Had a bad experience, had a family member come in bought 4700 worth of lumber, he didn’t need all , never used or open brought for a refund, they didn’t want to refund him in the way he paid, paid in cash had receipt to show, then kept trying to to convince him thats the only way they can refund was with a credit card, if i paid cash why can’t i get my money back the way i paid you, i dont like when people try to take advantage of hardworking honest people,, and then you lie and don’t honor your policies, respect and honor your customers, the same way we respect your business, be honest and loyal
They have an awesome group of people working in the office! They always help me when I need to go.
Truck drivers beware dont come in from the rail Rd track. Aka close the the business there a 27 ton weigh limit and no where to turn around. Come in off of 31st st other than that place it very quick and friendly. I dont know if they allow over night parking but theres plenty of room for 3 or 4 trucks out side the gate in the dirt
