QXO - O'Fallon, MO

Had my roof scheduled to be re-shingled. Had the delivery set up, the dumpster scheduled and the tear off and replace all set up. Beacon Building Products delivered the wrong products. Fortunately my contractor, Storm Guard, had to come out to check on something and they saw it was the wrong materials. We had to reschedule everything, and if it hadn't been caught, they would have installed the wrong shingles and would of had to rip them all off and replace. With weather the way it is in St Louis this time of year, mistakes like that can have a major effect on everyones schedules.

Their drivers are incompetent and put the general public at risk. Driver wasn’t looking and almost pulled out hitting my car. When calling Beacon they said they have no managers available whatsoever and that they couldn’t help hold their driver accountable. This company is a joke and I would never trust them to deliver products especially after seeing their truck ruining this guys yard before almost hitting me.

The customer service at this place was great! We were in, helped with siding decisions, paid, and left in under 30 minutes. I wish I could remember the guys name that helped us, he was EXCELLENT, so a huge thank you goes to him!!
