Jamel was prompt in getting here when he said he would and called to let me know that he was on his way. He was the nicest young man. So very pleasant to deal with and explained things very well. He is the perfect young man for the job of going into elderly peoples homes and checking to make sure that they are energy efficient. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was so very kind and went out of his way to help me.

Very nice young men. Very smart and professional. I had to bother them a few times to get through the hallway. They were very kind to me and to my wife in the wheel chair. The only thing that is wrong is the panels covering the unit are kinda rigged and maybe a new door could be ordered.

They arrived on time to insulate my attic and replace a non working bathroom exhaust fan. It was 3 younger men, polite, respectful of my home as well as cleaning up behind themselves. It was raining and they took extra precaution to clean their feet off at my door as they came in & out of my house. I’m extreme grateful & pleased with their work.

The guys arrived at the window time to begin the job. They replaced the malfunctioning vent in the bathroom. They completed insulation install in the attic and completed pressure testing. After all was completed, they performed an outstanding cleanup.

The guys were very thorough, very respectful of us and our property, and sooo helpful! They cleaned up after themselves, explained what they were doing, and even petted the dog, who can be very pesky about wanting attention. Jamel went the extra mile by bringing my artificial Christmas tree up the steps into my house for me!

However, I had to take this review down a couple of stars. One of the workers slipped in the attic and stepped down, cracking my bathroom ceiling. I was assured Quick AC would repair this, probably after the holidays. But I have yet to hear from them, even after sending an email. It's been 3 1/2 months now.

The teams that came out for both my HVAC and my attic insulation were so polite, professional, and patient with me as I agonized over every little change to my almost 100-year-old cottage. The HVAC team went above and beyond to avoid original trim and to minimize altering the original character of the house because it was important to me, even though I know it must have made the install take longer. The attic entry was literally a one-square-foot hole in a closet ceiling and yet the insulation job was done quickly and the technicians handled it like true pros. I was incredibly impressed and grateful for their efforts. My home is comfortable and efficient for the first time and I have already recommended them to all my neighbors.

The experience was beyond my dreams. I was expecting maybe some window coverings or insulation for the receptacles. No, it was better. Chris, the assessor was very informative. When it came down to doing the work it was the tag-team of Chris and Jackson (Jack). They were clean and thorough in all they did. I was privileged to get floor insulation, a programmable thermostat, furnace filters and my electric water heater wrapped. What a blessing. See attached photos.

Incredibly professional from start to finish. It’s so rare to find anyone who cares about the workmanship today. The installer had difficulty removing the old indoor unit (typical issue) but he was determined to leave the new unit looking clean and proficient. Highly recommend this company and I hope you have the same experience.

Chris Cox & Jamal Davis worked on insulation in attics, installed water saving showerhead & wrapped water heater. My attic access is small in hall + garage & not easy to deal with plus it was very hot since I do not have AC right currently. They are hardworking, professional & did quality work. I received a text with pic of Chris which said he was on the way. They both cleaned up after they were done & this was a 9 hour job so I told Jamal he didn't have to but he insisted. They both take pride in their job.

Sending a big shout-out to Quick AC Quotes! Our parents' pre-1900 house had been heated for years with propane gas heaters. To save on heating expense, they would heat only the one or two rooms they were using at any time. We grown kids wanted a more even, consistent heat for their comfort and ours, so we began gathering ideas and quotes for an HVAC wall-unit minisplit system. Quick AC Quotes' price for equipment/install beat all the others. When their rep Charlie visited to plan out specific equipment needs and again when he returned to install the equipment, we were impressed with his knowledge and experience. A very nice, friendly young man, he made sure we understood the working of our new system and answered all our questions. Our parents had averaged three $650 gas deliveries per winter. We are now seeing a $120 average per month increase in the electric bill . . . . . Looks like we will be saving 2/3 of our heating expense $$ per winter. So nice to have even heat from room to room.
