This is our new car repair shop. We were quoted around $600 and it ended up being only $400 and they were totally honest about it, plus they got it all done in a timely manner. Good place, good people, gonna be taking our other vehicle there soon.

The service was friendly and they made our trade in easy, very happy with my purchase. A solid positive experience. They kept their word about finishing up a few minor details on my purchase, such as the tint on one of the vehicles windows and a missing button. Very happy! Will return for future purchases

My first oil change there. It was done sooo fast. And I appreciate the honesty. Thought I needed a $100 part, but as it turned out, had too much air in that tire. That means alot.

Within an hour Terry and the technician working on my car was able to get my vehicle in, a diagnostic done, and a game plan going for how to get it fixed same day. Terry was honest and transparent about the situation but willing to do everything he could to help with making sure I'd have my car back as soon as possible.

I purchased my vehicle from Koppy years ago and have been using their services since. Still great service, friendly staff, easy to get in. They were honest about the condition of the car from the get go(which was in great condition) and aside from maintenance and a minor repair, it has been a good, reliable car over the years. Terry scheduled my appointments and checked me in/out. He was thorough, kind and easy to talk to. Chauncey did a great job on my oil change. Overall a super great place!

We needed an inspection done on a used car. We left the car with Justin, the service manager, and he did a thorough check of the car the same day sending me an estimate with pictures. Wow! I was on the search for a new mechanic, I called Koppy Motors and spoke with Justin who was very professional. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Justin and I chatted as my car was being serviced, he was very personable and made me feel very comfortable! A few days later I ended up with a flat tire and Koppy was there to help!! Had Emergency with my H1 and was on my way to Out of town I pulled in there and asked for their help he stopped what he was doing and fixed. My problem couldn't be happier and I'll be back for my oil changes.

Nail in the tire on the way to the cities, great people, took us right in and got us on our way!

My air conditioner in my car was blowing heat out of the driver side and cool air on the passenger side. I called them and was able to get in quickly. Once in they found it to be a glitch in my computer and reset it for me. Everyone I met there was friendly and courteous. Explained everything to me and offered some free advice about a push start bling accessory I have in there. Highly recommend this place for all your automotive needs!!

Had my service engine light come on while on I-35 and needed to add some oil. They helped me right away and were very friendly and nice. Kind of like restoring faith in human kind. Thanks!

Garnett and the other auto techs were super friendly would highly recommend Koppy! Diagnosed the problem on my van right away and got it fixed. Was in and out in a matter of 15 minutes!

What a fantastic company. I was traveling with 4 small children to a cabin for Thanksgiving and discovered a nail I my tire. Justin was amazing helping me get back on the road quickly and safely. I was on the tail end of a weeklong business road trip when my dashboard lit up. I took the closest exit and thankfully rolled right into Koppy. They diagnosed the problem immediately and they were willing to fix it for me asap. In addition to that, they loaned me a car to go home - at no extra cost! They were gracious, helpful, trustworthy and very capable. The repairs were well done, speedy and very reasonably priced. If it had to happen, it couldn’t have had better timing.

Deanna was super helpful and friendly. Very patient with us, despite our desire to test multiple vehicles, and even after telling her we had an appointment with a different dealership to test drive another vehicle she was pleasant and respectful of our purchasing process.

I traded my vehicle and upgraded from am suv to a pickup. Brad made everything so effortless for me, I filled out their online application, he called and asked if there was a vehicle I was interested in looking at and when I came in to look at it, he had the approval ready to go. Waited a week so I could get my trade in ready and when I brought it in I spent a total of maybe 1 hour at the dealer between both days. Brad made everything so smooth and worked nonstop to get everything taken care of for us and our hurdles (new job, . I would highly recommend Brad or Kevin to anybody!just bought a house and less than perfect credit)

My husband Michael Sabanjo bought a Ford truck here. 2 days later it would not start. Turns out it was a dead battery. Dan Koppy responded himself and reimbursed us for the new battery we put in.

Honest and provide great service. They found some other issues but told me what needed to be addressed now and what could wait. They even looked around and found a cheaper part than what they quoted me. Great guys.

I recently brought my car in to have a "warning" brake light checked.
Andrew and Randy jumped on checking it out and found my brake pads were below the manufactures tolerance. They booked me for the repair and completed the work very timely and a lower price than the quote. So appreciate that it was taken care of quickly and not over the quote. Koppy Motors was a very nice experience for us. We felt Joe, the salesman and Matt, the Manager, were helpful and upfront. They gave us a good value for our trade in and asked a reasonable price for the Flex we were buying. (We've been looking at the Ford Flex for a while and had researched the prices) The financing paper work was simple and easy to understand, thanks to Matt who explained each step clearly and concisely.
