Very comfortable to work with as Robert (the salesman), John (the site surveyor), everyone else they have put me in contact with, has been totally professional, courteous and transparent throughout !

There lie to you codr ranking is a thief. Said they will installed a16.4 kw system but put 11.4 kw inverter on it ..then said my pay would start the day the system was installed and 18 mouth later I would have to give my tax credit to keep the same payment. But the bank is now saying 18 mouths started when I signed. The lied to me and now I fighting with the bank cody rankin doesn't return phone call .I would not used this company. As well as freedom forever as the installer they damage my metal roof 38 holes and year later it's still not fixed and still leaking. Never trust them.

The Suncovia personnel were true professionals. They showed up on time and got to work immediately. They completed the installation in less time than originally expected and cleaned up thoroughly and left no trash behind. The electrician is truly a master at his work. After a brief review and a few questions I lwft him alone, I did not see his work until after he left and I was very impressed with the work. I am happy I went with Sunvovia- Kevin

Kyzen Hudson was the first and, honestly, the last person who worked with us during the process of getting solar panels for our home. I cannot emphasize how knowledgeable he was of the product and the entire process. To be honest, John and I were very slow to make a final decision. And Kyzen never pushed us, but he was available and easy to reach with questions. In so many ways, he’s the reason we went forward with Suncovia’ solar panels. We never had the sense of dealing with a salesperson. So his job really was to present the product and explain the process. But even after his part of this was done, we still sometimes had questions, and he was the person we always reached out to. So being new to solar the process went very good. Robert explained everything out very well. The installation went good with just a couple minor things but thats me being picky. So time will tell if its worth it, hopefully it will be. Overall satisfied.

Hello out there, My name is Ken and I first heard of Suncovia thru a friend who had solar panels put on his house. My friend was so happy I just couldn't refuse to research what it was all about. From the beginning I have talked to the company Rep Kyzen Hudson who knew all the answers to the questions I had. WOW is all that describes the experience I had with him. Very smart, polite and very caring to help anyone in need. The way power costs are now (and it seems to just keep going higher) we need other resources to help out. At my age I'd like to enjoy my retirement and not spend my money on just bills. Thanks to Kyzen it looks like there may be more date nights in the future. (LOL). James Haney was very helpful in answering our questions and if he didn't know the answer he found out from someone else or referred us to someone who could. The people who installed our solar system were friendly and professional and answered our questions. So far our system is working well, as long as the sun comes out. When sun is out we bank enough to make up for the cloudy days. Haven't had it for that long, so we'll be back later for update.
