Can’t say enough on how great these guys were. From the initial quote to completion, everything went great. Shea met the insurance adjuster at the house on a Saturday morning, I believe him being here for the inspection was one of the main reasons we got a new roof paid by insurance!

From inspection to completion was less than two weeks, and that’s during the holidays! We couldn’t have asked for faster service. Painless process, excellent company to work with.

I’m so happy I saw this company mentioned on a community email thread because this company is amazing. After storm damage from Helene my wife and I weren’t sure what to do. We’d never been through that process. Rob came over and explained everything and helped us go over options. He personally walked the insurance agent around to show him the specific roof damage and other damage. Insurance didn’t approve a whole roof, but it was 30 years old and end-of-life, and we were so impressed with Rob that we asked him to quote a whole new roof anyway. It was a very reasonable quote and we said yes. He made it easy to pick our color with an interactive website. In addition to building permits, he even obtained approval from the HOA for us. The crew was super fast and efficient. The final product is beautiful. Neighbors keep saying how beautiful it looks! What an awesome company!!

Rob was very responsive during our time of crisis. He was an excellent communicator and got the job done quickly and expertly. We have another roofing need and will absolutely hire him for that project as well.

Rob Haynie had a crew replace my pipe boots after inspecting my roof. He said the shingles have several more years of durability, but replaced pipe boots. A non reputable roofer would have said the entire roof needed replacing.

We called 3 other companies. All were nice but none were as prompt as Roof and Restoration Experts, LLC. They listened to what we needed and did exactly as they said they would. Best Workers we have had. they came in quietly, did their job efficiently, if we didn't hear them on the roof, we wouldn't have known they were there! They worked hard, with barely a break. After the huge hail storm around the Rock Hill area I was in desperate need of a new roof, new siding, new windows, and gutters. I was very apprehensive when it came to choosing a contractor. I was not aware of this company, but I contacted them based upon their rating with the Better Business Bureau. Even though they were located approximately 50 miles away they were very cooperative and quickly gave me a very competitive offer, arrived on time, completed the project earlier than expected, despite their supplier initially delivered the wrong shingles which delayed their installation. They did an outstanding job of cleaning up the old roofing materials, including not leaving any nails around my house.

If I chose only one word to describe my experience, it would be, “unbelievable!!!”

These guys were great! Very thorough. Helped me through the process with dealing with the insurance company. They were patient when the insurance company was taking their sweet time to pay. The crew they had to work on the roof did a good job and were responsive to my requests for how I wanted to see a couple of items finished. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves once the job was done. I know that's often an issue with roofing companies. Both Shea and Rob were great and I have recommended Roof and Restoration Experts to others.

I cannot believe we found these guys. What an incredible company. We've had a horrific leak in our house for about a year. Contacted so many companies, got so many awful quotes, companies kept telling us to try to get insurance to claim it (it wouldn't) and so many no shows! Since first contacting them, they would keep up with communicating with us and providing us with guidance and updates. We had a new roof in under two weeks from first contact! I couldn't believe it. It's been such a headache and I'm so impressed by this company and the customer service Shea provided us with. As a new homeowner, I had no idea about the process and if it would stop the leaks from coming in. Very satisfied with Mr. Haynie, his project manager Joel, and his team as they reroofed my home, replaced my chimney cap, and replaced fascia and other wood trim features. I cannot recommend Rob Haynie enough! I am in the home buying process and the roof on a home we were planning to buy needed to be inspected. His expertise and attentiveness to the situation made me trust him, but when I got the pictures of the condition of the roof I was even more impressed. I ultimately decided to pull out of the sale, but had Rob not taken the time to inspect the roof and give me his advice, I would have been upstream without a paddle. Needed the boots replaced around the pipes on my roof. Very professional and on time. It's supposed to rain a LOT this week, so I'm sure the repairs will be put to the test. He also checked/sealed a few cracks in the shingles to help extend the life of the roof and fixed a piece of siding that's been bothering me for years! I cannot say enough about Josh and Rob. I called Rob the same day that part of my roof came off during a massive storm a few weeks ago. Rob called me back and had Josh come out first thing the next morning. Josh is very professional, knows the business very well, and was quick to install a tarp until they started on the project. Josh and Rob handled all the insurance claims. Josh made sure to go over everything with us to make sure we understood it all. Insurance lingo can be difficult to interpret at times. Our beautiful roof was installed quickly and it looks amazing. We are now going through heavy storms as I write this. So far so good. I will update if anything changes. But for now I highly recommend this company.

I had concerns about the possibility of damage to my roof from a hail storm. Shea came out THAT DAY to check it out. A toilet in an upstairs bathroom overflowed and caused damage to the bathroom walls and the ceiling and a wall in my living room. I've never had to hire a contractor before, so I tried calling around to get quotes. One company came out to take pictures and measure and said it would be a few weeks before he could get back with me. I never heard from that company again, so I reached out to friends for a recommendation and someone suggested Rob. Rob had someone come to measure within 2 days and called me with a quote the next day. The quote was reasonable and they could start right away - HIRED.

The guys who came to repair the ceilings and walls were awesome to work with. Always let me know what time to expect them and they were very friendly and accommodating, but most importantly, their work was top notch.

While taking a ladder upstairs, someone knocked the glass off of a sconce and it broke. Mike came to the house on a Saturday to replace it after sending me pictures of new sconces from Home Depot to be sure I would be happy with the replacement.

We had a minor roof leak. I called at 4PM for a nonemergency repair. They squeezed me in same day. The roofer arrived at 6PM and repaired the roof, providing before and after pictures. He was fast and professional. I Couldn't ask for a better experience.
