Vista Roofing did an amazing repair job on the roof of our screened porch. The damage was worse than originally thought but the crew was able to take care of everything. They were very professional - letting us know when they would be arriving, updating us on the progress, and cleaning up after the work was complete. The new roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend them.

We have had roof/shingle issues on our home since a storm took some off and damaged others. Adam has been there from the start as we continue to process via insurance and the preparation phase to replace the roof. Great concern and service to this point!

Vista Roofing are very professional and very detailed with their inspection. Mason went up into my attic and inspected my roof for water leaks, etc., took pictures as well. He marked my roof for all areas that were in need of repair, places where my flashing around the chimney were leaking. At the end of his inspection, he sat down with me and presented A very detailed proposal and showed me materials and samples that they would use. He assured me that there would always be a supervisor on sight the day of the replacement. Hard to find such good work ethics these days!

Roof inspection was thoroughly done and a temporary patch was installed to prevent leakage until final repair. Quote and payment were made electronically. Called Joe for a potential roof leak. He responded quickly and came by sooner than I could have hoped. He crawled around in my scorching hot attic and helped me diagnose the problem (not a roof leak). I actually had punctured the condensation line from the HVAC unit when I was hanging a bathroom mirror. Couldn't have solved the problem as quickly as we did without Joe; very professional and knowledgable. He wouldn't let me pay him for his time. I highly recommend Joe and Vista Roofing. Will definitely be calling them in the future if I have any roofing or exterior needs as they handle several different trades and disciplines.

I had the most positive experience with Vista Roofing! On day of estimate, Adam was on time, professional, and on point with the assessment of my roof. That day started the photo journey. Adam was not pushy but very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained the process. The day before the work was to begin all supplies arrived. The morning the work started, Bayron(hope I did not misspell) arrived at designated time and we went over the details. He and his entire crew were professional and worked hard each day. They are very much a team and work like a well oiled machine. He took picture throughout the job and I could access them at anytime. It was great to see the process step by step. He answered any questions that I had and is very customer oriented. He and his crew are a great asset to Vista Roofing. Each day they cleaned up so well that no one would know they had been there working. I never had to worry about tripping over things or there being a mess. I met Joe at my work and it just turns out that we needed his services. We had a leak coming into our attic over about a 3- month period. We had several other companies come out to check it out. None of them could come up with the exact problem and couldn't figure out the issue however they definately provided quotes to fix a problem they couldn't accurately articulate. Joe came out and with one visit told us exactly what the problem was. He provided us a fair quote, lower than most of the other companies, and had a guy out to fix the problem the following week. It's been about a month and no leak so far. They provide a 2-year warranty so if anything changes, I'm confident that Joe and his company will stand behind their work. My experience provided a great price, excellent communication, and solid, quality work. I'd highly recommend Joe and Vista to anyone needing any roof repair. Thanks Joe!

When I called them to get an estimate, they came out quickly and did a super thorough evaluation of our current roof. They brought a drone out to get a good look, and took pictures of absolutely everything. Then, they went over our options, and gave us a good estimate for a replacement. Getting them to actually set an appointment to come out and replace the roof took some time, but it wasn't entirely their fault, as the weather was forcasted to be bad.

When they did come out to replace the roof, they continued to take pictures, and kept us updated every step of the way. Communication was excellent, and before they signed off on the job, they spent hours doing a final inspection and cleaning up any remnants from the job.

I would absolutely recommend Vista Roofing to anyone looking to get their roof repaired or replaced.

After buying our new home, we realized we needed a new roof. A small portion of it had been replaced within the past couple years and didn't need replacing, but still it was a pretty big job. Sales process was great. Job started quickly. We had our ups and downs throughout the install, but at the end of the day the roof looks great, chimney repair and replacement are well done and beautiful, and the overall feeling is good. Would recommend giving them a call if you have roofing needs.

Vista Roofing replaced our roof in 2021 prior to us buying the house. We had a few shingles falling off and called to inquire about a warranty. Unfortunately, the work/labor warranty expired in 2023. Vista Roofing (without me asking) offered to fix the shingles anyway at no charge. I called on a Thursday afternoon, & my roof was fixed by the time I got home from work on Friday! Great customer service! We really appreciate Vista!

Ben and team took great care of my roof. They did a great job and were finished in 2 days. Would highly recommend!

Signed a contract with them and got a call later that evening that they’re increasing the price. This was “after” the contract was provided and signed by both parties. The reasoning was that they “couldn’t perform the job the way it had been quoted”. This is improper business practice. Once you sign a contract and take a check for down payment from a client, this price and work needs to be done unless both parties agree to sever the deal. Instead of working out an agreement and completing the job I asked for the price we agreed on, they offered a new quote nearly three times the original quoted price. I want a soffit fixed, the job is what it is and takes what it takes to get done—you don’t back out of a business agreement because you go back later and think you deserve more money for a job you already agreed on a price for. I got six different companies all quoting me at or below the original price they offered and backed out of because they claimed “It wasn’t going to solve my issue and extra work is needed” and therefore trying to justify this negligent business practice and the insane hike in price. Be very careful working with this company. You can’t even trust the quote you get because you’ll get a call in a few hours from someone other than who quoted you, claiming they were wrong and that how you must pay three times the price you signed and agreed with the company on. In the end, had them void the check and will NEVER do business with this company and will when given the chance, steer others away.

Replaced two roofs for me. Jobs went smoothly and quickly. Ran into one problem with incorrect roofing color but Vista worked out the problem and compensated me for it. Overall good experience with both roofs. Would recommend them in the future.

Jared and his crew did a marvelous job. There was no waist of time. The crew worked in an atmosphere of harmony and true dedication to do the job right. Jared made sure that after the work was completed there was no debris or nails in the ground. Several times he personally went around the property with his industrial magnets to pick up nails or any other piece of metal. That showed how much he cares to keep a safe surrounding free of nails and possible injuries in my home. I highly recommend Vista and Jared's crew anytime for the way they do their roofing work. Great work on a siding repair. Canadian goose flew into my wall at 11:30pm (too weird and random) and left a hole. I spoke with Ben and he was very reassuring. Sent Jacob out for an estimate, very thorough. Two very nice gentleman Joe and Juan had the repair done in about 30 min. In addition, Joe was in contact with me about scheduling and keeping me informed when the work would be done. They matched my color perfectly.
Everyone I was in communication with was knowledgeable, professional and would definitely recommend them.

Working out of town made getting work done on the house stressful. I was pleasantly surprised with how communicative Vista was through out the process. From the estimate to completion I knew what was happening. Had the roof, siding and gutters replaced so three different crews. All of which did a fantastic job. We sleep much better knowing our investment is protected.

Hard-working, detail, oriented, and responsive. Showed up on time and cleaned up when they were done. They came out when my insurance adjuster was there and made sure all of my questions and advocated for me with the questions I didn’t know to ask. These guys are the real deal, honest and respectful. When needing “work” done you typically go by reviews and the customer service. The reviews was there and customer service was there UNTIL the service was available. Salesman definitely did his job he was paid for. Told us and quoted us on plywood replacements when the wet spots was the very first thing brought to their attention before any drone was flown above our home. Upon planning we was also told nails would be picked after completion by the onsite supervisor (you know the guy the gets paid to kill his phone battery sitting in the truck) that was to be onsite the entire job. Supervisor was here half the day maybe, no plywood was taken out of his truck nor dropped off with rest of material, nails was not picked up(22 nails was picked up in the driveway alone and still are button cap nails throughout our backyard) and when we called to inform about the service we was sold and was failed to be provided they sent a “manager” I assume to look professional to come verify everything stated. The “manager” then takes the plywood out his truck and a magnet and uses the magnet only in one spot. The job was later completed thankfully 2 days later but principal of the matter which I view is most important was we received none of the stuff we promised and sold. Good thing “roofing” is part of the name because they did indeed atleast do that part. Just a heads up not completely a hate speech that if you have rotted wood, check for it to actually get replaced, and if you have a vehicle just hope you have extra tires or money for tires because they do not pick up the nails they drop. Will call them again only if it’s warranty work (whatever that actually covers…) but would highly suggest checking into other companies for the beyond the roof part of the transaction

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with getting a new roof with Vista Roofing. From the salesman Mason Morgan, to the owner, Joe Wallace and his operations team and crew that put the new roof on, they were all professional and first class.

They followed a basic tenant in business: follow up, follow through and offer a great value at a competitive price. They lived up to this and more.

While I received a competitive quote from a nearby competitor, they separated themselves from the competition by their attention to detail.

several holes in the roof until repairs could be done.
The roof repair took 1 day and looked great.
The roofers did an excellent job and the area was spotless when they finished.

Very impressed with the professionalism of the owner of the company. I called with a problem, but had no expectations that he would be so prompt in resolving it.
I messaged the owner (Ben Stiles) at 8:45 am on the 21st and the issue was resolved by 4:00 pm later that same day. Even though we had inclement weather that day(snow), the owner kept his word, showed up on time prepared to find the problem, and then fixed the problem himself, and did so at a very reasonable price.
While speaking with Ben on the phone, I requested a ballpark estimate. He gave me what I thought to be a very fair estimate, but couldn’t guarantee it until actually seeing the problem. Once he arrived and saw the problem, the price to make the repair was actually lower than I expected it to be.
He was very courteous and thorough in assessing the situation, while making sure I understood the circumstances. In the future, I will be using Vista Roofing for any roofing issues that may arise.
On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give them a 6 star rating if I could.

Great company! After the hurricane came through they came to help tarp our roof. Had someone out quickly to assess the damages and quickly set up our work. Finished all the work quickly and roof looks amazing. We appreciate them! After work was finished they cleaned everything up, not a nail or shingle to be found in the yard. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

Vista roofing re-did my whole roof along with skylights in my living room. The roof looks amazing and everyone did a spectacular job. Absolutely love the skylights and all the natural light it lets into my living room. I opted for the upgrade package so the skylights also come with built in electric shutters. All workers were friendly and prompt with their time and got the job quickly but throughly. Highly recommended.

Lost a few shingles in the big storm we had a few weeks ago. These guys came out quickly, fixed the problem, and charged a fair price (they didn't try to sell me on replacing the entire roof like some less reputable companies tend to do). I would most definitely call them again if I needed help.

A friend owns a roofing company, but was soo busy post Hurricane Helene that it would be awhile before he got to me to fix my siding. I asked who he would recommend and he said Vista was a good honest choice. He was right!

Vista Roofing replaced my roof. They took great care in preparing my property to protect it from falling roof material. They covered my shrubbery and even brought in a large piece of equipment to shield my weeping cherry tree. They tarped my lawn to catch all the falling old roof pieces and cleaned up afterwards beautifully. They explained each part of the install and showed pictures and videos during the whole install process. As far as customer services goes, it doesn't get any better than that.
They use high quality roofing materials. I would not hesitate to recommend Vista Roofing.

Great experience with Vista Roofing, I needed to replace rotting fascia in a very high and steep roof, Jacob suggested that wrapping the fascia in metal (color matched) would prevent damage down the road, job was complete in one day, they did an amazing job both in doing the work and not leaving any material behind. We had an another small job that had a leak this time. Ben came out, used a drone for pics, sent us photos and mentioned plumbing boots were coming up in their date to be changed. They sent us an estimate and then followed up a few days later as he stated he would, and the crew came and completed the repair on our roof. We were very pleased With the promise and the care that they gave to us.The office team is very responsive and communicative as well. We will call them every time and certainly recommend Vista Roofing for roofing, gutter, needs.

I just got a new roof completed about 4 hours ago. I can't stop looking at it. I chose the 50-year roof, and I'm glad I . There are a lot of differences that are not visible. The underlying material they removed was like black construction paper that I tore apart by hand. The new one is like a thin tarp. They installed something called water and ice all around my dormers and roof valleys. I may not be using the correct terms, but it’s something I didn't have before. The shingles are heavy, and they are designed without the flaps that blow up with heavy wind. It's one piece, and it has this tacky strip on the underside. I also got something called Edge trim or edge strip, which is a beautiful finish to the roof. I didn't have that before. I had no idea that my roof was in such a terrible condition. I had holes that a basketball could easily fit through. Fortunately, most were in the sofit. A lot of wood was replaced, and the crew made it fit seamlessly. So I picked up my old shingle and picked up the new one, and the weight difference was surprising. I had a concern about an item, and the issue was addressed immediately with no drama. Those pipes that stick out of the roof are heavier and the material it's made of is not that plastic stuff. It's different. The flat base plate that the pipes come through, I don't know what it's called , but it's much larger than the original ones, and it's not a plastic. Plastic always gets brittle and cracks. They even painted the pipes black, which looks so much better than the white. Listen, I got more than a new roof. I got a 50-year foundation that gives me confidence and pride. The price difference was not as much as I initially assumed. It was totally worth it. So, of course, I have the best-looking roof in the neighborhood right now. Those shingles are beautiful. It looks like individual small overlapping squares, but it’s one solid piece with no flaps. Did I say I can't stop looking at my new roof.
