The gentleman came to give an estimate on repairs and replacement of our roof.
Quote came from a construction company.
The repair cost was $450 over what his highest estimated cost was. $1950 verses $1500.
Then I asked for separate quote for the replacement. He put the 2 together. I asked that they be separate. When I received the separate one for replacement, it was $8000 on 6/13/25 and today, 6/16/25, it was $9950!!
I am not playing these games with them.
They have definitely lost a potential customer.

Noah came the next day to tarp the roof on the house and separate garage, which was such a blessing! They worked with our insurance company to get everything settled, which allowed us to focus on other things. Karen answered so many questions for us and relayed information back and forth between us and the crew. They dropped off the supplies the day before the scheduled job. Chris and the wonderful crew arrived early the next day and completed the job in just a few hours. They were all polite and extremely professional and left the area clean. This company came out to replace our roof after having wind damage. They arrived promptly on day that was assigned and got right to work getting roof completed in 1 day. They all seemed to work together well as a team. Chris was very friendly and answered all questions. Overall, a good experience with this company.

We chose Beaver Roofing based on their reputation and participation on the Saturday Home Improvement Show on WCOS. They gave us a prompt quote and scheduled our roof replacement with a great warranty two weeks later. Well today was the day, but you know he got Sleet and Snow/Ice today; lo and behold, my doorbell rang YESTERDAY AT 6:50 AM. They were here to install the new roof a day early. Their 6-8 man crew worked in freezing temperatures and 8 hours later, they were packed-up, having cleaned all debris away and returning anything they temporarily moved and drove away after getting my approval on the way the new roof looked and the way the yard looked. They went above and beyond, and I recommend this local company to any midlands resident looking for a roof repair or a “whole new roof”! 5 stars!

After Helene, Cory responded promptly and Identified our roof problem immediately. He suggested how to repair and provided a temporary fix to avoid any future problems. The work was completed and we are very pleased with the permanent repair.

This company is AWESOME and very trustworthy. We own a rental house in Augusta and the roof was severely damaged during Hurricane Helene. I live in San Diego and had to coordinate roof replacement long distance. Beaver sent Adam out and he is absolutely wonderful. He is very straightforward and does what right for the customer. He was there to do the inspection and was on site during the replacement. He kept in contact letting me know and taking pictures of hidden damage he found. My husband and I both felt very comfortable with contracting with this company. They did an amazing job! I highly recommend them. Oh and their pricing is fair, they are not out trying to take advantage but rather quite the opposite…they are there to do their best for their customers!

Post Hurricane Helen i had several shingles offf my roof. I contacted Beaver Roofing and Corey came right out to secure any possible issues. Prompt service and great work for my roof tune up.

Office staff very friendly and professional. They were able to come out the same morning and fix my leak in my roof. Overall satisfaction with my encounter with the business. Beaver roofing subcontracts with Anthony John Construction. I feel like I overpaid for a small leak that required approximately 10 shingles, flashing, nails and glue. Job was done in approximately 2 hours. I did not receive a free estimate. I was initially sent an invoice for $750 and when I called and questioned the price for the job they dropped it to $650. I watch the 2 Hispanic males (didn’t speak English) make the repair to my roof. Personally, it’s hard to converse with workers who don’t speak English. I always pay attention to what work is being done and I’m glad I did because one of the ladies in the office told me that they put wood down. I managed to talk them down to $500 which I still believe is very high. They lowered the price for a google review. Well, I gave them a short and sweet review and paid my bill. Now, I believe that this update will prevent someone else from just relying on Google reviews because they are paying for them. I am a retired law enforcement officer and I know right from wrong. I’m not happy with the way this repair worked out.

Post Hurricane Helene my roof needed to be replaced. Naturally I was overwhelmed with everything. Beaver Roofing & Gutters alleviated any and all worries I had. Jack and Corey are the best. Jack stopped by several times in the days after the Hurricane (when he was in the area) to see if I had any additional questions or concerns. Corey came several times as well to see if I was happy with everything. Karin in the office was patient with every question when I am sure calls are coming in every hour from overwhelmed homeowners. The crew that installed and did the cleanup exceeded my expectations. They must have gone over my yard 10x with a magnetic roller to make sure they got all the nails. I would not hesitate to use this company again!

In a frantic because my roof was leaking, I reached out to them in hopes of getting a quick consultation. They were able to schedule me quickly! When Corey and his partner arrived they were very pleasant and quickly started inspecting my home. They explained everything to me in terms I could understand which was greatly appreciated! I asked about a quote for gutters which wasn’t apart of my appointment. They didn’t bat an eye and took care of me! Talking about good customer service.
