I’d like to give this business a huge round of applause. From having the supplies in the exact match I needed. Last minute on a Saturday morning mind you! To returning my left over supplies a week later at another location.The real MVP here was Pamela West in Wauconda. She was a treat right from go. The return got complicated and she was determined to help me out. She got it done. Positive, polite, had a sense of humor as well as urgency.
