Waiting in the pick-up area for 35mins for a box of ridge vent with plenty of men around is simply unacceptable, it wasn’t until I was about to grab the box myself that someone decided to help me, kudos to him. We do business with Beacon on a consistent basis and have never had trouble at the Salisbury location but it was almost as if it were intentional.

Delivery professional driver today was spot on today. He arrived early with our shingle order so we started on schedule.
I watched him upload with precision over 5 pallets of Certainteed shingles and other materials.

I entered a 5 star review 5 years ago when I came here to see which roofing tiles I wanted installed on my home. Google does not allow multiple reviews so I am adding to my 5 star review and saying that not only does offer great advice and selection of roofing materials but they also offer a great selection of siding products and decking products as well. Beacon is very impressive as they friendly, knowledgable people who are very helpful. That is unusual especially in the big box stores. Beacon focuses on supporting contractors but they are also very welcoming to the home owner who is shopping and planning to do the work themselves. Beacon's website taught me everything there is to be learned about the styles and variety of siding. I was impressed. Ryan, inside sales, is very friendly and helpful and he guided me in my selection of replacement siding. Kevin delivered the materials by truck and was such a nice guy and so helpful. He placed the materials exactly where I wanted and you could not ask for a friendlier more personable person.

Beacon Building Products used to be known as Quality Roofing. Beacon provided a great selection of GAF roofing and roofing colors. Also see their siding and decking. Very impressive knowledge and display of products. Very friendly and courteous folks working here helping every day people to choose their products. Much better selection than Home Depot and Lowes.
