James is amazing. Very trustworthy, honest, hard-working, and kind. He seems to have good critical-thinking skills and is great at his work.

James Shaddon, the tech that came out to clear and seal my new home from rodents, spiders, and hornets went above and beyond. Such a great attitude and attention to details. The whole team spend most of the day here, and did a thorough job. Also got the bi monthly service to make sure the pests stay out. I’m sleeping much better now lol!

Michael Fitzgerald exhibited outstanding professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. He proactively contacted me in advance, as requested, to confirm the appointment and notified me upon completion. Michael also conducted a walk-through of the treatment. I highly recommend Prosite.

There's a technician that comes out to our apartment complexes for regular pest control named Chad. He is always very polite, thorough with inspections, and really takes his time to hear our concerns. This guy really does take his job seriously and I wanted to give a shout-out to him! Thanks Chad!

We've had issues with flickers building nests in our walls and they ensured the nests were empty and repaired the holes quickly and efficiently. I'm very pleased with the work they performed!

Good day. We had our cabin insulated top to bottom. Spray foam in the ceiling and batting in the walls and floor. After the installation, we had a few minor issues/questions. James came onsite, the young man that performed the installation, and answered each question and issue. James returned the day after and finished the issues we had, which were minor in the first place. James not only completed our work, but stayed onsite to go above and beyond on our cabin. After the initial inspection he explained the different steps my family needed to take in order to protect there home from mice and why certain steps were necessary. 10/10 recommend working with Prosite for all of your pest control needs.

The technician Sal Tafoya came and did the quarterly service and inspection. He greeted me first thing and introduced himself and asked if I was having any concerns or were seeing any bugs in my home. As always, he did a great job around the house, garage and shed, today, he inquired if I would like interior treatment as well. I took him up on it for extra protection. This goes above and beyond in my opinion! More great service from a Prosite tech. He was detail specific, efficient, professional and friendly. I'm very happy to be a Prosite customer.
