been treated like that- being a professional.

Our experience at Harry Brown's was WONDERFUL!! Everyone was so inviting and kind- even though I know its there job- but it goes a long way! From Abe Brown, who took me for a test drive and sold us the truck, to Doug the general sales manager who made sure Abe was doing his job, to Nate who did our loan! I am so happy with my purchase of the 2024 Chevy High Country!! Hey- we even got to meet the man, the myth, the legend himself- Harry!! I am so happy the dental hygienist suggested Harry Brown's!

The actual job the technician did was fine but i am extremely upset. When we bought our truck from you It had over 50,000 miles on It. When you tell me that it’s past due for specific oil changes that should be done between 45,000-50,000 miles. I should not have to pay for that when It should’ve been done before i even bought the truck. Also, when we signed our contract, we spent an extra $7-9,000 i can’t remember specifically for the bumper to bumper extended warranty and asked if the running boards were covered since they were on the truck at the time of purchase. We were assured everything down to a slight scratch would be covered. But now since they are after market running boards, which we didn’t even put on and bought the truck with them on, it’s not covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. That defeats the purpose of It being called bumper to bumper. I am extremely disappointed as we spent a lot of money on this truck and even more to make sure It was taken care of in the future. I will continue to come back to fix the things under the warranty because i have no choice, but things not covered i will seek other options.

Transmission warranty service was good and the issue was fixed. However I was told the truck was done and upon pickup the tires had not been rotated. Left it overnight and had to remind them again in the morning that I was waiting for it to be done. I understand mistakes happen but I didn’t even get an apology that it was missed. I will not be coming back

While I did not buy my vehicle here, I did bring it to Harry Brown’s shortly after purchase to install some OEM parts. The service took all day (expected and communicated) but was a very pleasant experience. The service department communicated often on the status, and took great care with my vehicle. The little gift bag and note was a nice touch. Worth the drive!

Not good. Tried to charge me for warranty repairs. Truck was in two different days and still not fixed. Was told diagnostics was not covered by warranty but I had the GM service bulletin in my hand showing exactly why the engine light was on. They never should have done anything but what the bulletin told them to do. Was told I would have to bring it back for the third day. Went to a different dealer, fixed in less than half a day under warranty 100%. I have bought new at HB for the last 20 years, no where else. I won’t be back ever.

I have bought cars from you a couple of times. I like the package deals. The only thing I don’t like is you charge to check my engine light $100 plus dollars. Where I can go to any other mechanic and they won’t charge for checking out the light engine light. Just couple weeks ago I took over one of my friends to your lot cause I like your cars and your packages and she bought a car from you. This is not how you treat your customers.

The work was to take 6 hours. They gave me a ride home. The next day they called and said it's ready, and sent a car to pick me up. It's nice to have the a/c working again. Everything was covered under warranty.
We have 2 vehicles being maintained by Harry Brown. Always a very good experience.

Well here I go again back to not liking Harry Brown's I purchased a 2016 Silverado from them less than a year ago it wasn't what I wanted but it was what they had now I found the truck I wanted and thought they would take care of me on a great trade in as in my opinion the truck is in better shape than when I purchased it came in and was told the market has changed and my less than 1 year old purchase was basically worthless and to get the truck I wanted would be an astronomical amount I won't put numbers in here but it's almost a house payment it's my fault honestly for thinking they would take care of a repeat customer live and learn I guess
