QXO - Bangor, ME

As a delivery driver (won't say the name because I still have to deliver here) I deal with a guy named Kieth who is supposed to be the warehouse Manager. He is not ambitious at all and likes to give an attitude if he has to go out of his way for you at all. Definitely not a delivery that I like going to.

I wasn't going to make a review but after seeing the past two reviews I felt as though it was only appropriate. I had been in there approximately a month ago and received the same type of treatment from Kieth the warehouse manager. I don't want to be disrespectful but his customer service skills are below par. I have been in buying product from these guys off and on for years but I haven't been in since and choose to purchase my product elsewhere when possible unless there is some staffing change in the warehouse.

This place is not a good company to buy anything off from if you want to be treated with respect. The guys in the showroom are decent to deal with. When I was sent out back to retrieve my product I was made to wait an extended amount of time and I was spoken to as if I was stupid by the warehouse Manager. The warehouse manager should not be in this position. This was not the first time that I got similar treatment here.
