We initially had some concerns with our installation; however, after speaking with Justin (owner), he assigned project manager Brandon, and everything was resolved timely and professionally. Justin even made special accommodations for one of our dogs that has health issues. Very much appreciate Crown working with us and our roof looks amazing!

I had Wind damage to our roof, called yesterday for 3 estimates, Jason Friehs with Crown Exteriors LLC ws the first to call , he shows up promptly on time set and after inspecting the roof he gave me a full explanation on the damaged roof explaining what needed to make repairs, and owing to Rain forecasted over the next 3-4 days, Jason ws able to send repair tech out the same day to make repairs prior to the rain arriving Thanks again Jason for a super great job, I want hesitate to call on Crown Exteriors again if and when my roof needs attemtion

My experience working with Crown Exteriors LLC was excellent from my first encounter with Keith Stratman through the crew pulling away from my house with the new roof in place. Keith was very knowledgeable and met with insurance adjuster to insure I received best outcome.
The choice of colors and products added on were high-quality. The crew arrived , were very hard-working and respectful, leaving absolutely no mess or debris in the yard. Keith checked in with them and myself often throughout the day of install. He also checked back with me a few weeks later to make sure all was done to my satisfaction.

I had the pleasure of working with Keith Stratman for my roof replacement. He had worked with my neighbor and came highly recommended. After the hail storm in May I had been told by another company that I had no hail damage. I then asked Keith to look at it and he said I did have damage to roof and gutter guards. He was very easy to work with and worked well with my insurance company. I would recommend Keith Stratman at Crown without hesitation.

Jason Friehs came to my house to check a water spot I had on a ceiling. He was on time and very professional. He found and fixed the problem and gave me tips on what to look for if it happens again. When I do need a new roof, he will be the first one I call.

These guys were referred to me by a friend that is in the roofing product supply business as one of the best in St. Louis - and after working with them before, during and after the process, I couldn’t agree more. My job was likely one of the tougher one they had seen, as when they started they found my house had two layers of asphalt over the original wood shake roof with a layer of plywood in between. Kirk and Ryan helped me work with my insurance company as we had a hail damage claim, to ensure I was covered for proper removal, and when insurance denied the request they went back explain why the roof had to be removed back to the rafters and reinstalled. The insurance agreed, and then they got to work. During the process they were clean, responsive and took their time to get it right. They didn’t nickel and dime me, and gave me recommendations where I could save and upgrade in certain areas with very fair pricing. Once completed (and after I had already paid them in full), there was an issue that arose over one area, and they were out within hours to fix it - to my surprise I didn’t have to nag them even though I didn’t owe them money! That’s service and responsibility. Highest recommendation for Crown Exteriors!!!!

Zack Drozkowski from Crown Exteriors is absolutely amazing to work with. We noticed a leak in one of our bedrooms and called Zack. Within a few hours, Zack came down, identified the problem, and was able to quickly fix the problem with the roof. A few months later, we had strong winds blow several shingles off of our ridge cap. Zack came back, told us not to worry, and searched for a perfect match for shingles that were no longer manufactured. We had our roof and downspouts recently replaced. Drew Krueger was the agent that we worked with. He went above and beyond our expectations. He did a great job communicating with us and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. He even met with us multiple times at our house, helped us picked out the best roof and downspout color and came over to personally check everything was cleaned up after the project. We had hail damage In September and after interviewing several companies we contracted with Crown. Dusty Rothrock was our Project Manager and he was on the job from start to finish making sure that the roofers, the siding crew and the gutters were being installed professionally. Our home looks awesome! Better than before the hail damage. The workers were professional and cleaned up after the job was completed. Dusty came back the next day to make sure that work area was clean. Thank you Crown for being the best and thank you Dusty for managing the job and getting it finished sooner than expected. Crown Exteriors was a breath of fresh air to work with. I had a leak into an upstairs bathroom and Keith was able to get out and on the roof the same day I called. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He was able to complete a quick repair to fix the issue and explained to me what all he did and why it would fix my issue until I was approved from my insurance company. Called Crown Exteriors regarding a small leak we had near our chimney. Kent came inspected the area of the suspected leak and made a quick repair. While on the roof, he noticed the roof had some damage. After our insurance company approved the claim, Kent came back out and gave us a written estimate and explained the claim process in detail. We were in the process of listing our house for sale, Kent was able to get our information processed quickly and have our roof installed in just over a weeks time.
