I was in lower level and found over a dozen yellow jackets!! My granddaughter home schools with me. They came same day and then came back to confirm all was ok. Jason=Awesome!!

We had a problem with wasps and other flying bugs, called Abra and the next day David was out to treat our home. Quick service and send to have taken care of our issues. We also sent David to my father-in-law's house for treatment, which was quick and thorough. Thanks David.

I was thrilled to be worked into the schedule almost immediately because of a cancellation. We walked around and through the house discussing problem areas together.
I was very thrilled to have Jason go around outside and inside the house cleaning up the spider webs.
He was fast, efficient and thorough. He was very friendly, and super considerate of pet safety.

Max was extremely patient with all of my questions. He was also very detailed in his answers and listened carefully to all my concerns.

Andy came out to our house to assist in a pretty significant mouse issue that we are trying to get under control. Andy was very knowledgeable, did a great job making recommendations based on our specific issues, and we look forward to continue working with Abra over the next several months while we get the mouse issue to be non-issue.

I called the company twice, specifically to verify proposed price and cost and if their was any scenario where cost would change. Both the technician that did the initial Inspection and the person in charge of billing both acknowledged that my proposed price would be a certain amount, and that amount wouldn’t change, 1/2 was payable before work could begin, and the second half payable when work done.

After the first portion of the work was done, the technician had left a piece of siding with adhesive on it on an outdoor piece of furniture, which I sat on and obtained a burn from the adhesive on my leg and a ruined pair of shorts. I notified company, they suggested I wash shorts and outdoor chair cushion in cold water and pick the adhesive off. The adhesive did not come off the shorts. It took about three days for burn to heal. Yet, accidents happen, and my interactions with the technician were always decent, so while I did let company know of the misfortune, I didn’t make it a big deal of it.

First half of payment was charged prior to work beginning, and a few hours later a second charge was put on my card, without my permission. I phoned the company and they took the second charge off. The second payment was charged almost two weeks BEFORE the job was finished, and in the end costed 5% MORE than amount verified by both people at company told me it would be, interestingly enough, it was the EXACT amount they had previously taken off. No more work was done than proposed and despite multiple phone calls made to resolve this with the company, it was pretty much a tough luck sucker response.

I would not recommend this company for the stated reasons. I view them as untruthful and deceitful. I was charged 5% more than they promised, suffered a burn and ruined a pair of shorts with this company.

Great to work with everyone at the company. David did an excellent job explaining our rodent issues, and I feel like we solved them quickly. My only qualm was the pricing. I didn’t understand I was paying a large sum up front and a monthly cost. Luckily, we didn’t need service very long.

IKE was professional, did complete work, entertained my kids while he worked and they were in AWWEEE! There is more to the story as I wanted to power wash and clean my windows but unable to do it because of a bee next that was coming in and out like a popcorn machine. 24 hr. turnaround time. WOW Experience.

I was happy I found this company through a family member I had a pest problem that I could not resolve myself and after one day of treatment I do not see any pests at all.

When we initially had a need for their service, they were the first to respond and had the shortest wait time. Since then, they have been super communicative and very professional. Highly recommend!

We just had our 2nd recall for a large ant problem in a wall. This time it was Tim who had reviewed the notes of the previous treatments. I had already opened up the window casements and rotting sill. He applied a gel bait in numerous areas. He is confident this will work.

Ike, from Abra Kadabra, did an excellent job exterminating yellow jackets that had built a nest in our attic. The yellow jackets gnawed a hole through a dry wall ceiling in a bathroom cabinet and entered the house. Yellow jackets in the house is NOT a highlight of home ownership!
He was not only prompt to apply pesticide on the nest, Ike also thoroughly evaluated/sprayed the outside of the house. He then returned twice to check and remove the nest. There were still a few live yellow jackets on the first check.

Abra Kadabra was the second pest control company I contacted. The first company would not enter the house and wanted to charge a $140 evaluation fee. This first company had sprayed our house for box elder bugs last year.

We will use Abra Kadabra for our flying pest needs from now on.

David did a great job on addressing our wasp issue. He offered advice on going forward and also applied product to eliminate gnats in our grass.

Came out to treat twice and both times had to call to have someone come back out as the problem was not taken care of. Follow up was good, but still having to check for bees after them being treated is not worth the money as i can do this myself.

I contacted Abra Kadabra to assist with raccoons in my father's attic. They had a longer wait then there competitors, and for a good reason. They are Pros!

From the very start they were terrific. They made the process very easy from the initial inspection, all the way to the end.

They were organized, and the estimate was easy to follow and very detailed.

The communication from the Andy was absolutely outstanding during the entire process! He was always responsive and very helpful. The team was extremely professional throughout the process as well.

Best of all, they provided results, and could also repair the entry points. It is a one stop shop!!

I recently swithced from Plunketts to Abra kadabra and i could not be happier. Not only are they beyond proffesional in every way, they also do above average work. From the people who answer the phone to the service technicians they have a level of customer service that is hard to find these days. It is also a wonderful company as I was able to cancel my mosquito service and get all the services from them instead of one place for pest control and one place for mosquitos. a true one stop shop is wonderful and Abra Kadabra checks all the boxes. I also appreciate that are a Minnesota owned local buisness, my only compliant is that I wish I would found thm sooner.

That day, after having Abrakadabra come out, we all noticed a huge difference in freedom from mosquitoes! Prior to that, it was hard being outside even during the day. We are very pleased. (Unfortunately, the mosquitoes still come out in full force at that predictable time of 9:20 pm. The party ends or everyone has to divert to inside.) Thanks AbraKadabra!

Just had Jason out for our 1st treatment. I can't say anything yet about if we are wasp-free, but I can't help but comment on the people I've worked with so far. The admin I spoke with last week was very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. And the tech, Jason, was extremely knowledgeable and patient as he listened to & answered all of my first-timer questions.

Abra Kadabra has been servicing my home since 2016. I love that they specialize in eco-friendly pest control and can handle wildlife when an issue arises. My home was a new build that had been vacant. They helped get rid of the ant and rodent issues, performed some durable animal-proofing to prevent rodent re-entry, got rid of mosquitoes and ticks, they keep up on my mosquitoes, spiders and wasps, and even came right away when I had a raccoon issue crop up. I've also been impressed with their community involvement and sponsorships. I could not reccomend them more highly!

We hired Abra Kadabra to remove some insects from our commercial building. The tech that arrived was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be using for my residential pest control as well.
