I was looking to build a pole barn. I called to get more information and the individual who answered didn't provide their name but took my address said I was outside of 30 mile radius, thus can't do it. Called back again a minute later after looking at their website and spoke to a different lady and she said their radius is 40 miles but seemed unsure. Then went on to say 40-60 mile radius was an upcharge. Then she denied me despite being okay with the upcharge, saying I didn't meet the criteria due to being 42 miles away despite meeting her criteria. Not to mention they built a pole barn in my city on their website and advertise it. Very disappointed getting multiple different stories and advertising something different than their website. Disappointed in their honesty and training of their employees. Sad as I was referred to this company by an individual who had a pole barn built by this company in my city.

Brian and the entire crew has been amazing with the process. High quality materials and workmanship. Highly recommend them for your building needs.

Three years into our new barn and we’re just as happy as day one, not a single flaw. They kept us informed what was happening when through the whole construction. I was especially pleased with the professionalism of the construction crew. My only regrets were that I didn’t make it 10 feet longer and should have put the man door on an end so that entrance didn’t get blasted from snow off the roof.

The entire team at Kirkham was great from start to finish! They helped us take our vision into reality and we couldn’t be happier. We knew generally what we wanted, but without their professional insights we couldn’t have gotten where we are now. Everyone on their staff is kind, professional, and great at what they do. Called about having a pole barn built. Received a call back stating that they were booking towards the end of the year and asked if that timing worked for me. After agreeing we set up an appointment to meet and talk. They were a no call and no show for that appointment. If they can't show up for an appointment how do you trust them to show up to build a building.

Kirkham did such a great job for me on my pole building, that I hired them again to help put an addition on the back side of my House. They are great and highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience working with Kirkham Building Systems. From the beginning of our project to end, they stayed in contact with us and kept us up to date with the progress. We never had any problems getting phone calls returned or answers to questions. Our crew worked from sun up to sun down and got it knocked out quick. Don was really great to work with and was concerned that every detail was right. We had a couple of small issues come up and they were addressed quickly and effectively, no problem. We would definitely build with Kirkham again!

We had a barn fire on Feb. 6, 2014. As soon as was allowable by insurance, Kirkham Building Systems was right there tearing down and cleaning up the old barn. Every day when they left, the place was cleaned up. Once we finalized plans to build a replacement, it was spring and their schedule was getting full, but said they would be able to begin in about 2.5 months. They were right on target - almost to the day!

It is so unusual these days to find someone true to their word...that does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. Kirkham's builds with integrity and you can trust them completely. Our building is still in the "growing" stage, but it is exactly what I pictured. I am going to love it. Thank you Don Kirkham, Alan Kirkham and your crew! Which, by the way, their crew of workers are pleasant, respectful, and a delight to have on our property.
