Called last Friday and scheduled a service for my A/C. Was told someone would show up the next day, Saturday between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. No one ever showed up and no call or contact explaining why. Left a message on Saturday right before 2:00 pm asking what was up. Again, never heard back. Already called a different company and they showed up when they said they would and fixed my issue. I’m surprised based on the number of positive reviews for this company but I will not be contacting them for any service in the future

Our AC quit working this past weekend. AAA was able to get someone out same day. Sam was our tech and he was very friendly and explained everything so that I could understand the issue and make an informed decision on what to do next. He took pictures to show me the issue with our AC and had us back to normal with an hour. He's a great guy and I would definitely use AAA for any future needs.

I contacted AAA about my garbage disposal not working last week. A plumber came out the next day and determined the problem was a switch. He contacted the office and scheduled an electrician to come out the following morning. I paid service call for plumber and he said that only half the service call amount would be required for electrician. I called that evening and left a message to reschedule electrician's visit and again the next morning to make sure that my message had been received. I spoke with someone in the office at that time. I called this morning to reschedule electrician. The woman I spoke to said that I would have to pay full service call for electrician and she's sorry plumber told me what he did. She said i would have had to gotten the "discount" the same day. I explained that the office and plumber set up time for electrician to come out - the following day. She said "we can't honor discounts weeks and weeks after..." Mind you, it's not even been a week and i wasn't given a choice for electrician to come same day. Never did anyone say to me that I could only get a discount on service call fee if I had electrician at my house that same day. I assumed i was getting a break on the service call charge because same company was sending multiple people out to my house. I wont use this company again. Lesson learned.

We're very happy with the swift and effective service AAA provided in repairing our dishwasher. There were actually two different and unrelated problems, which wouldn't have been recognized if Will hadn't taken the trouble to follow up after solving the first one was solved.

Sam with AAA came to our house to do a maintenance check up on our central air conditioning. Sam gave us a call about 20 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. Sam was on time, very friendly and did a thorough job checking our central air conditioning system. It was a pleasure to meet Sam and we appreciate his expertise in making sure all is in good working order with our cental air. Thanks Sam!

Extremely overpriced! They have been out to my home many times for several different services. We also have memberships through them. For them to say they have not done work for us is not true. We have had them out to our home many times over the years, including last week.. And they are most definitely overcharging. Most recently, $350 to clear a sink drain that took them 10 minutes..

I had a very disappointing experience with this repair company through the extended warranty company, which recommended this service. I made the appointment last week, and the company confirmed a 12-4 PM service window for Tuesday. However, on Tuesday, I received a call saying the technician was sick and could not make it.

When I spoke with the receptionist, she was incredibly rude and lacked any form of compassion. She repeatedly spoke to me as though I was incompetent whenever I asked a simple question. I asked to be connected to her supervisor, and unsurprisingly, the supervisor was just as rude. It’s clear that they have no respect for customers.

This behavior before even setting foot in my home makes me wary of allowing them to come in. If they treat people this way at the outset, I cannot trust them to do the job professionally. I had to call my warranty company to report this, and they assured me they would note this for future referrals.

I would NOT recommend this service to anyone, and I certainly won’t be using them again.

We were forced to use AAA Home Services to fix our washing machine through a warranty that we purchased from Lowes. The warranty company was Assurant.

timeline of events:
I filed the claim with Assurant on 3/6/25 believing I had an appointment for 3/10/25. (While filing the claim they have you schedule your appointment yourself.) I received a call from AAA the next day on 3/8/25 at 10:18am letting me know that the first available appointment they had was on 3/12/25. This was fine, the customer service representative explained that the warranty company did not have access to their schedule.

3/12/25: Tyler comes, I explain to him the problem with the washing machine, I tried to show him, however he said he knew exactly what the problem was and that I needed a new transmission and a couple of other things. They would order the parts and call me when they are in and he will come back.

3/18/25: Received the call, parts in in, scheduled for next visit to be on 3/20/25.

3/20/25: Tyler arrives, replaces all the parts, tells me the problem is fixed and left. HE NEVER HOOKED THE MACHINE UP TO TEST IT WAS FIXED!!!!! My husband hooks up the machine and immediatly sees its not fixed. I call Tyler within 10 min of him leaving, no answer. I text Tyler immediately.. he read the message but did not respond.
I then call the office and am told I HAVE TO FILE A NEW CLAIM!!!! After several minutes of 2 different girls talking over me when I try to explain what happened I am hung up on!
I immediately file a new claim with Assurant on 3/20/25
3/21/25: I call AAA asking if we can schedule a new appointment. They claim they have not received the new claim, once they received it they will call me to schedule. I then call Assurant and they show that the have have sent the new claim to AAA. (I have no proof but I am pretty sure I know what is going on here .....)

3/24/25: I call AAA asking if they have received the claim and we can schedule a return visit. I am told again, they have not received the claim, they will call me to schedule. I ATTEMPTED to ask if there is something I should do on my end with the warranty company but was once again interrupted by the girls in the office and told very rudely that they would call me to schedule when they have the claim.

3/26/25: After 20 days of non-sense and not being able to do our own laundry I cancelled the claim and am paying out of pocket so I can use our trusted service provider Chesterfield Service who I will give 10 starts to any day of the week.. They are coming tomorrow to see what non-sense was done by AAA. I'll add updates based on their assessment

3/27/25: Chesterfield service left and said a new motherboard and clutch was needed and advised it would be cheaper to by a new washing machine which we just did.

Also a reply was left below by the owner which completely contradicts what his office staff told me. I was told that I NEEDED TO SUBMIT A NEW CLAIM WITH THE WARRANTY Company, he also does not address the fact that his tech leaves without testing the machine nor does he address how his staff treats their customers.

Jeremy from AAA Home Services did a fantastic job correctly troubleshooting what was initially thought by another company a failed hot water heater component and instead it was a failed Spire gas meter that could have caused my furnace to stop working. Sam came out January 14. He was right on time. My furnace wasn't working properly. Had trouble heating my home. Sam found the problem in no time. Needed a sensor cleaned. He cleaned it and it works fine now; plus didn't cost an arm and leg. I use AAA for all my service needs. Great company and the people are very friendly. Thank you Sam!!!

What a horrible experience from start to finish. Do not use this company. Office people are rude and unprofessional. Gave us attitude when we called to see if our washer part was in. Then when it finally did come in we were told they would be out the next day. No show. When we called we were down for 2 days later. Then when we asked to speak to a supervisor we were told there weren’t any. I did my own research and finally got to talk with someone to help us. It was set up for the following day. But then I get a phone call that the wrong part had been ordered. So it was put off again. Then the part did come in next day. The tech that came out to our home had attitude and was disrespectful to my husband and me. We asked questions and he smarted off to us. I was very uncomfortable with him in my home. If I could give this company a zero star I would.

I had AAA home services out to my house to look at my LG refrigerator more than 3 weeks ago, they replaced multiple parts(4 visits) and were paid over $1000 by me for repairs. The refrigerator in question is still not working and they are now not returning calls. Forcing me to work with the bank to get my money back and reach out to the manufacturer for other possible solutions. Very unprofessional, would recommend using another company.

Edit- Even your response to a negative review demonstrates your company’s lack of accountability from top to bottom, had another company come out to fix the refrigerator, determined your company put in the wrong condenser when replacing the compressor. They fixed your error and the fridge works as it should.

I first contacted this company back in January 2024 and Rick came out on 1-2-2024 to repair my dryer and charged me $224 which included a gas valve coil kit. I smelled gas after he left and I called the company back on 1-4-2024 and spoke to Ashley and made an appointment for 1-5-2024, but after discussing it with my ex-husband, I called and spoke to Ashley and cancelled the appointment on 1-5-2024 because my ex-husband not think it was a gas smell. I had even asked Justin, the refrigerator expert also from your company, when he came and repaired my refrigerator on 8/22/2024 and he thought that the smell was coming from my sewage lines. I finally called Spire and there was a small gas leak coming from my dryer. I called and spoke to Adam at your company on 11/20/2024 and he said that Rick is no longer with the company, but maybe they can ask Rick to come back out. After convincing Amy to have someone come by to check my dryer, waiving the $95 service fee, Justin came back out and found out that my dryer needed a gas valve, estimated at $400. He asked me if the office had told me that Rick had passed away, I said no, only that he’s no longer with your company. I thought about the snarky remark that Adam made to me, saying that maybe Rick could come back and check my dryer. How could Rick come back if he’s deceased? , It appeared that Adam was trying to belittle me.
Getting back to Justin’s service call on 11/20/2024, Justin promised to have his manager, Brad or Brian(not sure of his name) call me after his visit on 11/20/2024 to see if he could offer me a discount and or maybe I could purchase a new or refurbished dryer from your company. I never received a call from Justin’s manager. After spending over $224 on my dryer and $95 and $345 for the repair of my refrigerator, I feel disrespected.

First day, they did not show up or even call! The next day, they did send someone out who did nothing. He told me he did not have time, to wait for the spin cycle where the problem is occurring. I then called the office and some guy named Bryan was not any more help.He did not once try to resolve the problem. As if the customer clearly does not matter to this company. Best advice , look for a different company! If I could give this company zero, they have no clue what they are doing.

We have everything in our home serviced by AAA and we are very pleased with every technician and every service we receive. This particular time we had a routine heat pump check done by Austin.
He is well versed in his trade and explained everything that he checked in detail with me. We are very pleased and will always renew our service contract as it avoids costly repairs later!

Our dishwasher flooded our kitchen a couple weeks back. Tyler was out the very next day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and was back with the parts exactly when he said to finish the repair. We have not had a problem since. Plus our dishwasher was a pain in the neck to close and start up ever since we bought it a few years ago. He had that problem fixed for us too!

Just moved to our new home in Ofallon Mo and unfortunately we had a lot of set backs. Our inspection report was very clean looking, but you can dress up a pig too. But, we had three new toilets put in and Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with. He also made some minor repairs to our bathroom sinks. Sam and Ben came to our new home and did an inspection on our furnace and it wasn’t working properly, they worked diligently to resolve the problem but a no go. So we ordered parts still no go. We decided new HVAC and water heater. The guys did an absolute amazing job. Thanks John, for the rebates . We lived 60years at our old town. We know nobody here, and very nervous about being taken advantage. That we were not. AAA is an amazing company and amazing people. Ryan the Electrician is a Hoot.. lol! I called him Bryan the whole time he was here. So now he is BryanRyan to me and my wife. Thank you AAA

Someone booked an appointment under my phone number get a call and vm from tech and someone doing the verification that I'm not answering because I am at work mistakes happen those 2 calls are OK. But what is not ok is back to back calls leaving a vm and calling right back. That is unprofessional.

Had my A/C and furnace replaced by them. They have some of the best customer service I have seen anywhere in years. They offer multiple financing plans. The team of technicians that came out to do the install were top notch they move like a well oiled machine. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I purchased an American Standard 3 tier furnace and AC unit from AAA Home Services seven years ago. They did a great job installing it, and it was priced competitively!

It recently needed a new module installed and AAA Home Services honored my 10 year parts and labor warranty without batting an eye!

They were able to procure the parts within 24 hours, and despite being a warranty job, I was treated with the same expedience as any other customer. I REALLY appreciate that!!

The AAA Home Services tech, Sam, was very polite & personable, and clearly a pro who knows his trade.

AAA Home Services is a local, family owned company, and their dedication to the community is evident in their professionalism!

Sam was my technician this time and he did a great job. He was friendly and respective of my home. I have used AAA HOME services before I moved into this condo March 2023 and they came out to fix the stove and the other guy that was here, he did a really good job too and was very nice very friendly and they also came out when I needed to have a ceiling fan installed and also fix the electrical outlets in my second bedroom/office. paid a little bit more than what I was hoping to pay, but I have to admit they did some good quality work. I always get an appointment when I need one. The office staff are not rude, but direct and to the point

I got a few quotes for a new AC unit and John from AAA home services gave me a good offer so I went with them plus 5.9% APR for 3 years is a great deal on financing.
Briefly spoke with Tania, she was friendly and provided excellent customer service.
On installation day Robert and Seth showed up to install my new unit with the new coil, they were on time and did a great job, very knowledgeable, professional technicians.
The install took about 4 hours and they paid attention to detail, great job overall, I would hire them again. 10/10 highly recommend

Poor customer service. Came out to give estimate and told us it would be $95 for the service call and everything else was covered under the warranty. Said it would take a week to get the parts and repair. After 2 weeks of trying to get in touch with someone to give us an update, they admitted that they did not get the model number. When the manager called back he told us it would cost $700 to repair. Don't waste your time or money with this company. So disappointing.

5/2/24 I had Sam out to check an issue with my air conditioner. He went above and beyond! He took time to educate me on proper maintenance. I would gladly have him out for service in the future.

I just had plumbing service from Tim. He was professional, prepared and patient. He took his time and explained everything. He answered additional questions. He offered their club membership, which will not only help me save money but will keep all my home maintenance with one company!

AAA installed an exhaust fan in our master bedroom. They did a fantastic job. They were able to make the fan we purchased work even though it was not the exact specifications, made no mess and cost way less than the electricians we called for another similar project.

Don't buy their service plan. They don't honor the terms. They advertise a 20% discount with the plan I was eligible for. The technician quoted me a price. I questioned it and reminded him of being a plan member. He then told me I would get the discount but still charged the full price. I didn't notice it when I paid and have called multiple times to resolve it but they did not refund the difference. They also charge 3% for using a credit card which is usually a sign of a struggling business. Seems like things have gone downhill fast at this company.

This was the worse experience we've every had with an appliance technician. The problem was much worse after the technician did the repairs. I have scratches on my machine, nicks from his tools that went through to the metal, the dispenser on my LG washer now fills with detergent and water, the back of the machine was not put back together properly and nothing was tested to make sure it was repaired properly because the water to the washer was never turned back on. Our washer is less than one year old but it looks like I've have it much longer now and the problem is worse. I will never use AAA Home Services again. AAA Home Services was sent to our home by LG customer service due to the fact it was less than a year old. I could not use the extended warranty purchased for that reason. I would have given them zero stars but I had to check at least one to post my review.

LG warranty repair- microwave oven/ After not showing up for 2 scheduled appointments, they finally sent a tech who prepared an invoice with line items for parts & labor. The tech then charged me $89 service charge which I paid with my credit card. He informed me that the parts needed for repair had to be checked for availability & that someone from the office would be calling me back with status. I waited 2 weeks & when nobody called me, I called them to inquire about status. Nothing had been ordered, they apologized & offered to order. I rejected the offer & requested refund of the $89 so that I can pursue the warranty repair with a different LG authorized repair service. AAA is resisting the refund, yet they have done nothing, like ordering parts or anything else to actually get the repair done, but they want to block movement to seek repair with another authorized repair service.BEWARE—This company doesn’t appear to be honorable relating to LG warranty repairs.

On 9/12/23, AAA came to diagnose my LG fridge error code. It needed a FREEZER fan motor. They incorrectly wrote down on attached invoice REF Motor causing an initial delay. I paid for the $89 service call/diagnostic, and gave $100 in cash to be applied to the total. The part never came. I called weekly and was told "Waiting on a Parts drop" Maybe this Thursday, or next Wednesday, but never. Finally, on November 27, 2023, a local repair company got the part and installed. When AAA finally called with the arrivial of the part, I spoke with a female (whose name i cannot recall in February 2024) and jotted down the information to email for this entire process, since I had it repaired. I belileved this to be an amicable offer since they did not one time attempt to call me in nearly 2.5 months of having a major applicance not working.As requested, I sent the email on December 15, 2023. I got a call from AAA on 02.07.24 denying this offer from December, 2023, because I could not recall the name of the person with whom I sopke. The person, who stated she was the owner, didn't even look closely enough to recognize the overpayment. The entire experience with this company has been disappointing, and the lack of any sort of customer service is beyond explanation. I certainly expect that I will receive the same response others get about a service call charge. What I expect is that this company honors its original offer to refund the $89 and $11 overpayment and do the right thing.

Today Monday 2.5.24 , I contacted AAA Home Services due to the igniter going out on my furnace . I woke up Sunday morning to a chilly house - I contacted Everyone I could think of to find a resolve for my situation , but no luck . This morning I did the same and canvassed most of O’Fallon & St.Peters ,.. still no luck. Then I was fortunate enough to come across AAA , and there’s where my luck began - in the future do Not waste your time looking elsewhere - they have what you need from appliances , to parts , to service.
My day started to change then ,… and it only continued to get better once I was put on the phone with this guy named Wil … a real blessing . - First , he went above and beyond to find the exact part that I needed by texting me pics of the ones that he had until he found the right one , doing so over the phone while I’m on my lunch break. When he learned that my house was chilly 2 mornings in a row and I had a young daughter ,… and finding out that I worked past the time that he got off , he met me out by my house to Make Sure that I didn’t go another day without it .
When I met him to get the igniter he told me to “FaceTime” him and he would walk me through the process - which I did , and true to his word he did just that . Once I had completed it he walked me through how to turn it back on , I said “ok ,.. I’m going to turn everything on ,… - (jokingly) I said if I don’t text you a in 10 min call the fire dept b/c I may have blown my house up …” he didn’t laugh though ,.. he said “No .. I’m staying on the phone with you until I know that you’re safe , and that you have heat - you’re not going another night without your family safe & warm “ … and he did just that ….
I thanked him when we were done ,… he text me roughly an hour later to make sure that things were still running , that I had heat , and everything was sound on my end .
I’ve Never received such Amazing customer service from Anywhere / Anyone ….. and the way that things are in our world today it’s refreshing to know that there are people out there still who simply care. Not only is Wil and excellent example of customer service , but he IS the finest example of what the standard should be for decency .
His Boss & Parents alike should be proud of the example that he exhibits , and to be associated to such a compassionate human being .

I've used AAA Home Services for several years ! They installed a new HVAC system in my home 4 years ago ! I also use there annual maintenance plan for my Spring/Fall check-ups !

Once again, I received great service from AAA. I called to schedule an annual check on my furnace and booked an appointment for a time that worked for me. AAA called on the day of the appointment and said they were on the way. The technician was prompt and professional.
