Stay Cool Climate Control

Our AC unit went out during the hottest part of the summer. We called Stay Cool after seeing their solid 5-star rating and speaking with others who had used their services. Our experience has been entirely positive. Since our old system was extremely outdated, we decided to replace it with a complete HVAC system. They provided prompt and exceptionally courteous service.

Cole did a great job fixing our A/C. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. There were a few things he said we should keep an eye on but wasn’t pushy on anything, which was appreciated. Overall a good experience and thankful to have a company we can use going forward.

I have been dealing with AC issues in my house for years. I’ve had multiple companies come out and try and fix the issue, nothing has helped. I decided to replace my AC and had quotes from multiple companies but Stay Cool was the only company to listen to what I was looking for and didn’t try to upsell me on a system I didn’t need. They were quick to install and even got the system installed the day I came home from the hospital with my newborn. For the first time this summer my house was actually cold. I am so happy to not have to stress over the heat and humidity in my house any longer. The system works perfectly and I wouldn’t even know we are in a heatwave if I didn’t step outside. I definitely recommend Stay Cool!

Stay Cool Climate Control provided a excellent experience, Cole the Technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional, fixed and serviced my AC and it now works better than it has in 15 years of owning this house. Both of my units were not working properly so Stay Cool worked with me to fix the main AC unit and unfortunately I had to replace the 2nd story unit. Stay Cool responded quickly to fix the first floor A/C and a couple days later came to install the new unit. Brandon and Carter worked together as a team to get it installed quickly. Upon completion of the installation, Brandon explained everything in detail how to operate, maintain and provided additional support options. They went above and beyond the installation. Because my main level system was working overtime cooling 2 floors, condensation built up in the basement causing other issues. Brandon helped me install a dehumidifier downstairs to dry up the basement. Both Brandon and Carter were awesome. If you’re in need of AC/heating help, I highly recommend Stay Cool.

Travis came out early on a very busy day I’m sure as it was over 100° outside, diagnosed our problem and had it fixed within an hour, explained our system to us what problems we may run into in the future, and offered a plan to us to keep our system running, while we didn’t take the plan at the time, we’ll definitely we getting a new system from them in the future. Travis was also very personal talking to me about his pets as we have 6 of our own. Would definitely recommend them to any one either looking for an upkeep plan, or repair for their system

My journey started on a Monday, when my 20 year old Trane stopped cooling. Peter was able to come out same day to take a look. It was as we had feared, at the end of its life. Eric put together an excellent replacement package after doing a thorough inspection of existing hardware both inside and out. They were not able to install the new system until Friday, but made accommodations for our comfort during the week--which they didn't have to do, but we VERY much appreciated. On Friday, promptly, Luke and Daniel arrived with all the hardware and began the install. They were both highly professional. The removal of my old equipment went smoothly, and the installation of the new equipment went just as smoothly (furnace and A/C). They had to have an additional technician come out to interface my existing humidifier to the new system--but this was planned, and he too showed up on time and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All said they finished up around 4:00pm that afternoon and gave me the tour of all the new parts and pieces--as well as asked if I had any questions. They showed me the new thermostat and ensured I had it configured the way I wanted. The whole thing was made very easy through excellent customer service skills. Although I will not need a new system for a very long time, I would not hesitate to use Stay Cool Climate Control again. 10/10, would recommend.
Also, the new Amana ASXS6-S system is everything it was advertised as and more. Incredible.

Knowledgeable, no up-selling, customer oriented, was very good at answering questions and helped us to start formulating a plan for the future when our systems going to go. It's over 12 years old.

We used stay cool climate control for our install of our new air-conditioning unit. They were very reasonable and quick to get to us. All of the technicians were very kind and considerate of our home and cleaned up after themselves. my parents had an issue with their air conditioner today. They were super fast to get to us diagnose the issue very quickly. Peter had it fixed within a half an hour. I would always recommend them. They are very reliable and honest company.

Stay Cool did great work and solved a heating cooling problem in our house many other companies could not. It was challenging to regulate the temperature on our second floor. They installed a zoning system and the results have been amazing. Great customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and genuinely concerned with the quality of their service and satisfaction of their customer. Cole and Jake did a wonderful job. I highly recommend.

I've had this AC and heating system in this house for years, I hated it. Had more problems than you can imagine. It always seemed the AC was going out on the hottest days of the year. I had used numerous AC and heating companies. Probably 10 to 15 days ago when it was really hot my AC went out. I found this company and gave him a call from that moment of making that call everyone was so professional and so courteous. They came out they fixed my AC I wanted a new system put in, we worked out a fantastic deal for me I thought, very reasonable. We set up appointment they came out and in one day and Luke, Dan and Jason, came out in the morning and put a whole new system in my house. I can't tell you enough how satisfied I am with these people. Left the place spotless did an incredible job, I now have my thermostat set at 74° and I'm freezing. LOL I highly recommend them. I normally do not do reviews. This is a company that does what it says on time head schedule. I couldn't be happier. Great company, great people, great service, you can't ask for more.

Top notch service! Technicians show up with all needed supplies, booties on & off as they move between the inside and outside of my home. Very knowledgeable, and are able to communicate their steps and educate me about the current status of my system, potential hazards, and future budgeting considerations.

During a wonderful St. Louis summer day with a 105+ degree heat index, I woke up to a miserably warm house, quickly reaching the mid-80s. A neighbor highly recommended Stay Cool, so I gave them a call. Jeremy was incredibly helpful, understanding my urgent need and ensuring I received same-day service – a true lifesaver given the intense heat and my worried pets.

They sent Travis, who was absolutely amazing. I always feel anxious about home repairs, fearing unnecessary upsells or repairs. Travis completely put my mind at ease. He was exceptional at explaining everything, showing me the tests he ran, and quickly pinpointing the actual problem.

While my HVAC unit is over 30 years old and clearly needs replacing, Travis expertly got cold air flowing back into my house, providing much-needed relief until I can get a new system installed.

I didn't even second guess getting my new unit ordered thru Stay Cool. They presented several options, explained the benefits of each, and actually helped me decide on the best unit for my house without trying to sell me all the bells and whistles that I didn't need.

I had an amazing experience with this HVAC company. From start to finish, everything was quick, efficient, and handled with professionalism. Jacob, in particular, went above and beyond—he was not only friendly and respectful but also incredibly knowledgeable. I was truly amazed by how smoothly everything went. It’s rare to find service this good these days. Highly recommend!

Stay Cool answered the phone late when our AC stopped working on a Friday and sent Jacob out first thing Saturday morning. Jacob was professional and knowledgeable and had our AC working quickly for a reasonable price.

Fantastic customer service. Warranty repaired issues from another company through manufacturer. Cole was super friendly and made my wife comfortable. Went above and beyond for the warranty repair and did a basic clean of my unit without doing a tune up cost. Only complaint I would make is a miscommunication on price for the warranty repair to be fair to them my phone cut out a couple of times during the call after their business hours so this was probably more on my cell service than anything else. Even so price was great for a less than 24 hours turn around for service when the company who installed the unit would have been 3 days for service. they were willing to get somebody out within a couple of hours if I was willing to pay for emergency repairs. Wish I could give them 10 stars. It's rare to have an honest service company anymore where you don't feel like your being fleeced. Locally family owned as well that is a plus in my book.

Stay Cool helped us out in a pinch, relocated a large heater mounted to a roof deck. Quick turnaround and executed flawlessly. Definitely would have deterred most HVAC companies. Highly highly recommend!!

We are impressed by how good Stay Cool Climate Control were to do business with. We had a zone system installed and Jeremy was very good at explaining the details of exactly what and how they would do the installation. Nat and Zack were very professional on the installation and cleaned everything up completely. Their pricing was very reasonable and honored my veteran service.

7/8/2024 I continue to be impressed with Stay Cool and the way they follow through with their customers.
7/17/2024 The new Nest thermostat was defective (wasn't charging the backup batteries) but otherwise was still working and Stay Cool immediately ordered a new one and replaced it. Their customer service is the best I've seen.
