cj arrived right on time. he was ready to go and got to it. after about 2 hours he was done and the job(front door replacement) finished. the door looked and functioned great. highly recommended.

So how happy can you be when you have to fix something you don’t want to? I had a sagging ceiling problem so I called Punchlist Pros for an estimate and work. I accepted the estimate and Anthony showed up on time to begin. He answered all my idiot questions and explained everything I needed to know. Work is done and looks good. Not bad. Not bad at all.

Took a month to do the job after initial quote. Charged the wrong person for the work. Didn’t allow anybody to review the work before desperately trying to collect payment and then refused to answer any calls or emails. Don‘t recommend to anybody.

Edit: And now they’re gaslighting me on their reply saying they tried contacting me when they haven’t, cool.

I am pleased with the job that was done. I had a small fence repair that was needed. Tim did an excellent job of ensuring the fence was secured. The turn around time for the job was great as well. They initially stated that it may take 3 weeks but the job was completed in a few days after I made my deposit.

Very impressed with the responsiveness, timeliness and professionalism of Punchlist. I would recommend this company to anyone needing sensible and reliable help!

Just had Anthony from Punch List Pro's compete a project in my garage - repairing sheet rock and wall panel repair. He was on time, professional, polite and did an excellent job. Highly recommend their service.

Hired them to clean up some raw edges around sprinkler heads in a town house. Instead of doing that, they (completely unnecessarily) painted a circle around each one, which resulted in us having to have every single ceiling in our house painted. To top it off, they didn’t even fix the raw edges. Sloppy and negligent is an understatement.

This team was communicative, on time, and provided the services exactly as requested and quoted. Would recommend to others, and would use them again.

Now that everything is settled this review is long overdue. I just had to share my experience with Mr. Joseph from Punch List Pros. When I had a last-minute request, he went above and beyond to help me out, even though he was already booked for three weeks! He heard about my upcoming graduation event and made it a priority to squeeze me in the very same day.

He hung not just one, but two beautiful chandeliers in our home, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! It's so refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely cares about their work and their customers. You just don’t meet people like him often! I’m so grateful for his dedication and talent. Punch List Pros did a great job on the damaged area of our shower baseboards and drywall replacement. They treated for any mold and caulked and painted. We could not be more pleased with the job. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I am not a super handyman around the house, so I don't mind that my spouse contacts Punchlist to do jobs I am not able. We have been using their services at least 5years and have never had an unsatisfied job. The guys that come seem to be experts in what they do. Jim has been to our home for evaluations and repairs. Each time I come home from work, I am more than happy with the outcome. One job he did was to refit our doors and door frame. When I got home and saw it, I could tell it was done by someone who takes pride in their work. Their prices are reasonable and worth the price for getting the job done right.

CJ did a wonderful job of installing/reinstalling some shutters. Some of them were high up on the second level of the house and he handled it smoothly. He was knowledgeable, respectful and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend this company.

I had several jobs that were all scheduled on the same day with Punch List Pros. Tim was the contractor and he completed each job perfectly. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Tim answered every question thoroughly and in a manner which could easily be understood. I highly recommend Tim and Punch List Pros for any household job. Jobs completed were as follows: Installation of a large ceiling fan, replacement of bathroom vanity lights, replacement of attic stairs and replacement of a garbage disposal. Very reasonable price since all 4 jobs were done on the same day.

CJ Bodor, Grant Rivers and Tim Jones did great work! On time, very knowledgeable and completed all the tasks on the list quickly and efficiently. I would want them back anytime I have to use PunchList in the future.

CJ did a great job on replacing some damaged trim on the second floor of the outside of our house. Punch list isn’t cheap, but they did a great job and would use them again for future jobs that are beyond my scope of DIY.

Punch List Pros designed, fabricated and installed a locking system for multiple sets of cabinet doors. We were very impressed with their professionalism and expertise.

Tim fixed a drip and replaced the fixtures in my bathtub. There was a glitch because the existing hardware was so old, but Tim went the extra mile to figure out how to resolve the issue.

CJ was professional and personable. Although we had a wide variety in our repair needs, he completed all of them well and timely. I will use Punch List Pros again.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work I received. Despite paying a fair amount, the results fell short of my expectations. Three contractors were sent to the job site. One arrived with flu-like symptoms, and although I politely asked him to wear a mask, he chose not to and subsequently left. The second contractor lacked the necessary experience and skills for the assigned tasks, which raises concerns about how someone without experience was sent to this job. The third contractor had more skills, but even he was limited, and the overall quality of work was not satisfactory.

They were hired to patch drywall in three ceiling areas, replace the floor and re-tile due to water damage, and install LVP flooring in the laundry room. I was so dissatisfied with their service that I chose not to have them complete the laundry floor. It took three separate visits to address the tasks, and I have attached pictures for your reference.

Furthermore, they did not clean up thoroughly after themselves. My bathroom counters were left covered in debris, and although the contractor mentioned he would clean up once finished, I believe that cleaning should occur at the end of each day, especially since we are still living in the home. See picture of bathroom counter not covered or protected with plastic.

Additional issues include:
- A clearly visible seam in the work.
- Debris left inside the floor after the repair work.
- A patchy ceiling job.
- Only a section of the bathroom floor was re-tiled, and the existing tile is not flush with the re-tiled area.

Had a door knob replaced. The service was excellent. Very reasonable price. I am definitely planning on using this service again

They were professional all the way through. From estimate to installation. We just needed one window replaced and it was really difficult trying to find a place to only do one. We had appointments with other companies that just never followed through. Punch List Pros has a great appointment system and the price was actually better than others. We will definitely be using them again.

Anthony showed up on time and completed patching of window corner sheetrock cracks, a hole in the ceiling from a prior water leak and installed a new bathroom fan - excellent work!!

I had them build a built-in window seat in a dormer area upstairs and they did a fantastic job. The carpenter had to make some adjustments on site because he wanted it to be perfectly snug and it looks just great. I thought the price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

I needed my shed doors reinforced and a fence gate repaired. From the estimate visit to the final repair visit, the folks at Punch List were very helpful. Tim Jones and Grant Rivers were the assigned carpenters. Both were personable and responsive to questions. Problems occurred that required creative and rapid problem solving. They were up to the task. I appreciate that very much.

Matthew and Donnie were at our house all day doing a variety of things. They installed toilet seats, replaced three bathroom fans, did drywall work repairs in two bathrooms, replaced an outdoor awning and added a significant amount of flooring in the attic. The Punch List Pros people were back yesterday (February 16, 2024) and built a new gate at the side of the house going to the back yard, stabilized steps going off the back deck and added a railing. The doors to my storage building were not closing properly because the screws had stripped and they replaced those and made sure the doors were solidly in place. They put an insulation wrap around our water heater and replaced florescent lights in the kitchen with much brighter LED lights. They are very nice people and totally professional in their work. We will definitely call on them again in the future and I recommend them highly to anyone with basic home maintenance and repair needs. Jim Johnson

We called on Punch List Pros again on June 2, 2025 and Tim spent a full day working at our house. He replaced the flush mechanism on two toilets, replaced a kitchen sink faucet and ceiling light, repaired a sliding drawer on our kitchen counter, repaired a side door entrance to our house and a hall closet door that wouldn't close properly and installed 10 new blinds in two of our rooms that replaced 30 plus year old blinds that were dirty and no longer functioning properly.
