We were very happy with the renovations of our kitchen and family room. Along the whole way-from first contacting the sales person, to the design team, to material selections, to actual construction, and finally walk-through and cleanup-our needs and questions were always addressed in an expedient and professional manner. There was of course the expected disruption to our lives and a few glitches that needed to be handled as they came up, but everything was to our satisfaction. It is not because everything was absolutely perfect without a single effort, which would have fetched it a score of nine out of the ten, but PCG and I made an approach towards results that I had not even imagined. Yes, the experience and end product went far beyond my expectations from being planned on paper to the feel and look of having lived in. My house appreciated in value beyond investment, it has a distinctive modern look, thanks to the architect, designers, and everyone on the PCG team. Last summer, Phase 1 of my reno, an entrance addition, was completed. The amazing results drove me to have PCG start on Phase 2 this winter - open concept kitchen. I continued with PCG because if something is wrong, the Project Manager Lucas makes it right to the customer's satisfaction as I highly recommend PCG on the patience, answering my questions and changes, explaining options, giving recommendations, expertise, workmanship, and attention to detail. In Seattle, I employed PCG to construct a patio and fence. It is very professional and its work is of very good quality without any question. They even phoned me five minutes earlier than the time appointed for giving an estimate that they would be slightly behind schedule (which was exactly five minutes behind schedule); in comparison with other estimates that I received, their prices are quite affordable. They completed a project without exceeding a budget and responded to my phone calls or emails promptly. I will certainly suggest them as well as hire them again later if necessary.
