We had severe leaking on a few windows and doors from the December storm. They made this entire process so simple to even make sure not to disturb our Christmas holiday with our grandkids. Very clean and courtesy checked with us making sure that everything was ok. Highly recommend

Our facility experienced water damage that developed into mold. We contacted Servpro to inspect and evaluate the extent of the damage. Ultimately, we engaged their services for remediation. We found them to be a very professional company. Prompt, very informative, communicated well throughout the project, and followed up with suggestions of how to avoid a reoccurrence.

Our son recently had the misfortune of having a house fire. Damage was contained to the guest bathroom, but there was smoke and fire extinguisher powder spread throughout the residence. The SERVPRO Crew did an amazing job cleaning his home from top to bottom and had him back in his home in less then 2 weeks. The SERVPRO Bangor Crew went above and beyond in helping him in any way that they could. We appreciate them for all they did for our son and would highly recommend them to others.

I had a fire in my home early on a Saturday morning. I reached out to Servpro the following day and within 24 hours, Jon was on site to assess the damage and walk me through the next steps. The very next day, the Servpro team was on site to begin demo and cleanup. Within two weeks of the fire, Servpro was able to complete their demolition and cleanup so that I am able to move back in my home. The entire process was extremely smooth. The staff was great at keeping me informed and very patient in answering all of my questions. Servpro was extremely dependable, and if it weren’t for the bathroom that is waiting for a contractor to remodel, you would never know that there was a fire.

Servpro came and cleaned our entire house after an electrical fire. They were very thorough and professional. Also very understanding. I would recommend them for any disasters.

We had a leak under our home which needed attention. Once fixed, Anthony and Mike arrived today to pull up the floor and everything else that needed to be done. We returned home from vacation to a burst refrigerator water line that had caused extensive water damage in our kitchen & the finished basement underneath. After calling our Insurance Company I searched for a local water damage mitigation company & saw that ServPro had great reviews. I called & someone was at our house within hours to assess the damage & determine a remedy. The next day a crew came to set up the drying equipment & remove the damaged ceiling tiles, flooring, drywall, etc.. Everyone that I dealt with during the entire process was professional, polite, reliable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend ServPro to anyone needing cleanup for water damage in their home.

We had a major water heater leak at our place of work. This team did fantastic. They were professional, accommodating, and very communicative. They showed up within the hour. We were up and operating in no time. Highly recommended for residential or commercial purposes.

Called ServPro after having a large water leak in our basement. They came out same day and were very responsive. The cleaned up the area and were able to dry up all the water. We can’t say enough about Mike and his team of hard working, efficient and friendly staff. Their response was immediate. We had a septic back up at our townhouse condominium which affected our end unit and our neighbors. The entire lower level was flooded which involved removing carpeting, baseboards and wall boards. Mike was instrumental in getting us in touch with the appropriate contractors to assist with the restoration.
The team was in place and working even on a weekend and was considerate of reducing the stress involved.
While we hope that needing them again will not happen, we now know who is the very best.

My favorite thing was how honest and easy-going the surveyor was during the initial estimate. He answered all my questions and was very honest about the cost and work to be done.

Our teenage nephew clogged our pipes and flooded out our finished basement. Servpro sent a guy out the same day we called to assess the situation and set up an air filter. Within a couple of days they had ripped out our floor and walls and sanitized everything, with fans to dry it all out. Over the weekend they came back out to check the drying progress, and by Monday they had everything cleaned out. They worked directly with our insurance company, informed us of our deductible and limit, and offered a detailed diagram and itemized estimate so we could decide what level of restoration we wanted. All of the guys they sent out were friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them and we would definitely use them again, although I hope we never have to.

I needed Servpro help when my house was flooded due to pipe break following the extreme cold at the beginning of February. The arrived shortly after they were called and did their job in a very professional way, cleaning and dehumidifying the entire first floor. I have used Serve-Pro twice recently at my 2 houses. The carpets all came out looking like new. Fantastic job!!! Have also done business with them for years with apartment complexes for many flood clean ups and fire restorations. They do a great job!!!

Thank you for your quick response time for a non-emergency issue. I had expected weeks, but within 48 hours the inspector had completed his inspection and sent a written estimate, and we are on the schedule.

Where to begin...due to power outage therefore our subpump not working our basement took on some water. Never having this happen to us before googled businesses who handled this issue and after reading 5 star reviews for Servpro decided to give them a call. They were quick to respond and came right over the same day to explain the process and give me an estimate. Mike and his crew were wonderful after 3 days our basement was clean and dry. I highly recommend them if this happens to you. Can't thank them enough. ♥️

I can not say enough positive things about this business. I have utilized them twice, both times right around Christmas. I called them at 2 in the morning, talked with a pleasant person about my issue, and first thing in the morning they were at my home, EXACTLY AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE!! I was glad that the company finished their work in one day. I was not happy that we were not provided w/ an estimate prior to initiation of the work. I was not happy that the 5 people cleaning our house did not put protective covering over their large boots, resulting in us cleaning floors again after they left. I was not happy that the bill was much higher than insurance estimate.

The team was extremely responsive and scheduled me in just when I needed them as well. They were done with the job in the time promised and came in right in the estimate range as well. I never had to wonder what was going on or how the process would work. I would recommend this team to anyone.

We used Serve pro several times for our home and our business. They took care of our flooring, cleaning our carpets and fixing water leaks, and a sump pump failure. We asked them to mitigate a small stain on the rafters in the attic from a wind blown leak,from a former homeowners damaged gable vent. We recommend them to maintain a clean and healthy environment in your home, from scrubbing your air, to cleaning carpets, and to help whenever you have an emergency requiring remediation.

Servpro came in when we had a leaking somewhere upstairs that went through the kitchen below. They came quick and dealt with the kitchen ceiling removal and drying the floors. The whole crew was kind and professional

Handled cleanup after a very severe pipe burst while I was out of state. Good reassuring communication and insurance did not question anything. One piece of furniture put outside to dry was left out too long by mistake, but overall it was great peace of mind to have Servpro on this job, I am very grateful.

My basement flooded, and they showed up the next morning and got right to work! They cleaned out my basement that day, set up air dryers and dehumidifiers, and were back in three days to take them down. They did everything they said they would do, and in a timely manner. My insurance company recommended and sent these folks to me and I’m very grateful. My water heater had been leaking through a pinhole in a copper pipe for quite some time. Mike took several pictures that he sent to the insurance company and then set up a large dehumidifier that ran for several days.
Not only did the machine remove an amazing amount of dampness, allowing for easier repair, but his direct contact with the insurance company sped up the claim.

Servpro came promptly to my home and cleaned up my bathroom and bedroom floor which sustained quite a bit of water damage from an unattended faucet that overflowed. They took up the old carpet and part of the floor, left drying fans in place to dry the floor. Took all the damaged material away. Great people and great service! Thank you.

We had a sewer leak that we discovered during a construction project by our contractor. We were just at a loss for what to do. Our house is large and 120 years old. So this leak had gone on for a while. We called Servpro and they came right away. Every person from Servpro were so proffesional and kind at a very stressful time for us.
