To returning my left over supplies a week later at another location.The real MVP here was Pamela West in Wauconda. She was a treat right from go. The return got complicated and she was determined to help me out. She got it done. Positive, polite, had a sense of humor as well as urgency. Pam in the office is excellent. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and prompt and goes above and beyond.
Jose was friendly, helped us load our product in our vehicle, and went above and beyond to ensure its security for transport.
