We had a ceiling accident at a home and needed someone to repair it for us. So I reached out to a fellow trusted BNI member and that was it. The job was taken care from then. Punch List Pros reached out to my client, set up all appointments with them and after only a couple of trips, the job was complete. My customer said they did a great job and she was very pleased with the technicians and their professionalism. If I have any more accidents I will definitely call Punch List Pros again.

I would use PLP again. Gene was fantastic and punctual. The crew helped with a custom cabinet build and a variety of other house repairs prior to purchase of the home.

We had a punch list of items to accomplish after a home inspection and prior to a home transaction. Rob of the Punch List Pros provided a helpful task-by-task breakdown of our job, with a cost estimate on each component. Workers were able to come out very quickly and address a diverse list of repairs (rebuild under-sink water damaged floor, establish a new dryer exhaust through a concrete block wall and construct an attractive cabinet around the duct, replace some insulation, reset a toilet, replace a broken window, etc.).

The repairs took a little longer than expected (don't they always?), but I really appreciate the company staying with our job each day until it was completed. That means a lot in my book! Special shout-out to handyman Gene who spearheaded our job, communicated clearly with us throughout, and did fine work.

Dave S came to our house today for some painting. He did a great job, and was easy to talk to and very professional. I would hire him again!

Cousin Vinnie came out and made a a bad situation perfect. I would highly recommend him to anybody. He fixed two doors and ceiling. He did an amazing job.

We had a great experience with Vennie and Punch List Pros. Someone in my neighborhood recommended them. It was so easy to get an estimate, choose what we wanted done and schedule. Vennie did an amazing job making sure we were happy with all four items (Ring camera installation with solar panel, screen door fix, electrical issue, etc.) We are happy!!

Vennie did an exceptional job going far above and beyond to ensure the work was done well and in the best way that it could be. He was communicative, thoughtful, friendly, and awesome. Gene also did a great job coming back to make sure the job was finished well after a part got misplaced. Everyone was communicative prompt and professional!!

I needed some repairs on my ceiling from previous water leaks, and I needed the work done soon. I contacted Punch List Pros and I was glad that I did. The sales person who came to give me a quote (free), Rob Shelton, arrived on time and conducted himself in a professional yet friendly manner. I was pleased with his fair quote. In regard to the repair person, Vennie Lomeli, he was funny and kind, and at the same time professional. He completed the work in a timely manner and repaired all the areas he was supposed. He even added minor touch ups to previous bad paint job. I highly recommend PLPs!

Due to scheduling had to make two trips to the house but ceiling drywall seam is smooth like it should have been on the repair.

He was knowledgeable, properly prepared the work location and chalked and painted around a bedroom window that had previously leaked rain water. We had an excellent experience today. Danny Came and super quickly Installed a new trashcan in our cabinet. Not only installed, but fixed the size of the cans to fit bigger ones in the previous space. Totally recommend and would use their service again!

We had our stove fan vented outside in our new house. The builder neglected to vent outside and used a recirculating fan instead which is useless to an avid cook.
Cliff and Dennis were very professional and courteous with first contact and analyzing how the work was to be completed. Justin and Josh were the ones who actually completed the work and were very knowledgable about how it needed to be done. The work was completed in a day and all work areas left neat and clean.
