When the design was done and details were agreed, I'm glad for the fact that every small thing contained in the project was listed in a Scope of Work document. It then had no unexpected surprises and there were no materials of creeped project cost that was not fully understood and discussed. All projects have their bumps but PCG does a remarkable job smoothing it out with knowledgeable project managers working through the issues quickly.

They decided to put a bathroom in that little closet and its little hallway space that lie in between the two bedrooms up on the 2nd floor. They framed that space and put a pocket door to match the exiting bedroom doors. They ran the plumbing down to the basement without any noticeable impacts on the floor above. HVAC had also been installed in a manner that it is hardly noticeable. Workmanship was outstanding, with tradespersons who were super-efficient, courteous, and respectful. The contractor kept us informed about the scheduling of trades and issues requiring our resolution. We really love our new bathroom! Renovation was great, as was remodelling our kitchen and an adjacent little en-suite bathroom complete with shower unit. Workmanship was excellent and all their crews were so easy to work with. The project manager Tony came by almost every day. He would assess the activities and address any queries or issues as they arose. The issues were promptly addressed and dealt with cheerfully.
